Scientology is an allowance of faith-based practices, invented by American creator L. Ron Hubbard. It has been differently characterized as a cult, a business or new religious movement. There have been various conspiracies and claims made about scientology and it has been the center of critique for a long time.
Delphi school - one of the institutes affiliated with scientology, falls under the purview of a religious faction, Nohki. Nohki encompasses a set of principles that are deemed to be far from moral and ethical. The school has very odd teaching methods and correction methods that are not ethical in any sense. It consists of an ‘Ethics Room’ and ‘Isolation Room’ for pupils who have done wrong. Other methods of punishment like various forms of physical torment, like being struck by a rod for failing to finish work have also been reported by previous students. The school adopts the very scandalous teachings of Scientology as a religion and the faction Nokhi in particular.
Additionally, the school also has several bizarre drills as a part of their curriculum. One example of the given drill was to perform a task in which students were required to sit still for two hours and stare at each other. Another drill entailed repeating a word over and over until it's meaning registered. The method of evaluation used by Delphi School has also been criticized for being a poor measure of education. Furthermore, students are trained under a strict disciplinary system based on peer monitoring. In other words, they are required to expose every wrongdoing witnessed so that the accused may receive a painful punishment. “It was a fear-oriented student life”, one student reported, while another spoke on the mind- controlling tactics taught by the staff, who were all largely Scientologists themselves. Most students that leave Delphi School have little job prospects in any field. What makes the school disputable is its affiliation with the controversy on how the minds of young children are molded to think in a forceful manner.
Apart from all this, the school has an unreasonable high fee rate of USD 42000 even though the only staff present are the teachers. The cleaning, cooking and general maintenance of the school is done by their pupils itself and there is little informationabout what the exorbitant fees are being used for. Ultimately, The Delphian has garnered a negative image with some even calling it a ‘Satanic School’ as it is unbearably strict, and
impossible to succeed in.
Task at Hand:
You are a Board of Director of Delphi School and have decided to expand to India, a country where there is maximum diversity and friction between different cultures. This
makes setting up a school with such principles a challenge. Furthermore, the high fees of
30 Lakhs p.a. charged by your school acts as a deterrent to students applying.
Deliverables:
Devise strategies for handling legalities and setting up this affiliated school in India in any state and city of your choice with proper justification.
Create marketing strategies to gain visibility and improve the public image of the school without changing the fundamental beliefs and principles of the institution.
PR strategies to address the allegations of imposing physical and mental trauma on students to convince Indian parents to send their children to Delphi School.
Provide details on the allocation of your finances including:
a. Break-Even Analysis
b. ROI (Return on Investment)
c. Sources of Funds
d. Detailed Cost Breakdown to justify the unreasonably high fees.

Carlton Douglas Ridenhour (August 1, 1960) known professionally as Chuck D, is a rapper, known as the leader and frontman of the hip-hop group Public Enemy, which he co-founded in 1985 with Flavor Flav. He is a member of the rock supergroup Profits of Rage. He has released several solo albums, most notably Autobiography of Mistachuck (1996).
His work with Public Enemy helped create politically and socially conscious hip-hop music in the mid-1980s. The Source ranked him at #12 on its list of the Top 50 Hip-Hop Lyricists of All Time. He has been nominated for six Grammys throughout his career and has received the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award as a member of Public Enemy. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2013 as a member of Public Enemy.
He was born on Long Island. When he was a child, his mother played Motown and show tunes in the home and his father belonged to the Columbia Record Club. He began writing lyrics after the New York City blackout of 1977. He attended W. Tresper Clarke High School, where he was offered no formal education in music. He went to Adelphi University on Long Island to study graphic design, where he met William Drayton (Flavor Flav). He received a BFA from Adelphi and received an honorary doctorate from Adelphi.
While at Adelphi, he co-hosted hip hop radio show the Super Spectrum Mix Hour as Chuck D on Saturday nights at Long Island rock radio station WLIR, designed flyers for local hip-hop events, and drew a cartoon called Tales of the Skind for Adelphi student newspaper The Delphian.
He is the maternal great-grandson of architect George Washington Foster. He has three children, the two oldest by his first ex-wife, Deborah McClendon. #africanhistory365 #africanexcellence

Because you've already done a bit of a Mercy Street space AU...how about a Call the Midwife space AU? (I don't even know how I come up with this stuff...
Call the Midwife - in SPACE.
(I got about three of these and I’m sensing a theme, here, guys…)
1. Starting in an obstetrics-gynecology track in a Federation-approved medical school is a bit like saying you’d like to play God and also loose your mind. Forget just trying to learn how humans give birth - now you’ve got to learn the rudimentaries of how nearly two dozen species from the nearest Federation planets give birth.
2. In addition to learning how 2 dozen different species give birth, an essential part of OB-GYN training also involves intense cross-cultural training. Knowing the effects of pon-farr, the isolation periods required for birthing Delphians, or the possible outcomes of cross- species pregnancy make them a wealth of information.
3. Most Federation vessels on five-year missions travel with an OB-GYN and a pediatrician, in case of emergencies in distant starsystems. (Most of the time, children are left at home, but every so often something comes up that makes that impossible.)
4. Communities like the Nonnatans are found on larger stations, like Yorktown. They’re also in high demand as mediators, given their extensive training in cultural traditions and their strong links to…well, just about everyone born on station.
5. ...this isn’t a headcanon, but you can pry Timothy Turner as Wesley Crusher Mark 2 from my cold, dead hands.

The curriculum at Ability School in Englewood NJ emphasizes core skills and information that students can use later in life to attain success. Their kids can comprehend these subjects deeply since they have a firm foundation in reading, writing, arithmetic, spelling, and handwriting. This makes it the greatest primary school in New Jersey. Heron Books and The Delphian School, an Oregon school, collaborated to create a highly successful reading program that is now employed at this Englewood middle school.
