Guys, I hate to do this.

Any of you who know me in any circle know that I'm a very professional, very private lady who hates any sort of disc horse breeds that might give me a headache. But this one is important, and my goal here is the integrity and reputation of artists.

For my credentials: I have been a part of five zines in the past. Two I moderated, and one I ran, created, laid out, printed, and shipped in its entirety.

So anyway:

HELLCHEER ZINE BULLSHIT

I joined Hellcheer and the Kindred Freaks Zine very late. Well, after sign ups, check-ins, etc. I saw it was happening in april-ish and shot a DM to the twitter to join. I did both a full art page and a cosplay page.

At the time, the server was quiet but kind. We got updates on the number of orders and books being made.

@Lawless is the runner of the Zine. They created and organized it. They are in charge of the main emails, the selling website, the orders, the shipping, and the funds. (To be clear, this level of sole responsibility is not ABNORMAL in a zine. And is not always an issue.)

@Valerie is the 'social media' mod. They are in charge of managing announcements and answering questions on Twitter and Tumblr. Please keep in mind: No one wants anything but a fast and easy recovery for both Lawless and their mother. Medical emergencies, heck—LIFE happens. It's always okay to put a hiatus on anything, even product with money, in order to take care of yourself and family. Every single contributor only wants them to be clear in what they need and how we can help.

So lets break down what's happening.

Back in May, Lawless went radio silent on the status of books and merch coming in. Another contributor and I, @Toguchin, start dming Lawless to make sure everything is on track. They come back after a week and apologize for being MIA, explaining that their mom got sick. We thank them for all their hard work and wish them and their mom well.

On July 15th, after contributors and customers inquire on delays to meeting the announced shipping deadline, Lawless makes a twitter post saying shipping has started and contributor copies will be happening. They proceeded to go MIA from the server discord and have been since.

The following week, contributors and customers discover that shipping HAS NOT started. Labels have been created and printed, but nothing appears to be in transit at all.

Toguchin and I started getting reached out to by customers worrying their packages are lost. We report this to the zine server to NO RESPONSE. Except @Ashlee, the discord mod who also has heard nothing.

July 20th to 22nd with customers complaining and theorizing a scam in mind; Toguchin and I propose that PDFs be given out to assure and apologize for delays.

We as a server discover a few things: 1. We cannot access the list of buyers at all in order to email apology zines because Lawless did not share the account information with anyone. 2. We cannot access the main email for the same reason. 3. Valerie, the social media mod, deleted discord and distanced themselves from the Hellcheer fandom and has not been checking the Twitter or tumblr, or discord notifications since May.

Ashlee and Ichikun contact Valerie to sign on.

I made a new email and said fuck it, we need to do something to assuage fears, let them send receipts to honor their zines. Valerie didn't know what to post or say or how to answer everyone, so I gave them a copy paste.

Still no words from Lawless but hoping for the best knowing the have a medical emergency, Ashlee and I begin answering the new email for PDFs, but cant help people change addresses or give them any update!!!

Throughout the weeks mods and contributors ping Lawless constantly asking if they need any help! Any help at all, answering emails, changing order addresses, heck a few of us ask if we can pick up the books and packages and ship stuff for them so they can hands off the project and take care of their mom. No response.

We send message after message saying if Lawless can share picture proof, that would be great cause scam theories and chargebacks are starting. BUT ALSO, we let Lawless know we and customers will ABSOLUTELY UNDERSTAND delays if they just communicate it. That if they post in server and on Twitter that shipping needs to wait a month or two, no one will mind. No responses.

July 31, Lawless makes a Twitter update with comments disabled that they are shipping ALL packages that monday with a picture of packages. They also call Valerie privately and tell the issue that USPS refuses to pick up shipments from Lawless has, and they can't leave their mothers side from the post office. They also claim they can only deliver ten packages at a time at the post when they go. *USPS has no such rules. Me and other mutuals who run shops have never had such a problem.

A week later, we realize that customers and our packages are still not in transit. Labels printed only. Most of us assume all packages are just label printed and sitting at Lawless' house.

We beg for updates from Valerie or Lawless. Valerie doubles down on Lawless old reasonings and also officially goes MIA until present day.

