Midoriya-sensei's boyfriend
By the time Izuku starts working at the UA as a teacher, Katsuki finds an apartment he doesn't hate and decides to rent it.
"You have to come and see it too," Katsuki insists, already pulling him by the sleeve.
Part of Izuku can believe they're actually friends now; Katsuki is very kind and gentle towards him nowadays even.
He's still has an explosive personality, and sometimes he yells at his own fans or growls at them, but he's way softer around Izuku. The war certainly did affect them both, and when it came to Katsuki, that meant he learned a few lessons thanks to it.
Izuku knows he was always a good person to begin with, but he has the feeling he often hid his true self behind all that anger, so he's glad Katsuki feels comfortable enough to show this kind side of his in front of Izuku.
As they leave Izuku's tiny room (he can only afford to rent a room, but he has gotten used to it) UA's youngest teacher tries not to blush as soon as he sees the bike.
A couple of weeks ago, Katsuki bought a bike with his pro hero salary, making something inside Izuku change.
It's difficult to ignore how attractive Katsuki has gotten lately; the training and months fighting villain has helped him grow even taller and stronger.
Izuku still goes to the gym because even if he doesn't have OFA anymore, he wants to stay fit, even though he's just a teacher now.
However, his shoulders are not as broad as Katsuki's and he certainly hasn't gotten any taller since he was in high-school.
It's not that it matters to him, but Izuku is not blind and he notices those changes in Katsuki, which sometimes makes it difficult to think of him as just a friend all the time.
And the bike did not help at all; pro hero Dynamight's fans are absolutely right, he looks hotter now.
However, Izuku has learned to ignore or at least push away those thoughts when it's necessary; he won't ruin his friendship with Katsuki just because part of him finds him attractive.
"Here, put this on," Katsuki hands Izuku a helmet; he bought two with that bike because he's determined to take Izuku anywhere with it.
Izuku sighs, takes the thing, and hops on the back of the motorbike and immediately puts his arms around his friend's waist.
Katsuki turns his head around with a satisfied smirk on his face before he puts his own helmet on.
It's not a big apartment by any means, but it looks cozy and even has an extra bedroom. Besides, Izuku can tell Katsuki is very happy to finally have a place on his own.
"I like it," he finally says. Since he's very distracted looking through the window, he doesn't notice Katsuki's relieved expression.
"Really? Fucking great!" He blurts out, grabbing Izuku's arm to get his attention. "Because I want you to move in with me."
Izuku is about to say that's not necessary, that Katsuki doesn't have to do that for him, but then he sees the spark in his eyes: he's actually excited about it, he truly wants Izuku to say 'yes'.
So Izuku does.
"Alright, Kacchan."
Katsuki pulls him into his arms, and Izuku feels tiny for a moment, but absolutely safe; he closes his eyes as a weird thought crosses his mind, that the pro hero doesn't want to let him go.
***
They get used to living together surprisingly fast; they get along and even though they disagree on a few things, it's nothing that makes them argue that much. They have known each other most of their lives and have a strong friendship now, which makes living together easier.
Their schedules don't match, mostly because as a pro hero, Katsuki has to take night patrols or go on missions that sometimes last a few days, but he takes Izuku to the UA or picks him up whenever he can.
Katsuki also seems to enjoy finding Izuku in their apartment when he comes exhausted from work, judging by the way his eyes shine and he smiles whenever he hears Izuku's voice welcome him home.
He often pulls Izuku in his arms and nuzzles against his cheek (who would've thought Katsuki would become so physically affectionate?) before heading towards the bathroom to take a shower.
He also helps Izuku with his tie; Izuku is not as bad at it as he was when he was a student, but Katsuki knows how to tie to perfection.
"I promise I'll learn to do it better myself!" Izuku says, chuckling nervously. "So you don't have to–"
"It's okay, Izuku," Katsuki cuts him off, without looking away from the teacher's tie, eyes glimmering as a soft, almost fond smile, quirks the corner of his lips up: "I can do this forever."
He chuckles because he knows the pro hero is only joking, but his words make Izuku's heart beat a little bit faster.
"All done. Now let's take you to the UA."
UA's students have gotten used to pro hero Dynamight's presence at this point; he does pay a few visits and helps with some hero training every now and then, but the real reason is that they often see him dropping Izuku off.
The teacher knows his students like to watch the moment that happens, which is why he tries to say goodbye to the pro hero quickly and rush inside.
"Aren't you forgetting something?" Katsuki huffs, taking him helmet off, frowning at Izuku.
"I don't think so," the green haired teacher mumbles, trying not to blush. He knows exactly what Katsuki is talking about. "Look, I have my backpack with me!"
This time, Katsuki growls.
Izuku smiles at him, flustered, before he takes a few steps closer and kisses the pro hero's cheek.
Katsuki's shoulders relax and he even grins back at the teacher, mood shifting immediately.
This is actually Izuku's fault; the first time his friend dropped him off, he was so grateful he didn't think properly and gave him a kiss on the cheek before rushing inside the UA.
And now Katsuki gets grumpy when Izuku doesn't give him his kiss on the cheek.
The problem is that the students watch and often get to the wrong conclusions.
"I only have one shift today so I'll be able to pick you up," the pro hero says, with a smirk. "Wait for me here."
"Alright, thanks, Kacchan!"
***
"Midoriya-sensei?"
"Yes?"
"Is pro hero Dynamight your boyfriend?"
Izuku wishes he didn't blush that often because it makes it look like he's lying. He gets those questions a lot, but hasn't gotten used to them.
"No."
"Are you dating a pro hero?"
"No."
"Is he your husband then?"
"No." Izuku holds himself back from covering his red face with both arms like he did in high-school when he was too flustered. "Ka–I mean, Dynamight-san and I are friends. There's nothing else to it."
Most of his students nod, and they don't ask again (that day at least) but none of them look like they believe him.
It doesn't help that sometimes, when Izuku forgets his bento box at home, Katsuki arrives at the UA in his hero suit with Izuku's bento.
Since he often does that when it's lunch time, they eat together in the teacher's break room.
Fortunately, that day none of that happens, but when it's time to leave, some of his students wait patiently for him because they know Dynamight is going to pick him up.
Izuku sighs and surrenders to his fate.
"Dynamight-san!" Some of them even wave excitedly at the pro hero in civilian clothes as he arrives in his bike and takes his helmet off.
"Hello, brats!" Katsuki smirks. "I really hope you didn't give my Izuku any trouble otherwise I'll blast your faces off!"
"Kacchan!" The teacher scolds him, even though he knows he's clearly joking. Izuku's students chuckle.
Before it gets worse, he rushes towards the pro hero, with his backpack in hand.
"Let's go," he says, trying to grab his own helmet, only for Katsuki to move it out of his reach.
"You have to pay for the ride upfront," the pro hero smirks playfully, prompting Izuku to blush. "You know the rules, nerd."
"Kacchan! My students are still watching!" He protests, slightly mortified.
"So what?"
Izuku sighs, telling himself that friends do this all the time.
"O-Okay," he sighs before giving Katsuki a kiss on the cheek. "Now let's go home."
The pro hero doesn't even try to hide the satisfied, smug grin on his face. He finally hands Izuku a helmet and puts his back on.
"How was your day, nerd?"
Now that they're back at their place, Izuku relaxes enough to tell Katsuki about something it'll surely make him laugh.
They set the table and start eating the katsudon Katsuki made for the two of them.
"You know, I heard the students talking in the hallway the other day. They said that since the receptionist knew I'm single, she'd try to make a 'move' and ask me out," Izuku chuckles. "Can you believe it? I mean, she's too pretty for someone like–"
He cuts himself off when he notices Katsuki's pissed expression. He looks a bit in pain too.
"Are you okay, Kacchan?"
"What if she asks you out?"
"She'd never..."
Katsuki narrows his eyes, effectively shutting him up again.
"She does like you," he growls. "I have noticed it too and I absolutely hate it."
Izuku gets slightly startled at the strong word.
"Do you like her too?"
The teacher shakes his head, prompting Katsuki's shoulders to relax a bit.
"I only see her as a coworker."
"Good," the pro hero nods, although there's clearly something that still bothers him because he doesn't touch his food again. He seems to be having an internal battle with himself before he mumbles. "Obviously, you can do whatever the fuck you want, but the truth is that I don't like the idea of you dating some extra."
The raw honesty in his words and eyes surprises Izuku and confuses him at the same time.
"I would never bring anyone here," he mumbles, realizing too late he's somehow saying the wrong thing. "That'd be really uncomfortable, besides... it's your apartment and–"
"No," Katsuki shakes his head, looking like he's trying to gather all the patience he has. He rises from his seat before taking a few steps forward and gently cradling Izuku's face in his hands. "I don't want you to date anyone... ever."
"But..."
"Date me instead. Give me a chance."
This time, Katsuki looks vulnerable, almost desperate.
"Kacchan..."
