Muffins au Nutella
Une recette simple mais efficace, trouvée ici: http://toquedechoc.com/2014/06/muffins-gourmands-du-columbus-cafe/.
Pour ma part, je n’ai pas utilisé du Nutella mais de la pâte à tartiner Milka https://www.worldofsweets.de/Milka-Haselnusscreme-600g.322505.html, dont j’ai reçu quelques petits échantillons en commandant diverses cochonneries sur le site World of Sweets. Même goût, selon moi!
La consistance de ces muffins est très moelleuse, mais je pense qu’elle aurait pu l’être encore davantage en utilisant du beurre au lieu de l’huile - à voir la prochaine fois!
Ingrédients
190 g de farine
80 g de sucre
2 c. à c. de levure chimique
120 g de lait fermenté
30 g d’huile de tournesol
1 œuf
1 sachet de sucre vanillé
Nutella
Préparation
Préchauffer le four à 220°C.
Huiler 6 moules à muffins.
Mélanger d’un côté tous les ingrédients secs (farine, sucres, levure).
Creuser un puits et y verser les ingrédients liquides (œuf battu, huile et lait fermenté).
Mélanger l’ensemble brièvement, en laissant des grumeaux afin de garantir le moelleux des muffins.
Avec cette pâte, remplir à moitié les moules à muffin, y déposer une cuillère à soupe de Nutella puis recouvrir de pâte jusqu’à masquer complètement le Nutella.
Enfourner pour une vingtaine de minutes.
Sortir du four et laisse refroidir avant de démouler.

How Do I Store Homemade Fudge? Can I Freeze It?
After all that work, you want to make sure that you store your fudge properly!
After you have sliced your fudge into individual bars, wrap it in wax paper to prevent sticking, and then place it into an airtight storage container to keep it fresh. On the counter, fudge has a shelf life of about a week, refrigerated, it can last for about two weeks, if packaged correctly.
You can also freeze fudge. Just be sure to use freezer-friendly containers or freezer bags, and eliminate as much air as possible before sealing. Depending on the ingredients used, and how well you package it, frozen homemade fudge can have a shelf life of up to three months.

Recette de chef bavarois au café

Recette de chef bavarois au café
Ingrédients:
Pour le crousti chocolat blanc:
60g de riz soufflé
280g de chocolat blanc
Pour le bavarois au café:
3 jaunes d’oeufs
350g de lait
50g de sucre
170ml de café fort
4 feuilles de gélatine
20cl de crème liquide entière
Pour la gelée de café:
15cl de café fort
1 feuille de gélatine
Préparation:
-Préchauffer le four à 150°C (thermostat 5).
-Faire fondre le beurre et le laisser tiédir.
-Beurrer le moule à savarin (moule en couronne) avec un peu de ce beurre fondu.
-Mélanger le chocolat, la farine, le sucre puis incorporer le beurre et les jaunes d’oeuf.
-Battre les blancs en neige ferme puis les incorporer délicatement à la pâte.
-Verser la pâte dans le moule.
-Faire cuire le gâteau pendant 15 à 20 minutes (moins il est cuit, plus il est fondant et moelleux).
-Démouler et laisser refroidir.
-Monter la crème en chantilly et servir avec le gâteau.

Blondie pâte de speculoos- chocolat blanc et fluff au caramel
Ingrédients:
180 g de chocolat blanc
70 g de beurre fondu
130 g de pâte de speculoos
150 g de farine
1 cuillère à cafe rase de levure chimique
1 oeuf et un jaune
200 g de sucre cassonade
4 cuillères à soupe de fluff au caramel
Préparation:
1 préchauffez le four à 180 degrés.
2 fouettez le sucre avec l'œuf et le jaune.
3 Ajoutez le beurre fondu, la pâte de speculoos et mélangez.
4 Incorporez la farine et la levure.
5 Ajoutez enfin le chocolat coupé en morceaux.
6 Versez la préparation dans un moule amovible chemisé de 20-22cm de diamètre et enfournez 25 min.
7 placez au frais.
8 Démoulez et Déposez le fluff caramel avant de servir!