Throughout August, USA packages get delivered. A few more updates are made straight to Twitter and Tumblr with comments off. Radio silence in server.

As packages arrive, we all become aware from people's posts and pictures that random Stranger Things Art Stickers are included. No credit to any artist is given? No contributor is responsible for this art. These are suspected to be BOUGHT from Amazon. STOLEN arts amazon sellers resell in packs. NO contributor is okay with this!!! Valerie responds with no response at all.

As of now:

No response to missing digital copies. Ashlee and I cannot give out any without receipts because we have no access to buyers list. Nor can we answer missing packages inquiries cause we have no info. International packages unaccounted for. SCRUNCHIES FREE OR OTHERWISE UNACCOUNTED FOR. Zero word on contributor copies. Zero word on donation status. Zero word on generated profit or book and shipping cost. No way to verify funds at all. No word from Lawless to contributors since July 15. From Valerie since the 31st.

Some notes:

Turning off twitter comments was NEVER what any one of us wanted. A ZINE LAYOUT was never shared. So until people had them in hand or in PDF none of us realized that the credits DO NOT POINT TO ANY SOCIAL MEDIA. All of our usernames are handle-less? This was extremely disappointing. This one matters to me: Our FanEdit artist was not aware their work was not getting a full page. Again no pre-layout was shared. So their work is tiny and in the margins of the front and back. That's not okay. All of us wanted to help in any way we could. NONE of us doubt Lawless intentions or emergencies. But lying, misleading, non-communicating and turning off comments are all things we did not consent to. All of us only wanted a cordial, honest response. None of us actually cared about delays as much as we did communications. There has been many noticeable times Lawless has been online, posting privately or otherwise, even active on Discord and has not reached out.

Why make a post:

Customers should know contributors fought for them. That we did everything we could and our reputation as artists in the fandom shouldn't be tarnished cause two creators decided to disappear. Contributors should get their copies. Many of us BOUGHT bundles. I've been in five zines and every single one gave out free contributor copies WITH merch!!

I'm also attaching all server screenshots for integrity. I'm in half a mind to release the zine PDF publicly, for free, for everyone at this point. I personally think it's only fair since many are still missing just that. But I do not want to insult anyone who paid for just the PDF regardless of the potential contribution to charity. But it's really up to customers, not me.

It was late at night and Kenma was in the middle of a somewhat boring video game when his phone dinged, alerting him of a message. He paused to check, figuring it was Kuroo, but furrowed his brows at the unknown number. He read the message curiously and there was a picture attached.

Unknown: I completed the cosplay! How do I look? :)

Kenma blinked in surprise at the picture you sent. You looked good, really good. You were dressed in a sailor moon cosplay. Your makeup was perfect and your outfit looked like it was taken straight from the anime.

There was only one teensy problem.

He had no clue who the hell you were.

Kenma: the cosplay looks great, but um… do i know u?

Unknown: It’s (Y/n)? Who is this?

Kenma: my name is kenma 

He sent a selfie as proof. 

(Y/n): …

(Y/n): Well that’s embarrassing. I guess I put in the wrong number

Kenma: sorry

He expected the conversation to be over with. But you surprised him when you sent another message.

(Y/n): Weird question, wanna still chat? I’m bored >~<

He blinked twice, then hummed in thought before typing out his reply.

Kenma: i don’t see why not

Over time, texting you became a daily occurrence. You both talked about anything and everything- your lives, your dreams, games, all of it. You sent each other memes and pictures of cats and he found himself looking forward to your messages.

He found out you were a second-year like him, and you went to Karasuno. In fact, you were involved as a manager of the boys’ volleyball team. He told you he was a setter for Nekoma and you thought that was pretty cool, even joking that maybe one day your teams will play against each other.

“Hey, can I borrow your phone? Mine’s dead,” Kuroo said one day before practice.

“Yeah sure,” Kenma handed over his phone and continued playing his nintendo.

Kuroo thanked him and it fell silent as he sent the text to his mom telling him to use Kenma’s phone to get ahold of him. As he waited for a response, Kenma’s phone dinged and a notification popped up that caused Kuroo to furrow his brows.

“Who’s (Y/n)?”