"I love you, Izuku. I have loved you for a long time," the pro hero mumbles, pressing his forehead against the teacher's. "And I'd like you to give me a chance to make you fall in love with me. I know I can–"
"I'm already in love with you, Kacchan!" Izuku cuts him off, feeling completely happy. Part of him thinks he's dreaming, but then he notices the pro hero is grinning and tearing up at the same time. "Are you okay?"
"I've never been better," he smiles before kissing Izuku on the lips.
Their dinner is forgotten as they kiss and stumble their way towards Katsuki's bedroom.
It's the first time Izuku sleeps in the pro hero's bed, although he doesn't get that much sleep that night.
He wakes up feeling happily tired; Katsuki presses a few kisses to his shoulders and back, always looking for freckles, and they both stay in bed a little longer before taking a shower together.
This time, after Izuku hops off the bike he gives Katsuki a kiss on the lips as a goodbye.
"I'll see you tonight," the pro hero grins from ear to ear as if he's the lucky one for having Izuku as his partner.
"See you, Kacchan!"
***
"Midoriya-sensei. Is Dynamight-san your boyfriend?"
Izuku chuckles. Glad Aizawa is not around to see it because he knows he shouldn't be talking about his private life with his students, but it's been a couple of months since he moved in Katsuki's bedroom and he's absolutely happy he can't hide it.
"No. He's my fiancé."
Katsuki is actually glad when Izuku informs his his students know about their engagement because it means he can mention it every opportunity he gets now.
Dynamight's interviews are not the same after that; he used to hate those but now he approaches the reporters gladly because he wants everyone to know Midoriya Izuku is taken.
Izuku finds it endearing.

It's hard for someone to pinpoint their earliest memories. Maybe it was the moment they blew their candles out on their first birthday, or when they scraped their knee while learning to ride a bike.
For you, it’s the smell of lavender fabric softener.
You think your earliest memory is of the sight of his freckled cheeks, with nothing but the green light of the glow-in-the-dark stars on his ceiling illuminating them.
Of sleepovers, reading the most recent copies of your favorite manga that you picked out from the library together under the blanket, holding the coolest pages up for the other to see, and hurriedly tucking the books under his pillows when Inko came in to check if you two were sleeping.
You remember his giggles as he tugs at the blanket to cover the both of you, big deep forest eyes dancing with glee. ‘To protect you from monsters,’ he whispers, only five years old, yet saying it with the unwavering confidence of All Might in those videos he loved to play to death on TV over and over again.
Inko chuckles, noticing you two once again rewinding the video for the third time, entranced by all might as he saves cats from a tree while rescuing civilians from an explosive villain, “faster than the speed of sound!” the title reads, while placing a plate of sliced fruit on the coffee table. He was starting to grow out of his favorite All Might onesie now.
Would he ever outgrow you?
Just as the moon orbits the sun, you can’t remember a time when you weren’t stuck to his side.
You’re the one holding his hands in the pool when he ditches his floaties for the first time, slowly guiding him as he kicks and kicks, holding him tight and not letting him sink.
You’re the one jumping and stomping on his bullies' sandcastles at the beach, when they try to ruin his first.
Accidentally, you’re the first one he tells when he passes the entrance exam for UA. He was calling his mother on the phone when you overheard him saying not to tell you yet, because he wanted to surprise you in person. His mother and you prepare a cute little party for him before he gets home, and upon opening the door to the apartment he’s greeted with a rain of confetti and a table full of his favorite dishes.
Streamers fall around him, and his eyes light up like shooting stars as he hugs his mother and you in his arms. ‘Proud of you, crybaby,’ is what you fondly whisper in his ear and between tears he gives a choked up little laugh.
Just as the earth needs rain, he waters your gardens and tends to your flowers.
He frowns when you frown, cries when you cry. It’s been over a decade but you’ll never forget the big fat tears that ran down his face when you jumped off the swings a little too early and fell on your face. The fourth grade teachers thought he was the one that got hurt.
When he places a bandaid on your knee with a worried pout on his lips, he lends you his light, and you shine it back.
Only five years old and in your mind, he was already a hero.
“What are you thinking about?”
Your eyes flutter open at the sound of Izuku’s soft voice. His firm thighs support your head from underneath and you wonder if he’s been working out even more than usual. He grins at your dazed face.
“Were you sleeping on me?” He teases. “For free?”
You roll your eyes as a yawn hits you, stretching in his lap. “Sorry I actually forgot to bring my card with me for this nap, sir.”
“My services aren’t cheap, you know.” He fakes a huff like he’s being scammed big time, and you have to laugh. He was so cute when he was dramatic. “I guess I can start a tab for you.”
“Aw, thanks.” You deadpan, and he snorts in response.
Taking his hand in yours, you trace the scars along his skin, addicted to the feeling of where rough scars meet his soft, baby skin.
He can’t help but blush.
He still gets it, this look in his eyes, like when he makes an observation he’s never realized before amongst his mutterings. Whenever he sees All Might merch on display in store windows, despite already owning most of it already.
But even more so, when he looks at you.
His gaze softens as he admires you in his lap, the slope of your nose and the shape of your mouth that his lips must have traced over hundreds of times by now. When he received that fateful golden strand of hair months ago, and after his mother the first person he thought of protecting was you. Though he knows you’re more than capable of doing it yourself, he wants to. He wonders if you realize it, the reason he saves. If not, he’s willing to remind you, over and over again until it’s woven into the beautiful constellation of your brain.
You’re the one that’s always been his hero.

Midoriya Izuku x F!Reader - Her
A/N: Based off the song "Friends to Lovers" by Melina KB. For some reason, was really feeling some Izuku angst.
TW: ANGSTY AF, Implied cheating, Massive Insecurities
Tumblr media
Joining Class A in third year made you feel a bit weird.
Sure, you were over the moon to have gotten into your dream school, but it was so hard to move away from your parents and friends back home.
But your worries about not fitting in were quelled by the super cute freckled boy you met your first day.
"I'm Midoriya. Welcome to Class A!" He greeted you with a blindingly bright smile.
Midoriya was gracious enough to show you around the school, rambling as you two walked around. You smiled as you listened to his words.
Cute, kind, and dorky. You felt your cheeks becoming warm as you continued to stare to him, noticing the way his forest-green eyes shown as he spoke.
Damn, was he pretty.
Midoriya became your first friend at UA, introducing you to his own friend group, helping you expand your social circle. You ended up in the seat next to him too, so you always got a perfect view of his adorable freckles and smile.
It was nice.
He greeted you with a beaming grin every morning and always helped you with homework when you needed it.
After a few months of close friendship, everyone was teasing you two about you guys seeming to be practically dating and you two swearing it was just platonic. Finally, the day before graduation, you went to his dorm room, intending to confess your feelings.
When he opened the door, he was shirtless in gray joggers and was panting a bit with sweat dripping down his brow.
"(Y/n)? W-What are you doing here? It's nearly curfew." He asked, sounding a bit out of breath.
"Why are you breathing heavy?" You asked back instead of answering his own query.
"O-Oh! I was just working out." He responded immediately.
You laughed a bit. Of course he'd be working out, even at this time of day. The guy was determined.
"So, what're you doing here?" He reiterated his previous inquiry.
Your face flushed as you remembered why you'd wanted to see the mossy-haired boy.
"A-actually, can I come in? It's kind of private..." You replied, your face turning redder at your own words as you looked down at the now very interesting floor.
You didn't see it, but the boy in front of you became a bit pinker at your request.
"S-Sure. Come in. " He replied, stepping aside to allow you in.
As you walked into his room, you'd noticed that it was full of All Might memorabilia and some gym equipment like hand weights and a stationary bike along with a desk and chair.
Midoriya walked over to pull out his desk chair for you and took a seat on his own bed facing you.
"So, what did you want to talk to me about?" He asked kindly, his voice full of patience and care.
You kept your eyes to the floor as you took a deep breath.
It was now or never.
"I-I..." you started, voice trembling.
You took another deep breath and looked up to meet a pair of curious emerald eyes.
"Midoriya, I love you." You said with as much confidence as you could muster.
The curiosity in those eyes changed to surprise as their owner stammered, struggling to find his voice.
"You don't have to give me an answer. I just wanted you to know." You said as your gaze fell to the floor again. You stood from your chair to leave until you felt a hand on your shoulder.
"Wait! You didn't let me respond!" Midoriya said, sounding a little panicked.
You turned around to face the boy, only to be faced with his worried expression that softened when he saw that you were facing him.
"I like you too." he said, voice soft and sincere.
Something in you snapped and you leaned forward to bring your lips to his.
Midoriya was surprised by your actions, but soon reciprocated, kissing back passionately as his hands came to hold you by the waist.
You soon found yourself backing him up until he was sitting on his bed and you were in his lap, legs on either side of his.
Hormones were running high as he pulled you closer and changed the position, having you under him with your back on the bed and him on top of you.
You pulled him down for another kiss, having dreamt of this moment for months and feeling like you were on cloud nine.
