good morning my friend just told me that the little japanese cafe in the town i went to school in that closed fall 2020 (the year i left) is publishing a cookbook and ive been sobbing
#obviously ive already preordered it#the cafe closed the day after rosh hashanah 2020#and i was so down bad lovesick i thought it would be more productive for my life to drive around the country w her#instead of standing in line to have a nanas bento one last time#such is life#anyway itll all live on via this cookbook#my heart is broken and healing and so thankful#i miss that silly little village with everything#but the past is a distant land. at least we have cookbooks#mm.txt#ny#lil alfies