Kenma nearly dropped his nintendo upon hearing your name. With eyes wide, he reached over to snatch the phone back, but Kuroo was too quick and moved away from his friend. He hadn’t told Kuroo about you for the very specific reason of not wanting to be teased.

“Hey she’s pretty cute,” He commented, clicking the picture you sent.

“Give that back!” Kenma shouted.

Not expecting such a visceral reaction out of his friend, Kuroo connected the dots rather quickly, “Oh my god, do you have a secret girlfriend?”

This caught the rest of the team’s attention rather quickly. And they watched as Kenma struggled with Kuroo over the cell. Kenma’s face grew hot at the accusation.

“N-no! It’s not like that!” He vehemently denied.

“Why are you getting so defensive then?” Kuroo asked with a teasing smirk, “You like her~!”

“I never thought I’d see the day when Kenma Kozume has a crush!” Yaku called out.

“Shut up!” Kenma hissed, finally succeeding in taking the phone back.

His cheeks continued to burn when he saw the picture: it was just you showing off your makeup but you looked so cute as always that it made his heart skip a beat.

“Woah dude, your girlfriend’s hot,” Yamamoto commented, looking over his short friend’s shoulder.

“It’s not like that!” Kenma repeated, clutching the phone to his chest to hide it.

“You mean she’s single?” Yamamoto asked with a hopeful tone.

Kenma glared at his teammate, who shrunk away from the harsh look.

“Nevermind.”

Just then, Coach Nekomata was calling for their attention, telling them that the practice was starting.

You sent several crying emojis and he smiled at your overdramatic response.

Kenma: to answer your previous question, yeah i’ll be there :)

Kenma: we’re on our way now

(Y/n): YAY

Kenma chuckled and continued to text you.

“Let me guess, your precious (Y/n)?” Kuroo’s teasing voice brought Kenma out of his thoughts as he was nudged lightly by his friend.

Kenma rolled his eyes, but he nodded anyway, “Uh-huh.”

“So when are we going to get to meet her?” Kuroo questioned.

“She’s going to be at the practice game,” Kenma explained quietly, “She’s one of their managers.”

“Really?” Kuroo’s eyes lit up, “You must be excited then.”

Kenma bit his lip and looked out the window to avoid his friend’s gaze. He had to admit that he was pretty excited, but he was also getting nervous. It would be the first time he would be seeing you in person, and the thought was nerve-wracking. Would you guys click like you do through a screen? What would happen if you didn’t? Would you stop talking to him?

Kuroo picked up on Kenma’s growing stress.

“Relax, it’ll be fun,” He ruffled Kenma’s hair affectionately, ultimately putting a stop to all the worrying thoughts.

“Yeah,” Kenma agreed in that soft tone of his.

He continued to gaze out the window, wondering about you. And he wondered if you were thinking about him too.

Tango's Apartment

Sometime in the future.

By the time Tango wakes up that morning, he's already got a stack of texts from Jimmy waiting in his notifications. 

He smiles into his pillow, giving himself one more long moment of enjoying the glee that surges in his stomach at the thought of him. 

It's been roughly two months since their first kiss - the one that allowed them to shift what they had to what they have now. 

There's something still so very new and exciting for Tango to think of Jimmy as his boyfriend. It seems silly, even.

Especially, considering hardly anything has changed between them. Sure, there's a little bit more flirting now and it's exciting to know his affections are returned, but really?

Jimmy is still just his rancher.

Undertale Sans - He's flattered your people like him. He was a bit shy at first, but then you asked him to take care of the chat while they had to go to the bathroom so he started telling jokes and that worked so much people only wanted him for the rest of the night. He might try to open his own channel one of these days, it was fun. He loves the fanarts.

Undertale Papyrus - He has FANS. He is so excited. His followers on social media exploded and every time he receives a new fanart, he runs down the stairs to show you, so excited. He's overwhelmed with all the attention.

Underswap Sans - He's not sure why people are so interested in him but some of them are like really obsessed with his star eyes and that makes him a bit uncomfortable because he doesn't like it when people notice it too much. He's glad he left a good memory in your fans' minds though.

Underswap Papyrus - He's overwhelmed. First, people found his social media account and now everyone can see his drawings and he's so scared to check his notifications. He's glad about the fanarts, but he struggles to understand why people like him so much. He's just some dude.