The rest of the night the two of you were rather....occupied.
-Timeskip-
For the next year or so, you were in a daze, blind to everything around you except work and your wonderful boyfriend, Deku.
You found he was just as caring and kind in your relationship as he was as a friend.
But as time went on, you slowly came down from your lovesick haze.
The first thing that started to lift the veil from your eyes was at the Class A Reunion Christmas party, where you found out that Midoriya and Ochako had gotten matching elf costumes. He told you it was just a silly tradition that had started in second year and how was just for fun.
You had planned for you two to wear matching Santa and Mrs. Claus outfits, but you didn't want to ruin the mood, so you let it go while trying not to hold it against them.
Then, during the party, the two seemed to get awfully chummy, dancing together and even partnering up for a few slow songs. You tried to brush it off, after all, they'd been friends for years, of course they were allowed to dance with each other.
Even after Midoriya kissed under the mistletoe and gave you a beautiful emerald necklace as your Christmas present, there was still a small amount of doubt in your heart that you soon pushed down in favor of trying to enjoy the holiday with your boyfriend.
The next incident was when you found out that Midoriya had partnered with Ochako for a rescue mission without you.
Normally, that wouldn't have been a big deal, but it was one that your quirk would've been better suited for and you had been free at the time.
When you confronted your boyfriend about it later, he almost sounded defensive.
"Her agency was closer to the site and there wasn't much time. It was just business, I promise, dear." he said, stepping forward to bringing you into an embrace and rest his chin atop your head.
You hummed, not fully satisfied, but knowing that lying wasn't really in character for him. He wouldn't lie to you.
He lied to you.
Sure, not telling you or talking to you about his quirk wasn't exactly lying. But that wasn't the point.
You found out that Midoriya hadn't told you the truth about his quirk from Ochako.
Midoriya had run to use the bathroom in the middle of group movie night and the brunette had turned to Tsu and Iida, a thought suddenly popping in her head.
"You guys remember when Deku's black whip first manifested back in first year?" she asked.
Tsu and Iida both nodded while you cocked your head to the side in confusion. What? What did she mean 'first manifested in first year?'
You heard her mention how he had come to her, Sero, and Tsuyu for advice on how to best utilize it, and how after Float manifested as well, he came to her alone for more training and how they still sometimes work together so that he can get the hang of it.
As the three reminisced about first year, you tuned out their conversation and actually stayed zoned out for the rest of the night, attempting to comprehend what Ochako had said.
You talked to Izuku later that night and found out that he had actually kept his quirk a secret from you, though for good reason.
You understood his reasoning, but you didn't understand why he hadn't told you that he was training with Ochako every week without telling you.
He reassured you that it was only training and nothing else, and that he saw her as a sister.
It wasn't until you caught him looking at her at a concert the five of you went to that you realized how screwed you were.
You were behind him, about to surprise him after coming back from getting snacks, and you saw him looking longingly to the left.
You followed his gaze at saw that he was looking at your brunette friend, his expression anything but platonic.
You wanted to cry, but instead held it in and went to sit down next to him, trying to act like everything was ok.
Over the next few weeks, you noticed more things that caused you to doubt your relationship with the green-eyed male.
He came home one afternoon after stopping off at Uraraka's place (he said he had left his watch there after your last group movie night), and had what looked like a hickey on his neck.
You were heartbroken, but tried to rationalize that there was probably a reason for it, asking him casually what happened.
He looked a bit nervous and told you it was from a kitchen accident at her place.
You didn't fight him on it, instead accepting the excuse as you went to bed next to him, nearly crying as you curled into yourself.
You woke up the next morning to an empty bed and turned on the TV, watching the news. It was an interview with Izuku. The interviewer asked him questions about you, and he replied happily.
But when they asked questions about Ochako... he looked excited and spoke fondly of her, praising her hardwork and her determination. He spoke so highly of her, and laughed as he recounted a funny rescue story where she was involved.
The entire thing just broke your heart. You realized you were just 2nd place in his heart... why was he even dating you when he clearly loved her?
You shook your head, breaking out of your trance as you step back. You look around the room and start to pack up your things. You were done being a third wheel in your own relationship.
---
A/N: Funny story, I accidentally posted this early and had not intended to have this be the end. I hadn't written it the end yet and instead of "Save Draft" clicked "Post". Whoops. Didn't realize I'd even posted it until it already had multiple likes and a couple comments! Sorry yo! So yeah, working on a good ending. Feel free to leave suggestions!

The Troublesome Ex
It’s been close to 6 years since you dated, but yet you still hear about him. Well he is one of the top three heroes. You and katsuki were steady back when he was in U.A. and you attended Ketsubutsu Academy. Not many knew about you two other than your small circle of friends which mainly consisted of U.A. Students… nosey little shits. But when the league of villain destroyed most of the city and Izuku went rogue, katsuki said he just needed his own space to focus on helping his classmates and friends. Now he’s everywhere… helping everyone, saving people.. being a hero. He’s still just as amazing as he was then.
Tumblr media
Yo Shindo and you had plans today to grab a bite to eat. You guys have been hanging out a lot lately since him and his girlfriend broke up. “So where are we going Shindo?” He smiled “I’m thinking sushi, we haven’t had any in a while.” You nodded and continued to follow him to your bike. “Alright, race ya there.” You said with a devilish grin. Shindo smiled with challenging eyes. “Your on! Shall we make this interesting?” You smirked and started your bike “ how so?” Shindo climbed onto his bike and slid his helmet on. “IF I WIN, YOU DO WHAT I SAY FOR 24 HOURS, BUT IF YOU WIN I HAVE TO FOLLOW WHAT YOU SAY.” You slid your helmet on knowing this was gonna be bad if you lost. But you know a short cut to the sushi joint soo you agreed knowing your guaranteed victory. “Deal. When that light drops we go.” Shindo and you walk your bikes to the end of the driveway and check for traffic as you entered the streets. You both sit behind a car at the stoplight waiting for it to drop.. *3….2….1.* the timer stopped and the light dropped green. Both you and shinso whip out of behind the car and make your way through downtown. Weaving in and out of traffic making sure not to put anyone in danger. “My turns coming up” you said to yourself as you shifted down a couple gears and disappeared into an alleyway that cuts past most of the towns traffic. “Where’d she go?” Shindo said and he glanced back to check on you.
Past all the traffic you made your last left turn. Then came to a raging stop as your front tire barely stopped in time from hitting the front end of property managers car. “Are you fucking serious! REALLY NOW?!?” You backed up out of the alley and raced back towards the road. “I have so much time to make up now! I’m so screwed!” You zig zag in between building making up for lost time, and as you come out of the alley knowing you lost, you see Shindo leaned against his bike smiling at you with his helmet in his arms. You pulled up next to him and take your helmet off “shut up, I don’t wanna hear it! My short cut backfired and I couldn’t make up the lost time!” Shindo chuckled “This is gonna be an interesting 24hours” as a mischievous grin greeted his face. You rolled your eyes “let’s go, I’m hungry.” Shindo laughed and opened the door holding it for you to walk through “ladies first.” As he smirked gesturing you inside. “Hi, table for two?” Shindo nodded smiling at you. The waitress grabbed two menus and walked towards the back of the restaurant. As you made your way through the restaurant you noticed a familiar scent over all the other smells of food. You turned in the direction that caught your attention and immediately noticed a familiar spiky blonde hair and laughter. Your face shifted crimson red as his deep ruby eyes met yours. Your eyes widened as you looked away. “How’s this table.” You slid into the booth without hesitation “this is fine” as you stared at Shindo to sit down. Shindo tilted his head and looked around also noticing katsuki’s blonde spiky hair. A sinister smile took over Shindo’s face. “Actually can we have a table over there?” You glared at Shindo with as much hatred as your face could muster. The waitress noticed your mood change. “Are you sure?” Shindo laughed maniacally “absolutely! Right y/n? I mean I did win our race.” You closed your eyes trying to remain calm knowing that was the terms of the bet. “Yes, a table over there is fine.” As the waitress grabbed your menus and began walking in the direction of Katsuki, you socked Shindo in the arm as hard as you could without making a scene. “Fucking really! Is this necessary?!” Shindo turned “what ever do you mean y/n?” As he smiled with such innocence. You rolled your eyes as she asked Shindo “how about this table.” Shindo smiled with such happiness “this is perfect.” You sit down trying to stay hidden. “Y/n!!? Is that you? It’s been a while, how have you been?” You look up fearing what would come next. You let out a sigh “I’ve been great Kirishima, how about you?!” Kirishima leans over “we’ve been great, you should come say hi, Izuku and Shoto are here with bakubro and I!!” “No, it’s ok, I’m here with-“ Shindo smiles “No, no, you should go, I’m sure they’re DYINGGGG to catch up.” You glared and followed kirishima. “Guys, look who’s here!” Shoto and Izuku smiled saying hi, but Bakugou’s face shifted to his food avoiding eye contact. “Hi, I don’t mean to be rude guys but maybe we can catch up a different time, I was looking forward to grabbing food with Shindo.” Izuku chuckled “yeah we can catch up later, we’ll write our number down and drop them off at your table before we leave.” Shoto and Kirishima nodded “definitely” You went to walk away when you felt Bakugou’s hand graze yours. You felt a piece of paper in between Bakugou’s fingers touch the palm of your hand as he pulled away. You closed your hand around the paper and continued to walk back to your table.
