you can't experience it new again
2. you now have better standards for media and you will suffer boredom because of it.
#especially true of minority stories#like I'm sorry I've seen media where#the character being this specific minority is unremovable from the story without altering it severely#but also the story around it is fucking excellent#Now 98% of american media is unwatchable#Videogames I was looking forward to look boring and flat#my ears are too sensitive to flawed singing now#movies feel like a time waste because I've seen 1 season only complete adaptations#so whoopsie guess I have to write my own entertainment now