Underfell Sans - Everyone is drawing him as a grumpy old man because he was not that enthusiastic about this. He's not sure if he should feel flattered or offended. It gets too much when one of your fans asks you if they can have the grumpy skeleton in the photo too. He's an internet meme now. He hates it.

Underfell Papyrus - W-well of course he totally expected people to love him that much! That is simply natural. He's not at all printing all the fanarts and looking at them with a big smile and tearing eyes before going to sleep every night. The ones where he appears with Doomfanger are his favorite.

Horrortale Sans - So, uh, he kinda forgot that night and he is just so confused why all your fans suddenly knows him and wants hugs and photos with him. He plays along, but you can tell he has no idea what the hell is going one. But he tries, he doesn't want to be mean.

Horrortale Papyrus - He's unsure about all the love at first as it feels like people are only interested in him because he's tall and scary. But when the next week you go to a meet & greet in a con and everyone is nice to him and gives him gifts and wants to take photos, he breaks down eventually and starts to cry. His heart is too full of rainbows.

Swapfell Sans - He acts like he doesn't care but he's checking his social media all the time to see if there's new fanarts and is actually sad when there's none. He's a bit addicted to this. More than he pretends to at least.

Swapfell Papyrus - He's a streamer as well, and quite a popular one. You basically just officialized you're a couple and now people are going crazy about this, speculating about your wedding or if you want children. Rus thinks it's funny, but he's quick to set boundaries after a random fan asks them when they're going to marry and if they can come.

Fellswap Gold Sans - So, someone came to him in a meet and greet, cosplaying him. Wine is very offended, very curious and very confused. He keeps looking at you, not sure if he has to atomize that guy or congratulate him. Help? He wants to destroy them so bad but that's probably not a good idea in the middle of a crowd.

Fellswap Gold Papyrus - He put all the fanarts on his wall and sometimes you catch him just staring at them, smiling. He's definitely going to draw something to thank your community. Those people are too nice to him, he wants to cry.

Eel Fit Preorders Saturday 10/21 at 10 am PST

Just wanted to post a reminder that shirt and jogger preorders will be available this Saturday. Size charts have been added for your reference. Note that orders are in cm and not inches.

Both shirts and joggers are polyester and should be washed and dried on cold. The waist is elastic also.

Preorders will run for about 2 weeks and production will finish before the holidays. So if you want to grab one as a gift, this would be a good opportunity.

The 4th Candy Hearts Challenge

A fun, stress-free Wolfstar mini-fest!

(If you remember how this goes , feel free to skip my introductory spiel and check for new rules!)

They’re sold by many companies and known by many names: Candy Hearts, Conversation Hearts, Sweethearts, and Love Hearts. Whatever the brand and whatever you call them, they’re the signature sweet of the season. Sure, you could buy your beloved a box of chocolates, but that’s an option any time of year! Good luck finding these bad boys in November!

Not that candy hearts are bad! Sure, they’re kinda chalky… and they taste stale no matter how fresh you bought them… but it’s not about the taste with candy hearts, it’s about the pastel, the experience, and above all else: the sayings! Who doesn’t remember going through a pack with friends, trying to find the kookiest message? Digging through a box to find one that was just the right level of romantic to give a certain special someone? (And maybe the heartbreak when you received one in turn where the message was just a big, pink smudge?)

Now, candy hearts have been around for a long time. And with a constant rotation of messages so we always got fun variety in a box, they’ve had a lot of sayings.

Through a great deal of internet sleuthing (and a little creativity on my part), I’ve collected over seven hundred of them.

Some are a little raunchy (TEASE ME), and some are downright rude (EW NO). They range from classic (BE MINE) to contemporary (SWIPE RIGHT) to were-at-one-point-contemporary (FAX ME). Some of them are, quite frankly so hyper specific it’s a wonder they made it into circulation at all (ME JULIE BEST MUM).

And they are all, even the weird ones, ripe with potential as fic prompts!

The way this mini-fest works is simple:

If you don't want to send an ask from your main tumblr account (or don't have a tumblr account), you can do so anonymously. However, you must include the ao3 handle or tumblr sideblog from which you plan to complete the challenge.