As you sat down you slid the paper under your stuff. “Well?!?!” Shindo asked with a shit eating grin. “I said hi and left, nothing more.” “Oh is that so, then what was the note for.” Your eyes widened “what note, there wasn’t a note. I didn’t see a note.” Shindo echoed with laughter and points “that note” as he points to the paper corner that was sticking out from under your jacket. You sighed “ohhh that note. It was from katsuki and I don’t care to read it right now..” Shindo reached over “then I’ll read it.” You slammed your hand down catching the note as Shindo grabbed it. “No. I.. I will read it..” Shindo smiled “ok, well you can read it while I run to the bathroom.” Shindo stood up and walked toward the back of the restaurant stopping only momentarily when passing Bakugou’s table. You opened the note-
“hey, is there somewhere we can talk?” -katsuki
You folded up the note as you heard someone approaching the table “he just wants to talk.. I just don’t know what to say to him.. there’s so much that’s happened” As you looked up you realized the person standing there wasn’t Shindo.. “bakugou? Where’s Shindo?” Bakugou looked confused. "I don't know? But can we talk?" You sighed "Bakugou, I don't know if there's much to talk about?" Bakugou growled "I just thought I'd ask how you're doing and if you wanna catch a movie sometime." Shindo chuckled walking up behind Bakugou "You don't take hints very well do you Katsuki." Bakugou turned around with a disgusted look on his face as Shindo walked between the two of you and kissed your cheek carefully placing his hand on the bench and activating his quirk. A loud moan escaped your lips as the bench vibrated just enough to roll your eyes back. You covered your mouth to muffle the sound as a cheeky grin greeted Shindo's face. He stepped back moving his hand and sliding back into his side of the booth. "So what are you thinking for food." You looked down ashamed of the lewd noises that escaped your mouth. "I don't know if I'm hungry for sushi anymore shindo, can we eat somewhere else or maybe grab a pizza on the way home?" Shindo smiled "Of course" Shindo smiled as he stood up and held his hand out forcing himself in front of Bakugou who was still waiting for an answer. "Sorry katsuki, maybe we can talk another time." You and Shindo walk out when you let go of Shindo's hand to grab your keys "Hey i think I dropped my bike keys on the bench, will you go back and grab them." Shindo smiled "Mhm." Shindo walked back in and head to the back of the restaurant where you had left your keys as you made your way to the register "Hey do you have a paper and pen?" The hostess grabbed a pen and her notepad "Absolutely." You quickly wrote "Meet me at the pond behind U.A in 20 minutes -teddy bear-" You ripped the paper out of the pad and handed it to the hostess "Can you make sure this makes it to the spiky blonde over there as soon as you can." The hostess looked over at bakugou as he made eye contact with you. "Ready babe" Shindo said walking up to you throwing his arm around your shoulder. "Yeah, thank you for grabbing them."
As you both made it to your bikes you leaned over kissing Shindo on the cheek "Was making him think we're dating necessary?" Shindo slid his helmet on "I could of done worse after leaving you how he did. Then to think he can just walk back in like he didn't break your heart, he's lucky I only touched the bench for a few seconds." You glared at Shindo "That was so unnecessary!! Public orgasms are kinda frowned upon!" Shindo laughed "I'll grab the pizza and meet you back at your place?" You shook your head and chuckled "Yeah I'm gonna swing by the store and grab some soda while you get pizza so I'll be late depending on traffic." Shindo nodded as he started his bike and took off. You slid your helmet on looking back at the restaurant. "Hey!" You started your bike as you watched Kirishima come out of the restaurant. "What's up Kirishima?" "Are you serious about meeting Bakugou?" You smiled "Well I can't exactly kiss him here can I....DON'T TELL HIM I SAID THAT." Kirishima's eyes widened and his laugh echoed. "I gotta go, tell him he's got 15 minutes to make a 17 minute drive, better not be late." Kirishima smiled running back into the restaurant "Bakugou, you gotta go!" Kirishima shouted as he ripped him off the bench in the booth "Dude, what the fuck shitty hair!" Kirishima didn't stop. "You need to go! You can be late!!!" Bakugou stumbled as Kirishima pushed him out to their bikes "Don't worry we'll take care of the bill." Shoto and Deku looked at Kirishima confused as he shoved Bakugou's helmet on his head. "Go!" Bakugou rolled his eye not really understanding Kirishima's urgency but took off towards the school.
"So Eijori, what was that all about?" Deku asked confused. Shoto nodded in agreement "Yeah, I don't mind covering him but an explanation would be nice?" Kirishima laughed "Shindo and y/n aren't together! Shindo did all that to get back at Bakugou for hurting her." Deku tilted his head in confusion "How do you know that?" Kirishima smiled "Because her note said it and so did she when I asked her if she was for real about meeting up with Bakugou? She said yeah.. and some other words about kissing him. She isn't the type to cheat which means they arent together, he was just getting back at Bakugou. Which to be fair, he did successfully mess with his head." Shoto sighed "yeah, did you guys noticed how spaced out he was when he came back from their table." Deku nodded and so did Kirishima.
Bakugou sighed "What's the point of meeting up with her if she's clearly chose to be with Shindo" Not realizing how quickly he was driving through traffic. Bakugou looked down at his Speedometer realizing he was doing 90kmh in a 55kmh. "Fuck!" Bakugou shouted as he slowed down approaching U.A. He parked his bike towards the back and walked towards the pond. Staring at the ground with his brain flooding with confused thoughts, he reached the pond and sat down on the dock trying to figure out what to say. "Gotcha" you shouted tackling Bakugou into the pond. You both hit the water, him slightly confused laughing and you echoing with laughter. "What the hell teddy bear?" Bakugou said laughing splashing water in your direction. "Don't look so gloomy Bakugou. Not everything is how it appears." Bakugou's face shifted "What do you mean?" You smiled and swam towards him "I mean you don't even know the current situation, you're just assuming." Bakugou's face reddened as he is backed into the edge of the dock. "It was pretty obvious? Shindo was saying loud and clear the situation." You laughed. "Oh you haven't changed." You stood close enough to bakugou, you could feel his hot breath on your face. "How much closer do I have to get before-" Bakugou smiled cupping your face "Say less" His lips pressed against yours. His heated hands found his way to everything he missed as he slide them under your soaked shirt and pulled you into him. You smiled interrupting his kiss. "Were not dating.. he just got out of a crappy breakup and he took out his frustration on you. He knew how I felt when we broke up." Bakugou's emotion changed "I wasnt trying to hurt you.. Izuku needed me, my class needed me." "Bakugou, I know. I'm not mad. I understand, what hurt was when it was over.. you never even reached out. You acted like I never even existed. That's what hurt." Bakugou let you go. "I have no excuse for that, or logical reason." You smiled "I know. I have to head home though. Shindo and I are having pizza and hanging out. I'll leave my number and address in your bike pouch." You walked towards the shore as Bakugou stared at you "How are you gonna explain the soaked clothes." You laughed "Clearly you don't remember why you and I clashed sometimes." You pointed towards the sky spinning your finger. The wind began to pick up and rain began to fall "Did you forget I control the climate in a chosen location." Bakugou chuckled "Great, now I get to ride home in the rain." "At least we'll both be wet." you said smirking at him.
As you made your way back home Shindo called you. "Hey, where you at? Its starting to rain, is this your doing?" "Hey, yeah.. I figured by this time the guys are leaving the sushi place so why not give them a nice ride home." Shindo laughed "Alright, I'll see you when you get here.
As you pull into your driveway shindo is sitting outside now that the rain let up. "So did you go see him?" Your face reddened. "How'd you know? Shindo smiled walking towards you as you took off your helmet still sitting on your bike. "Easy..." Shindo placed his hand on your bike as it started to vibrate. You gasped as you tried to control lewd noises from escaping your mouth "Did you go see him?" You closed your eyes fighting every sensation that ran through your legs. Shindo moved his hand closer to you as the vibration intensified. "Yes! yes! ok, Yes. I went and seen him at U.A. pond. I kissed him, that's it. Oh fuck!!!" Shindo's cheeky smile surfaced "Told you, it's so easy to get you to talk." You glared at him as he let go of your bike seat. "You know... if you're gonna torture me, at least pull my hair and make it worth it." Shindo smiled as he slid his hand up the back of your neck and into your hair. You closed your eyes waiting for him to tighten his grip. "Why it's more fun watching you squirm." Shindo whispered in your ear as he ran his hand through your hair. Your eye broke open "fucking really" you muttered under your breath. Shindo walked towards the front door "So you gonna go back to him?" You sighed walking into your house "I don't know, there's obviously still something between us.. but-" Shindo smiled "But you enjoy what we do too?" You blushed "Yeah.. something like that.. We've grown close..and your quirk has its benefits, and I feel safe with you and I trust you." Shindo laughed "Damn sounds like Katsuki's came in second place again." You rolled your eyes "I don't know, I just need time to sort my feelings out. Shindo laughed walking towards the door "Well you got about 15 seconds."
