Really wish I could afford/had access to some better mental health treatment
#i wish everyone did#the counseling available at the tribal clinic just doesn't work for me#I've tried it again and again with different counselors for years#i just don't feel listened to or taken seriously by them#i feel like I'm beyond their capabilities#like the last one wouldn't stop bringing up the bible and religion despite my having said i wasn't religious#I'm going to try getting an appointment at the county mental health place#but i haven't heard great things about it#personal#mental health