I will shake my Great Big Box of Candy Hearts and pull out a unique candy heart for you and only you!

With your message in hand, create whatever that candy heart inspires and your own heart desires! Fanfic, art, graphics, playlists, head canons, shit posts, interpretive dances, cosplay, meta essays, it’s all great as long as its central focus is on Wolfstar, the relationship between Remus Lupin and Sirius Black!

You can either directly quote your candy heart message in your work or use it as a broader inspiration.

You are allowed to use the same candy heart as inspiration for multiple unrelated works and submit all of them to the fest.

You do not need a beta before submitting your work, but I do encourage you to get one. I want this to be as stress-free an event as it can possibly be, and in my personal experience, it reduces stress to have someone else look over your completed work for at least spelling and grammar so you don’t have to reread your own stuff and psych yourself out before posting. If you don’t have any fandom friends with whom you feel comfortable sharing your fanfiction, there are also online resources to find a friendly stranger (including, hopefully, our discord server — see rule 17). But if ultimately, you’d rather be your own editor, I certainly won’t reject your work!

Include the following caption at the beginning of the tumblr post or AO3 beginning notes: For @goodboylupin's Candy Hearts Challenge. My candy heart prompt was ____. I will not reblog your work or allow it in the collection until you have included the caption.

If posting on tumblr, please make sure the @-tag of your caption is working so I get a notification! It should show up on its own automatically as you type. Also tag the work with #RSCandyHearts, preferably within the first five tags.

If posting on AO3, post your work to the collection and tag it with goodboylupin's RS Candy Hearts Challenge (this tag will show up in the suggestions when you start typing it).

As long as the rules have been followed, I will reblog every work on Tumblr, and leave a kudos on every work on AO3. (If I haven't done so on your work and you see I've been active on this blog, then both the @-notification and #RSCandyHearts tag failed. Send me an ask with a link!)

If, after completing your first work, you want another helping of candy hearts, that’s more than welcome! Since I don’t want anyone to get a sugar crash, there is a two-day wait period between submitting a work and getting a second (or third or fourth or wherever you are) candy heart.

If you find you cannot come up with anything for your prompt, you can drop out and send a new ask to get a different candy heart. However, you need to give it an honest effort for at least one week before I give you a new one.

Works are expected by March 15, but this is a low-stakes, self-posting challenge! If you need more time, just message me or drop an ask. And if you want to drop out, that’s totally fine! I’ll even delete your first ask where you requested a candy heart if you prefer. I only need to know for the sake of my own record-keeping. Let’s all just be honest, considerate, and try to have a good time!

If you need a really long extension: Your candy heart is yours until January of next year, at which point, if I haven't heard back from you with an update or request for extension in the past few months, your prompt is going back in the Great Big Box of Candy Hearts so somebody else can have a go at it. The AO3 collection closes at the same time.

Over the past two challenges, there have been a small handful of people who requested a candy heart, did not create anything and did not speak to me any further to tell me they were dropping out or having trouble. I work hard to make everyone a custom graphic and keep this fest running smoothly, therefore: Any creators with multiple instances of ghosting are suspended from getting another candy heart until next challenge.

Anyway! To start! 5 things I like about myself:

I'm self-aware (weird flex but ok). Seriously though, I at least try to be aware of all my bad habits/quirks so I can try to work on them (or at least, keep them to a minimum). I fail at it sometimes, but that's alright.

I'm enthusiastic about everything I love, and don't let age stop me. I will ramble on about my OTPs fight me.

I enjoy my art, all of it, even if its not the best. Don't get me wrong, I'm frustrated with it a lot.

I try to enjoy/engage with everything, even if it isn't my genre or hobby. I think people should be allowed to enthusiastically ramble on about the things they love, even if they don't interest me personally.

I'm a realistic optimist. That is, I always consider the worst things that could happen, and plan for the worst, but always hope that things will turn out for the best regardless. Its important to stay grounded in reality, but that doesn't mean we can't wish for the otherwise. That's just how I feel, anyway!

Ok! Now onto the hard part, the tagging of people. I could do this in DMs or send them an ask, but I think this works just as well. I can also just make you go and check out their pages this way ;)

@lickthecowhappy - one of the first people I followed and generally interacted with after returning to Tumblr. A real cool person, always liking and reblogging real niche Good Omens stuff. They also write good poetry!