"What?" you said as you quickly turned around to see Bakugou standing in your doorway. "Bakugou? What are you doing here? So figuring things out later definitely don't mean 3 minutes later." Shindo chuckled "Its been like 25 minute, give the man his deserved credit." You giggled and shook your head. Bakugou stepped forward "Listen, I know I dont have a good reason for why I never messaged you after things went back to normal, and I know I dropped the ball. But I also cant explain to you how much I regret not messaging you. You were someone that was always there for me, no matter how hot head or stubborn I was. If you wanna be with Shindo, I can accept that, but I need to know so I don't sit here just waiting around-" You smirked "You mean like I did for you." Bakugou growled "I-yes." Shindo resonated with laughter. "You both are hilarious. Katsuki, she doesn't trust you but she's in love with you. She's afraid you'll walk out again. Only thing I got over you, I can make her cum by just touching the object shes sitting on, no matter what it is or where we are." Your face reddened as his words we true. A smug grin greeted Bakugou face as he looked at Shindo "I don't need a quirk for that." Shindo's eyes lit up at the idea of the challenge. "Is that so?" Bakugou raised an eyebrow "I'm not one to gloat about talents." You giggled and mumbled "Since fucking when" They both looked at you. "Um, no! we are not torturing me to see who- NO." You said as you backed into the living room away from them walking your direction. "Oh why not, we just wanna who's better." Shindo said laughing manically. Bakugou smiled "Exactly, I mean at the end of the day, you'll be nice and relaxed and dripping." You laughed "You two are crazy.. that's an insanely stupid competition!" You backed into the back of the couch as Bakugou's hand touched your face. "I promise by the end of the night, you'll sleep like a baby." Shindo smiled as he barely touched the edge of your pants at your waist enough to activate his quirk. "Shit!" As a moan escaped between your lips. Bakugou smiled "Sensitive.. hm.." Shindo grinned "still think you could win?" Bakugou lifted you off the floor and threw you over his shoulder running for the nearest bedroom "Absolutely as long as I keep her out of your reach." Shindo shook his head in amusement "You seem to forget the strength of my quirk Katsuki." Shindo shouted as he watched Bakugou toss you on the bed and lock the bedroom door. Shindo walked up to the bedroom door touching just enough to vibrate the pins in the lock into place. "See locked door don't really stop me, and now that shes on the bed all it takes is-" You get up and run around them and out the door and grab a bat in the kitchen waiting for them to follow. "Listen, no ones torturing me without my consent and I haven't consented to-" Bakugou slipped out of the bedroom window into the back door. He slides his hand into your hair and tighten his grip. A moan fell from your lips and you lost your grip on the bat. "You've definitely become more feisty. Yet your hair still seems to be your weakness. Shindo's devilish grinned stretched across his face. If you don't consent to the challenge, then it won't happen." Bakugou loosed his grip "We wouldn't do anything without you agreeing to it, you should know that." You giggled as the intoxicating caramel scent flooded your senses. "You two are crazy." Shindo shrugged his shoulders "Nah we just like a little bit of competition.." Bakugou tightened his grip just a little bit "So, what do you say teddy bear.. You up for some fun?" You rolled your eyes and smiled.. "I'm gonna regret this."

Sense-memory
'After living in the wilds alongside darkness and magic both for a very long time, his people know the eyes can be fooled; but learn something with your hands and you know it for life.
Learning with his mouth, however, is something Izuku never considered.'
--
Katsuki teaches Izuku about kissing. [Barbarian!Deku AU]
Just A Regular Red Bike
There was all sorts of magic in the world. Magic that kept a bicycle chain from snapping, and magic that fished moonlight out of the sea, and magic that tasted better when you baked it into bread first. And then there was the kind of magic that most people wouldn't touch with a ten-foot pole, the kind of magic that could change things.
The kind of magic that Midoriya Izuku reached for with both hands.
“What the fuck is this?” the witch demanded.
“Ah, I—!” Izuku took a step back, wide-eyed, surprised at the vulgar language. “I don't know!”
“The hell do you mean, you don't know? What kind of post-boy are you?”
“I don't read the post,” Izuku said, a little annoyed now. “I just deliver it. Reading it would be a breach of privacy.” He paused, and then leaned forward a little, unable to stifle his curiosity. “Why, is it something bad?”
The witch crushed the letter in his fist.
Inhibitions
Todoroki gets zapped by a Quirk that effectively lowers someone's inhibitions, and Aizawa deals with the strange, humorous, heart-breaking fallout.
The train ride back is something of a nightmare. Not because it goes badly, or because something awful happens, but because Aizawa can’t get rid of this feeling in his chest every time he sees Todoroki’s unusual, carefree smile. He looks like nothing has ever hurt him.
the river walked me home
Shouto's life is a deck of precariously stacked cards, and one online article about Endeavour's approach to parenting sends the whole thing tumbling down. Not everyone believes it. Half the public denies it. But even if it turns out there's no truth in the article, the staff at U.A. are under enough fire as it is, and sending Shouto home for the upcoming week-long break is inexcuseable in the eyes of the press.
Not to mention, Aizawa wouldn't stand for it anyway.
Or: Shouto spends a week or two hiding from the world in his teacher's house, where he is introduced to Animal Crossing, the sweetest cat in the world, and the bizarre concept of feeling safe in his own home.
The Secret Deku Box
“Y’know, Bakugou never, ever talks about girls,” Kaminari says, his voice thoughtful.
“And I wonder why that is.” Ashido rolls her eyes.
“I’m just curious!” Kaminari whines. Kirishima drags the box out, unlabeled and unassuming, the lid not even fully clasped over the edges. “The guy has to— Whoa, what’s that?”
Kirishima realizes a little belatedly that this is a serious breach of privacy, and Bakugou will actually murder all of them. “Nothing!” he cries, attempting to shove it back under the bed, but Ashido snatches it away.
“Please be his porn stash!” Kaminari whispers as she whips the lid off.
No raisins? How about a date?
Izuku steps inside and shuts the door behind him. Uraraka’s lying on her back in bed, reading a shoujo manga. “I just realised Kacchan’s handsome. He was minding his own business and I tried to touch his lips. Am I a pervert? Am I gay?”
“That’s a little gay, yeah,” Uraraka says, sitting up. Izuku flops into a boneless, dramatic heap on the floor and helps himself to the chips on her low table. “I think it’s normal to notice someone’s attractive, though. Like, Bakugou is good-looking, unfortunately, so I doubt it’s all that weird to think about kissing him a couple times. Do you like him?”
“I,” Izuku says and then pauses. “I don’t know. I’ve never had a crush before.”
“Can you imagine going on a date?”
“Hrkl,” says Izuku.
“Oh dear,” says Uraraka.
Toxic masculinity? No no- Manipulative masculinity.
It was at this point that Bakugou, to Aizawa's horror, and the rest of the class's utter disbelief, promptly burst into tears.
Or
Bakugou can cry on demand, and he has absolutely no problem using this for his own personal gain.
Who knew?
You feel like home (You are home)
Izuku loses his memories during Christmas Eve due to a quirk incident.
Turns out he is a hero and apparently he has a husband? Enter Bakugou Katsuki.
Is it normal to have the biggest crush on his husband, even if he doesn't remember him?
Green Spider Silk
In which Izuku has a secret identity as Spider-Man, the city's beloved new superhero. Fighting crime, he can handle. But his longstanding crush on his bully, Kacchan? That's a different beast entirely.
--
This is the legendary upside-down kiss scene.
bite and reciprocate
Kacchan’s teeth graze against Izuku’s wet skin after a shower, and when they’re alone sometimes Kacchan will lift up his scarred hands and nibble and kiss his wrists.
Izuku understands what this is. Kacchan knows what he needs, Kacchan always knows what he needs, and Kacchan is taking care of him by biting back.
You Got a Boyfriend?
In the middle of a bar on a Friday night, Bakugou's out with his old classmates, his friends, drunk as fuck, and head over heels in love with the man sitting right next to him. Does Deku even know how fucking beautiful he is? How incredibly cute, and important? Well, he's about to.
Bakugou's madly in love with his childhood friend (aka, his husband) and he's about to make that everyone's problem
Autumn Metamorphosis
Every idiot on the planet thought that Summer was Deku's best season. He'd traipse around in clingy tank tops and shorts and his skin would glisten. Katsuki had to admit, it was appealing.
But it had nothing on Deku in Autumn.
