i saw and love all your wilmon taylor swift edits, they all fit so well but one taylor song i haven't seen people talk about in relation to them is delicate which i thought about and it works so well from wilhelm's pov like - "my reputation's never been worse so you must like me for me" and the entire chorus and bridge feel so reminiscent of them in season 1. if i could make video edits i would do this one instantly lol

Second of all, I totally agree with this! Like Delicate is probably one of the first songs I added to my Wilmon playlist(yes I have a 100+ song playlist for Wilmon😭) and it's just so fitting for them!

I love that the song is full of anxious lyrics from Taylor's perspective but the song itself is so soothing, just like how Wilhelm's inner state of mind would be in S1 while pursuing Simon but their relationship itself is just so soft and comforting. Like the lyrics "Is it cool that I said all that?/ Is it chill you're in my head?" reminds me of Wilhelm's constant checking up on Simon to see if he's okay or not in S1(and in a way trying to seek reassurance for himself if Simon is comfortable being with him or not), and of Wilhelm asking "Are you mad at me?" when Simon rescues him from the Football Field.

Actually the reason I didn't made an edit is that I found some lovely edits on this song on YouTube so I felt that I don't need to make one. The reason I started editing videos is that I just wanted to see edits with songs I think are perfect for Wilmon and instead of just sitting around waiting for someone to implement my idea, I just tried to make them myself😭 it's just self-service at this point but I love when other people actually like them.💜