@knifeforkspooncup - for being a real cool person to allow me to ramble in their DMs about the things I'm working on (unprompted). They are also a good artist and write some fantastic stuff! Go read it!!

@thatskindarough - For similar reasons to Knife, for letting me ramble on in their DMS like a madwoman about Good Omens and the fic I'm working on, and for suppling me ideas. They do some great art and are really fun, do go check them out!!

@darcydoesfuckall - I see them in my reblogs a lot, and I think they are an enthusiastic person who deserves to have their stuff seen more (they draw and do cosplay!!). Go check out their patreon and their Good Omens project at Qe-Podfic!

i might keep the mask thing for future fits rather than just pictures from my mouth down bc its a bit restricting and i dont like the way my mouth looks in a lot of pictures.

i had to leave my room in the middle of this cosplay and see People so the minute they laid eyes on me all i said was "i need you to do me a favor and not question what im wearing" and they didn't so i think that's a good sign.

March 31st, 2024 - ProSeka, Arcaea, TAKUMI, maimai, DDR A20 PLUS

alas, as they all say, all good things must come to an end. as much as i've enjoyed the con so much and all my time here, it was almost time to go. what i enjoyed here would be the last i enjoyed, as we all prepared to bid our farewells to the event by its end time at 5 PM PDT. but first, a word from my arcaea and proseka scores from yesterday that i couldn't fit into this post due to hitting the 30 image limit in tumblr posts!! they're nothing special, really, but i wouldn't be keeping in spirit of the account if i didn't include them. so here, a quick expert 26 AP and a Rise of the World FTR-10 EX!

alright, now back to the con. i mostly stuck with my friends as we got there before the artist valley opened somehow, and we hung around that area until they had to go get some things signed by their favorite VAs. while we were waiting for the doors to open, i checked out takumi cubic for their april fools joke of the year and got my friend to hold my phone while i played one of the chart lab charts (the one for freedom dive where it's just the insanity chart but all trace notes). sadly though, his holding SUCKED and i ended up getting two misses even though i should've gotten NONE!!!

meanwhile, being abandoned and left to roam the arch building on my own, i got the thought: since all the rhythm game tourneys were over now, wouldn't maimai finally be free from that huge crowd? sure enough, once i got up to the right level and up to the cabs, the next spot in line was free! (save for one single person waiting, who i could partner up with to get an extra song anyways). i logged in to the cab for the second time ever, nodded to my play partner (who was logging in for the first time and suffering all the new content notifications) and got warmed up for the maimai experience:tm: which was INSANELY FUN!!! god i wish i had maimai access anywhere near me . alas, we can't have good things (or at least Every good thing)

finished with that, i try and track down my friends who finally got their autographs and wanted to play DDR in the moment. i was down to play DDR EXTREME PRO, which i haven't even experienced properly before, but they wanted to play DDR A20 PLUS there which was fine anyways. i let them play first since i was moreso interested in playing at round 1 by myself, but i gave in to the temptation and played some sets with each one (except my friend's sister) and fucking DESTROYED them oh my GOD . here's a snapshot of some of the scores, i have a video of me playing tiger rampage CSP-17 (in cosplay of course) but i still have to get it from my friend who recorded . nevertheless, here's the goodies! (there's some other scores i took pictures of that were sweet accomplishments from my friends, but i won't share them here for obvious reasons. anything AA or above is my side)

after that, we transferred over to the summit building and walked around some of the stalls before we bid farewell to the con, as it was closing 45 minutes after a reservation we had at the cheesecake factory. it was bittersweet, even if i wasn't at my most hype at first, and i'll very dearly miss it. but while we were waiting for our food at the cheesecake factory, i played last year's april fools chart for renda joceky for shits and giggles!! (it went horribly)

after eating, we went back home via the link trains and said our farewells at each house as this unforgettable experience came to a close. i'll miss it... but now that i was home, i could enjoy the all-new april fools charts guilt-free!!! (just arcaea's prank) (i didn't have enough progress in any other rhythm games on this phone)

and so, the extra-long post saga comes to an end. unless i attend some other event with a lot to talk about, i'll keep the rest of these posts short as i want to conserve both my time and sanity for actual important stuff like homework instead of writing summaries of my rhythm game scores that no one really reads. man . 'til next time though!