- or -
Katsuki is a premium Deku simp, especially in Autumn. Watch him simp his way into Deku's heart!
Boom, Badoom, Boom
Izuku's working the kissing booth at the school fair, it just so happens Katsuki has been crushing on him since the first grade.
“Did you—“ Izuku parted his mouth with no sound leaving it, “Did you pay?”
“Yea.”
“For a kiss?”
Play It Cool
Izuku accidentally becomes Katsuki's secret cuddle buddy.
(or that time Izuku and Katsuki snuggle on real pretenses then false ones, each finding a way to poorly miscommunicate their emotions cause what do these boys do aside of making carters in infrastructures and in each other, make the whole class of 1-A weep for them, and manage a romance to bring Ryan Gosling to the brink of tears.)

Those Who Skate Together [BKDK]
//CW: Angst, Panic Attack, Belittling, Bullying, Shindou x Izuku, BKDK endgame + happy ending//
--
Izuku remembers the way his childhood best friend held his hand as he helped him learn how to skate with his first ever pair of roller skates. Their moms took them to the skatepark and made sure they were in a less congested area before allowing them to begin skating.
Izuku got the hang of it quickly but had a decent amount of spills either way. Katsuki patched him up with Band-Aids with every scratch he got and encouraged him through it all.
That core memory was what kept Izuku into the hobby, even through the years he no longer had Katsuki by his side and was teased by his peers for roller skating to and from school. Izuku dealt with this and just enjoyed what he liked most. Thought it felt a lot different now that Katsuki wasn't there by his side.
Katsuki moved away and they've all been so busy and unable to meet up. After some years their parents lost contact with one another.
So Izuku was alone all the way up until his 2nd year of high school.
That was when he met his first boyfriend, Shindou Yo.
Shindou told him how beautiful he thought he was and started to get to know Izuku. Izuku was happy to have someone so infatuated with him.
He hadn't had that since Kacchan. So, he gave him his everything, and they became an item. They instantly became a hot topic around the school, Shindou was popular, talk about him spread fast. Along with just talk about them in general there were a lot of eyes on Izuku.
Izuku had already been the loner type and people thought he was weird with his constant muttering and what was worse was people constantly taunted him for skating.
"It was no wonder a weirdo like you started skating."
"Isn't that...a girl...thing?"
"You know not everyone needs to know about it, right?"
Izuku ignored these comments most of the time. He enjoyed what he did and wasn't going to let random people that don't even know him stop him. So, he continued skating to and from school and making sure to spend time during the day doing so, keeping his hobby up.
Well, that was until Shindou came up to him at his locker while he was tying up his skate laces. "Izuku.."
"Hm?-Oh! Hi Shindou! What's up?" He smiled brightly up at him.
"Do you really...have to put those on everyday?"
Shindou looked down at his skates before looking back at him. Izuku tilted his head confused. "I want to...why do you...ask?"
"I mean...can't you just...walk? You are kind of making a fool out of yourself.." He whispered, shaking his head. Izuku frowned as he looked up at him before finishing tying his skates and standing up.
"You know I do this to get home faster...to help my mom out?"
"Well, you could bike? Or just run home?.. Keep this a...y'know...hobby?"
Izuku shook his head, crossing his arms, "This is me keeping it a "hobby" Shin.." He sighed quietly, picking up his bag, "If you're worried about yourself looking like a fool you could have just been honest about that." He said before leaving the school. He blinked back the tears that stung his eyes trying to keep himself from being too hurt.
He couldn't blame Shindou. He was popular and it was probably hurting his reputation with the fact that he's with Izuku first of all and second of all everyone finding the skating weird. He understood that. However Shindou hardly hung around Izuku, and Izuku only actually skated when coming to school and leaving school. That was the only times people caught glimpses of him.
He got to school earlier to help out the teachers with their papers or cleaning their classrooms so no one saw him skate in the morning. In the afternoon, he usually had permission to leave earlier than the rest of the class due to how congested the halls get. He was always practically out the door when everyone was just getting to their lockers. The only reason Shindou was able to catch him today was because of him staying after class to talk to a teacher for a second about some issues in class he was having. Shindou was usually walking with his friends and talking to them later is what he learned so he left school around the time Izuku stayed until.
Izuku decided to let this event pass. Nothing else would happen, he couldn't let himself get too worked up over it.
---
Izuku started to rummage through his locker more frantically as the moments passed.
He couldn't find them.
He couldn't find his skates.
Each second that passed with him not seeing them his breathing picked up in a panic. He stepped back from his locker a bit, everything suddenly felt too much. He dug his palms onto both sides of his eyes trying to recollect himself but to no avail he ended up sitting on the ground as he began to cry. He didn't know what to do. He couldn't help but completely shut down. He didn't care about the stares that were on him as this happened. All he cared about was the fact his skates were gone.
Everything continued to push him down until he got pure silence all around him. He uncovered his eyes and looked up at his teacher, Mr.Aizawa, right in front of him. "My classroom?" He asked, voice quiet. Izuku looked at him for a long moment, focusing from him to the now empty halls to anything he could pull his focus to.
"I.."
"Take your time." Aizawa, shook his head, sitting down next to him.
"Skates..my.."
"Shh..give yourself time." Izuku let his breathing even out for awhile. His shaking slowing down and he was less zoned out. He frowned, hugging his knees to his chest. "S-Sorry.." "No need, Midoriya. Head on to my classroom. I'll bring you tea from the teachers lounge. You can take the blanket out of my drawer if you need to, might help with compression." He told him, standing up, holding his hand out for Izuku to take.
Izuku looked at his hand for a second before shakily taking it, letting him pull him up. "Take it easy, we'll talk in a little." He told him to which Izuku nodded and made his way to his classroom.
--
"So, what happened? Take your time.." Aizawa asked him, passing over the tea. Izuku thanked him, hugging the blanket closer to him as he sat on a desk. He looked down at his lap before frowning more, "I...my skates.. They're not..in my locker.."
Aizawa nodded, "Alright, we'll look for them. Do you have any idea what could have happened?" Izuku shook his head, his hands shaking, "N-No...and...and I'm sorry if this seems dramatic...those...skates are just really special to me...they're the last thing I got from Kacchan and-"
"Izuku.. It's alright, you don't need to explain yourself to me. I understand." Aizawa whispered to him, "Let me know when you're okay to start looking." Izuku nodded, sipping on the tea. "C-Can you let my mom know I'll be late coming home...so she doesn't worry?"
Aizawa nodded, "Already ahead of you, called her while in the lounge."
"Thank you.." Izuku finished up the tea before they began walking around the school looking for his skates.
They checked everywhere. They checked each classroom, the cafeteria, everyone's locker and they came up with nothing. They asked around, the other teachers said they hadn't heard much. Well, until they got to Mr. Yamada.
"Your skates are missing lil man? Shit, I'm sorry about that." He ruffled Izuku's hair.
"We're still on school grounds, keep the swearing to a minimum." Aizawa sighed, "But have you seen anything? A student perhaps leaving class early?" He asked him. Yamada hummed as he thought about it for a moment, "Well, Yo Shindou left class early. So did Tatami Nakagame. They said they were going to the nurse though. Nakagame wasn't feeling good and he offered to take her." He shrugged, "So I didn't think much of it."
Izuku froze up and his blood ran cold as he looked back at the door. "N-No.." Both teachers looked at him, Aizawa gently placed a hand on his shoulder. "What's wrong?"
"I..I don't...he couldn't have.." Izuku started to walk to the door which had both teachers following him. "He's the only one that left class at some point.." He whispered, his walking picking up frantically.
"Izuku.. Where are we going?" Aizawa asked him. "O-Outside.." They let his mind work as they rushed around, looking everywhere. They looked around the pool, the track, the trash. The final spot they looked was the gardening club area.
Nakagame was in the gardening club.
Today they weren't meeting so they weren't interrupting anything thankfully. Izuku looked in every single spot of the huge field. Aizawa and Yamada looked in other areas as well. They happened to come upon an area right in the corner that was almost hidden if not for the fact that it looked...strange. Yamada called Izuku over to the area and once he got over there his eyes widened. "S-Shovel...please..." Aizawa nodded, walking off to get one out of the shed.
Yamada looked at Izuku who shook some, "If they're here we can make sure there's repercussions for what they did lil man. These skates mean a lot to you, they weren't theirs to mess with." Izuku gave him a small smile. "Thank you, Mr. Yamada.." He whispered.
Aizawa came back with the shovel and handed it off to Yamada to start shoveling to which he did so. Izuku watched the hole become more and more uncovered until he saw them.
His skates.
Buried and beat up.
Izuku looked at them for a moment before shakily sitting on his knees and grabbing them as he teared up. They had some rips and tears in them now as well as unusable wheels. The insoles were ripped up and one of the skates' plates was partly off. They were overall ruined.
Izuku started to cry hard, hugging them close to him. His skates were ruined. His boyfriend helped ruin them. He kept repeating that to himself as he cried. He still had more time with them. Kacchan would be so disappointed that he let this happen..
---
"Here. Open it." Katsuki passed a box over to Izuku, his face having a light dust of pink on it. Izuku looked at the present before starting to unwrap it. Once it was unwrapped he opened the box underneath it and gasped, looking inside it.
"K-Kacchan..you.." "You have some room to grow into them. Those will probably last you some years.. You like your stupid red shoes so much so...I thought.. Maybe if your skates looked like them too you'd like them more." Katsuki explained, still not meeting his gaze.
Izuku teared up looking from both him and the skates before setting the box aside and wrapping his arms around him. "T-Thank you! Thank you so much Kacchan!" Izuku cried. "Oi! Who said you could cry in my shirt dumbass?!" He yelled but Izuku didn't miss how he slowly wrapped his own arms around him, relaxing in his hold. "Thank you.. I'm going to cherish these forever.."
"Look at them whenever you start to miss me too much nerd."
---
These were those same skates. Right before Katsuki moved away officially he gave him these. He wore these after he outgrew his previous skates right when he finished middle school. Katsuki had already been gone for a year at this point. Katsuki picked the perfect size for him...He still had room to grow into these ones. They could have probably lasted until he finished highschool. But now here he sat on the ground hugging those skates to his chest, his heart breaking as he cried in pain. He cried until he couldn't cry anymore.
Aizawa and Yamada walked him back inside the school to grab his things and they ended up driving him home. He looked like he didn't have the energy to walk back home. Izuku thanked them quietly and made his way into his house. His mother hugged him upon seeing his ruined skates and his saddened expression. She told him they wouldn't be able to get him another pair for awhile. They just didn't have the money for it. She promised the moment she could set aside money she would get him a new pair. He was happy that she was willing to go out her way but..
It wasn't ever going to be the same. These skates were special because they were from Kacchan. Now he had no way of seeing or contacting him. Now when he looked at the skates he'd think of Kacchan but he'd also think about how his boyfriend ruined them. He went to wash the dirt on them so he could still hold onto them. He couldn't bring himself to get rid of them. They were too special. He ended up blocking Shindou's number after this happened.
He knew he didn't like his hobby but did he have to go so far?
What better was he than the rest of the people who talked about his hobby negatively. He just didn't understand.
--
-3 years later-
Izuku hummed as he drove his way to a new skatepark that opened up. It was a little farther from where he lived, about a half an hour drive. However, this was the closest one to where he lived now that the other he used to go to closed down and got turned into something else. He ended up getting a job and helping his mom pay for a lot of things. This helped and he went halfsies with her for new skates.
They weren't at all like his old ones but, he was still happy about them. He was sad about the time he couldn't skate. It took so long. He missed it so much.
He only got his skates a couple months ago. That's when he found out the place he usually went to was going to be shut down in a month or so. He was upset but spent as much time as he could there. Now it was gone and now he made his way into the new skatepark. He saw a plenty amount of people, all clearly happy about this new park.
He walked to a more empty area and sat on a bench, putting his skates on. Once he tied them up all nice and snug he stood up and started to skate. He had some new tricks he wanted to try out and this was the perfect opportunity. He got compliments on his skating from people who passed by. He thanked them happily and continued to skate. After awhile he accidentally took a stumble and was going to get back up, shrugging it off, before being pushed back down by someone.
"Oops! Sorry poser!" This was followed by laughter from a group of people. Izuku looked up at them all slowly before shaking his head, "Look...I'm not trying to cause any harm, I just want to-" "Do the easiest fucking thing here? You know this takes no skill right?" Another one of the people laughed. "Boarders only dumbass, go back to the roller rink where all the babies go!"
"Look. We want this area, you're gonna take your ass back home for us, alright? Sound fun?" Izuku scoot back a bit, starting to shake a bit. "I...I'm sorry...I didn't mean to cause trouble.."
"Well ya did! Come on! Leave punk!" "Yeah leave!" They all started to chant for him to leave and Izuku went to cover his ears as he tried not to cry until a voice rung out.
"The true posers are you assholes. Get the fuck out and leave him alone!" Izuku opened his eyes and watched the crowd run off, clearly scared to get told off again if they didn't. He took some deep breaths, letting himself calm down while going to try and stand up again. "Hey-take it easy, are you oka—" The voice, more soft, made Izuku look up in shock, and gasp quietly.
"Deku..?"
"Kacchan?.."
-
Izuku and Katsuki looked at one another for a long moment, neither of them saying anything due to the pure shock that ran through them. Izuku had it running through his head that this was too good to be true. He had to be dreaming. There was no way Katsuki was right here.
But the moment Katsuki held his hand out for him to take and he felt the warmth of their connected hands he knew this was real.
Kacchan.
Kacchan was here.
After so long he was here and he still remembered him. "Let's go sit down." Katsuki told him, kicking his skateboard up and holding onto it with his free hand and pulling Izuku over to a free bench. Izuku blushed looking at their hands. It still felt too good to be true. They sat down in silence for a moment before Katsuki first spoke up.
"I'm...pretty surprise you're here. You still live where you used to right? That's far from here.." He told him. "Though, I guess we both drove a fair amount to make it here." Izuku tilted his head confused, "What do you mean?"
"Where we are now there isn't any skateparks." He sighed, "This was the closest one." Izuku frowned, "The park we used to go to shut down not too long ago.." He told him. "So I guess we're kinda in the same boat."
"What? That place shut down? That's shit!" Katsuki shook his head. "Why?" "They're gonna turn it into something else." Izuku sighed. "God...I was planning on going back there at some point.." Katsuki slumped, "Though, I guess the reason I was going to made its way here, so."
Izuku blushed, starting to play with his hands. "S-So...how are you? What have you been up to?" Katsuki shrugged, "I've been alright. Through the years I just went to school, kept to myself as much as I could. Didn't stop some dumbasses from clinging to me but it's whatever."
Katsuku sighed before looking over at him. "What's been up with you? Hows it been since I left?...Where are your skates? Did you outgrow them?" He pointed towards the new skates he was wearing. Izuku froze up at the question, thinking back to that day they got ruined.
"I..I..don't...I.." He stammered over his words, looking at him in fear. He was going to be mad. He was going to be disappointed. He was going to ridicule him just like everyone else has. He- "Hey..hey..is it a sensitive topic? Look..we don't have to talk about it right now.." Katsuki looked at him so softly as he held his hand, giving it a reassuring squeeze. "Whatever happened, I'm here to listen to it.." He told him. Izuku relaxed at how soft and tender his voice was. He'd always cared so much about his feelings.
"T-Thank you, Kacchan...I-I'm sorry...I just..so much has happened.. It's been bad without you.." He whispered, shaking his head. "I..I don't want to tell you here...but...I will tell you eventually.." Katsuki nodded, looking him up and down, "Well, for a topic change...you changed. You look good." Izuku instantly blushed, going to try and hide his face, "K-Kacchan you can't just...admit that!" He whined. "Why not? It's true nerd."
"Kacchan!" He whined more before taking a breath, "You also look really good...but I g-guess you always have.." "You trying to one up my compliment huh?!" Katsuki teased, wrapping his arm around him, ruffling his hair making him laugh.
"K-Kacchan!" He wheezed, trying to get out of his hold. "Of course n-not!! Kacchan number one!" He smiled wide. "Damn right I am." He said, letting go of him before standing up. "C'mon, let's see if you can keep up, nerd." He hummed, stepping on his board.
"I dunno, maybe you'll have to keep up with me, Kacchan." He gave him a determined expression as he stood up. "I doubt that." Izuku grinned at him before beginning to skate off, Katsuki following close. They ended up laughing and talking as they skated; Katsuki showing off new tricks along with Izuku.
As the sun started to set over the horizon they decided it was time to pack it up and head home. "I..I just got you back again...I don't really want to leave.." Izuku whispered.
Katsuki sighed, reaching into his pocket and taking out his phone, "Here, put your number in. We can plan meeting up here." He told him, passing it over. Izuku blushed as he took his phone, taking note of a photo of them as kids as his lock screen as he made his way to add his info in. "Make sure you text me!" Izuku passed the phone back over. "Or I'll have to find you myself." "Not complaining about that, Deku." Katsuki ruffled his hair again. "Take it easy. I'll text you when I get home. Say hi to auntie for me."
He nodded with a big smile, picking up his skates. "Ditto!" He giggled. They went their separate ways. The moment Izuku got in the car he ran his hands over his face, feeling the heat on his cheeks. He didn't realize he'd still feel this way. Katsuki treats him so well though, how could he not? Izuku laid in bed, happily texting Katsuki later in the night. They talked about everything and anything. They planned to meet up again same day next week.
They ended up video calling a few days later at Izuku's request. He missed Katsuki's voice and face anD him in general. This was when Izuku ended up telling him about everything that happened after he left. He told him about how bullied he got. He told him about Shindou. He told him about his skates. He still had them and ended up just showing them to him as well. He was shocked at the treatment that Izuku received. He wished he could have been there to fight off everyone for him. Izuku didn't deserve that treatment.