1. Last week I went to a convention where I cosplayed as Aziraphale from Good Omens! I was with a friend who cosplayed as Crowley.

2. I love tulips and flowers in general. I swear spring gives me life like no other time of the year. Yesterday I spent half an hour just staring at my babies and checking each one by one. Look at them!!!

3. I watched Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss a few days ago and of course my brain went: what if TOA Apollo, but in that style? I did some sketches on my sketchbook and then I couldn't let go of the idea so I colored them digitally on my phone until like 1am at night.

He has been living rent free in my head for days now. There is an unfinished fullbody version of him I am working on. I need help

Pleasure, Pain, and Power Chapter 1

Intro

Summary: Fox has been looking for a new pet since his last one met a nasty fate on stream, and has his eyes on a fellow “industry worker” Jasmine. She’s a cosplaying, gore-watching streamer who might just be able to hold the horrifying title of “Fox’s Pet”.

Contains: mention of hentai, sex work, animated gore, and human trafficking

“Oh my GOD!!”

Jasmine covered her face in disgust at the video she was watching, cartoonishly peeking through her fingers. These over the top reactions are what her people paid for, and she would make sure they’d get it. Jasmine had found her niche when it came to streaming, “cute girl reacts to disturbing content”. She could handle it, she had been desensitized to this stuff for years, but that’s not what they wanted. Her viewers wanted their sweet slutty streamer decked out in various cosplays to shudder, gag, and scream at what was on her screen. Viewers could send in recommendations, or pay extra to guarantee their video would be seen. Usually it was weird hentai, viral shock videos, or porn involving the worst excrement of the human body. Tonight was no different, some poor hentai girl being ravaged by tentacles, only to be ripped apart at her climax.

“Omg guys, I’m actually gonna vomit after that. That video came from f33t_fucker69, go to hell f33t_fucker69 ew!!”

All an act. She squirmed in her chair, pitched her voice up as high as it’d go, trying to sell it as best she could. 

“That’s all for tonight guys.” She said stifling a fake gag. “I’ll see you all again for the next stream Thursday night! Stay horny pervs~”

With a wink, she closed out of the stream and opened her phone. Jasmine enjoyed it, she really did. So much creativity went into her work, and the payoff was incredibly rewarding and encouraging. She managed to make some friends with fellow streamers, and even a few customers. One in particular had been incredibly generous. That’s who she was texting. She didn’t know much about him, other than his age, a fake name, a plethora of kinks, and a few of his favorite animes. He had sent her the very outfit she was wearing that night, it was a black latex one piece, with a few magical girl elements included. She went over to her long mirror, snapped a couple pics in it, and relaxed back into her chair. She sent the more provocative pictures to her favorite customer, thanking him for the outfit; and posted the rest to Twitter, thanking those who joined the stream. Although she loved this line of work, the screen time got to her, so it was time to unplug for a minute and take a shower. 

After she returned, robe on and hair wrapped up in a towel, she caved and looked at her phone again. On it displayed multiple Twitter notifications, a text from her friend asking about the stream, and a message from “Fox”.

“You look delicious darling, and I couldn’t take my eyes off of you on your little stream. Tell me, have you thought more about my offer?”

Jasmine threw her head back, scrunching her face, and sighed. One of her most important rules was she never met up with clients, no matter what they promised her. She knew too many girls with too many bad experiences. But, something about “Fox” was different. Sure he was perverted, older, and every other sentence of his was likely a lie, but he was still so different to her regular viewers. He was charming, understanding, and would even check up on her when she seemed off. Not to mention he clearly has the cash to back up his word, he sends her gifts and tips sometimes just for talking to him. The first time he asked her out came with a $100 deposit right into her CashApp. He was only asking for dinner at a fancy, expensive restaurant she could only dream of going to. The kind of place where you go to look at the menu and none of the options come with a price tag. He also offered her enough cash to pay off her next two months rent just for showing up. Fine.

“Hi Fox!! I’m so glad you loved my stream! You’ve made me such a generous offer, and after much consideration, I’d love to accept! I’ll meet you there Wednesday night at 8:30!🧡”

‘I’m going to hate myself Wednesday night aren’t I?’ She threw her phone on her desk and fell into bed. Falling asleep exhausted, but hopeful for what the week will bring.

Fox

Finally she agreed. 

Fox had been in the market for a new personal pet for the past few months, as his last one met a nasty fate on stream after they severely disobeyed him. After months of scouring the internet and watching countless streamers, he finally decided on Jasmine. He commissioned her for dozens of videos, photo sets, and sexting sessions, all of which to get a glimpse of how well she could hold the title of “Fox’s Pet”. He had told her to be as “authentic as possible” for him, since he knows better than anyone how important it can be to put on a mask for your viewers.

The two really did get close, both of them sharing intimate and personal details about themselves. They often bonded over sharing details on their personal lives and work. Fox would share stories about the idiots at work he had to deal with, and Jasmine would share stories of school and her viewers. Of course they’d keep a level of anonymity expected for their relationship. Jasmine never shared where she went to school, and Fox never shared what he did for work. Fox had never gone for a fellow sex worker before, and he wondered how different it would make her from the rest. He chuckled to himself at the thought,

“Well if she doesn’t work out as my pet, at least I know she’ll make a dazzling co-star!”

As I said, been sick, emotionally and physically, so I haven’t had time to finish this yet, but eventually I will. But here were my ideas/projects for the entire week I didn’t get to do. I’m gonna do them eventually, but for now it’ll probably be shelved because I have other commitments to deal with.

Day 1: Coffee Shop / Humanverse

- Writing Piece - Small Town Shoppe AU - First Meeting of Ludwig the baker and Matteo the florist. They have a playful dynamic of teasing one another, making jokes and digs at each other since they're shops next to one another.

Day 2: Office Romance / Snowed In

- Writing Piece - Characters: Romano, Germany, India, Belgium, China, Veneziano - Description: After a surprise snow storm arrives, Ludwig tries to help his co-workers stay warm while they wait for the roads to be de-iced so they can all get home. In the meantime, him and his coworkers get up to some childhood games. Outline: - india and ger talking about a notif about a snow storm - romano fighting on the phone with his brother that he cant get home - feli teasing him to take the time to go flirt with his coworker - china remarks he went out to check his car and they're snowed in until the snow gets shoveled by the trucks, so theyll have a few hours - emma suggests them play some games and relax, winking at lud before talking about playing seven minutes in heaven - The entire office sets it up to get matteo and ludwig into the closet and theyre hopelessly sputtering, embarrassed and gay.

Day 3: Hitmen / Rivals to Lovers

- Art/Writing Piece - Space Cardverse AU - Matteo and Ludwig fighting over a job because they were both hired by the same person and they decide while stuck in this situation that they were going to work together to fuck up the guy that made a fool out of them both. Doesn't mean they like each other though... not yet.

Day 4: Spring has Spring / Gakuen Hetalia

- Art Piece - Gakuen Hetalia AU - Ludwig holding out a love letter to Matteo under a flowering tree in their Gakuen uniforms. Yes he absolutely asked Matteo to meet him out under a tree on the hillside to confess to him because he's hopeless and has no other idea how to do it and he was reading Kiku's manga and saw it in there. Matteo absolutely points it out too.  

Day 5: Idiots in Love / Alice in Wonderland

- Art Piece with a Writing Piece - Alice in Wonderland AU - Matteo and Ludwig mindlessly pining under the nose of the Queen of Hearts. Matteo came to visit the Knave of Hearts on his shift of guarding to bring him a little snack. Both of them are pining and gay and embarrassed.

Day 6: Disney Movie / Cosplay

- Art Piece - CinderLud AU - A piece of the two of them meeting where Ludwig is in his costume for the ball. And Prince Matteo is very very interested in this pretty sparkly man.

Day 7: Secret Meetings / Red String of Fate

- Art Piece - Chessverse AU - Ludwig the Kingside Knight meeting with the dethroned prince now pawn Matteo to follow his heart, even if it puts them in danger against the King of White. - An art piece of them standing against a wall, on different sides of it, a string of fate connecting them both as they talk about life, their fear of Feliciano, and more.