He found himself going to the skateshop he now frequented asking about custom skates like he did when he was younger.
---
"Mom! We have to get Izuku a gift!" "What? For what? His birthday isn't for another few months." "Just because! He's upset that I'm leaving! I just.. I-I want to give him something!" The young Katsuki argued with his mother while his cheeks had a dust of pink on them. Mitsuki looked down at her son and sighed happily, smiling softly. "Alright. What do you have in mind, kid."
It took some weeks for the skates to be finished up. They were custom made after all. It was just in time for Katsuki to give them to Izuku though. They were a lot and he used his birthday money to help pay for it but it was worth it. It was worth it for the look Izuku gave him.
---
Katsuki was devastated to find out what Izuku's ex did to those same skates. He must've known the sentimental value of them since he was told Izuku talked about them a lot to his teachers. It'd be unreasonable if he didn't tell the person he was supposedly closest to.
Seeing Izuku cry about it even after so long broke Katsuki's heart. He wanted to find this Shindou and give him a piece of his mind.
How could you have someone like Izuku and treat him like that?
Katsuki just shook those thoughts away as he paid for the custom skates. He made sure to add some more details that he didn't think about when he was younger. They'd be ready in about a couple weeks. Katsuki thanked the worker before heading out, skating back home as he received a call from Izuku. He immediately answered it and let Izuku's heavenly voice fill his ears.
Yeah, he missed this a lot.
--
"These are all your designs?" Izuku gasped, looking at the skate decks that hung on Katsuki's wall.
"Yeah, all the designs I saw weren't my style so I had to figure it out myself. These are all the ones I outgrew. My current board is my favorite design." He pointed at his board leaning against the wall.
Izuku looked up at him with that look of awe he only gave Katsuki. It made his heart flutter as he drifted his gaze away, his cheeks heating up. "You're so talented, Kacchan! I'm so glad you brought me here!" Izuku giggled, looking at all his merch as well.
"Oo! You still play the drums?" He asked, sitting down at his drum set. "Of course, not as much anymore but it's still apart of me." Katsuki chuckled at how excited he was. It had only been a week and a half since they reconnected and Katsuki invited him to show him around where he lives now. Izuku loved seeing the city but liked being in the quiet confines of Katsuki's room more. Izuku started trying to play the drums which mostly consisted of him hitting everything randomly.
"Am...I doing it?" He looked up at him. Katsuki chuckled, walking around to stand behind him. "I won't say you're not but here. Let's try a simple beat." He leaned down and gently fixed the way he was holding the drum sticks and held onto his hands.
"This fine?" Katsuki asked but Izuku was silent at their close proximity. He blushed feeling the heat of him radiate off of him and sink into himself. He slowly nodded trying to keep focus on what Katsuki was teaching him. "So, you hit this part with this hand consistently.. Then with this one once then twice depending on the beat you're landing on." He moved his hands starting to make him drum. "Then with your foot, hit the pedal for me, alright?"
Izuku did as told and all the while he blushed more. "Perfect. See you're getting it." Katsuki smiled, chuckling quietly. "I'm gonna let go, alright? Think you got it?" He asked softly. Izuku nodded, "Y-Yeah." Katsuki let go allowing Izuku to play by himself. "There you go! Fuck, you're a natural!" Katsuki laughed. Izuku giggled as he continued for a moment more before going off the reins again and hitting random things.
"Deku!" He reached out to grab the sticks from him. "No! You can't stop me! I'm your guest!!" He leaned back with the sticks making Katsuki reached more. "Guest my ass! Give me my sticks!" Izuku stuck his tongue out at him moving his sticks out of his reach every time he got remotely close to grabbing them. Katsuki groaned before wrapping his arms around him, picking him up from behind and shaking him. "My drum set not yours!" "K-Kacchan! Put me down!!" Izuku laughed, hitting his arms gently.
"Not until you put my sticks down Deku!" Izuku laughed more continuing to hold onto his sticks which made Katsuki start trying to grab them again. He ended up losing his footing as he did so, unable to catch on anything which sent both of them tumbling to the ground.
They laid there, breathing heavily before bursting into laughter again. "You can have your s-sticks back." Izuku smiled. "Fucking better give them back, bastard." Katsuki teased. They spent the rest of the night like this, teasing and taunting one another. The time passed faster than they liked and Izuku had to go back home. Katsuki sighed, walking him to the door. "I'm coming to see you next week, got it?" Izuku smiled, "Alright Kacchan. Do you want to go skating this weekend? I kinda want to learn how to skateboard...you taught me how to roller skate so.. I wanna learn your thing.." He blushed. Katsuki followed suit, his own face heating up. "Y-Yeah we can. I'd be happy to teach you."
Izuku nodded and hugged him tightly, "Thank you. I'll text you when I get home!" He said, waving. "Bye!" Katsuki waved at him, watching him leave before his mom came up from behind him.
"Why don't you just confess already, brat?"
"Shut up!... I'm getting there.."
--
Izuku hissed in pain at the scratch he got on his knee. "Shit.." "You okay?" "Y-Yeah..I'll shake it off I-" But Katsuki was already reaching into his bag, grabbing an alcohol pad and a big band aid. They'd been at the skatepark for a few hours, it all being dedicated to Izuku learning how to skateboard and this was the first bad tumble Izuku made. "Here.. It's...gonna hurt, take a deep breath." Katsuki told him softly before wiping the area clean. Izuku breathed in sharply through his teeth at the pain.
"Sorry..sorry..trying to make it hurt less...though I guess you've always had a harsher reaction to this part.." Katsuki chuckled, finishing up. "I guess some things never change.." Izuku giggled, taking deep breaths as Katsuki put the band aid on his knee. "Good as new. Do you want to take a break?" He asked, placing a gentle hand on his shoulder. "No break! Lets keep going. Thank you for patching me up, Kacchan.." Izuku smiled, both of them blushing.
They skated for a few more hours before decided to pack it up for the day. Katsuki walked Izuku to his car before taking a deep breath. "Next week.. I'm coming over, be prepared. Izuku quickly nodded, "Of course! Oh, I can't wait I'll tell my mom! She'll be happy to see you. Do you just want to hangout?" "That'll be perfect."
--
Izuku fixed his hair for the umpteenth time that day. Katsuki was going to be there soon, he needed to make sure everything, including himself, was perfect. He made sure there were snacks and drinks and that his room was clean and of course that there was no issue with Katsuki actually coming over. Inko was ecstatic to hear Katsuki was coming over, happy to get a chance to see him and speak to him again. Though, she of course promised to give the two of them space.
Izuku continued to look around, making sure everything was fine before hearing the doorbell ring. He jumped before smiling excitedly and rushing out of his room. He watched his mother already answer the door and went up to stand by her.
"Auntie, Nerd." Katsuki greeted, giving Inko a hug with his free hand. "Oh Katsuki! How you've grown, it's so good to see you again. You boys have fun alright?" She smiled happily at the two of them. Izuku nodded, "Thank you, we will!" He smiled, noticing the box in Katsuki's arms. He tilted his head in confusion but led Katsuki to his room.
Once they got there Katsuki set the box down and engulfed Izuku in a hug. Izuku blushed and instantly hugged back. "It's for you. I want you to open it, I have something to ask you after." "Right now? Really?" Izuku questioned. "Well, I saw you looking so better now than later." Katsuki chuckled, letting go of him. "Sit down? On the floor?" He hummed, grabbing the box. Izuku nodded, sitting down and watched Katsuki do the same.
It reminded him of when they were kids. A perfectly good bed was right behind Izuku but here they sat on the fuzzy carpet that replicated the one from when he was younger. He smiled up at Katsuki, his heart beating fast unexplainably. "Open it. Spare any words until after I'm done talking though, okay?" Katsuki passed the wrapped box over to him. Izuku watched him start to mess with the fuzzies on the carpet.
He did the same thing before when he gifted him before he left. Izuku giggled as he looked down at the box, "Did I miss something? I hope not." He hummed, starting to unwrap it. "Nothing. Just, you'll understand when I start talking nerd! Quit yammering!"
Izuku laughed and nodded, tossing the wrapping paper to the side before running his hand along the top of the box. He took a deep breath before opening it. What was inside made him gasp and look at Katsuki silently and in shock.
"You're already quiet. That's good. Keep it like that. I'm gonna talk a bit." Katsuki took his own deep breath and looked in Izuku's eyes. "Izuku. You...have no idea how much I missed you through all these years...I used to beg the ol' hag to just drive back here. Just for the chance of seeing you..even if it was just for a few minutes or even in passing..I...Did you know I cried when she told us we had to move?" He whispered quietly. "It was the hardest I cried..ever..I..I couldn't imagine my life without you still in it...and—fuck, I still can't imagine not seeing you for more than a couple weeks. I was constantly wishing just for..an ounce of hope. That's all I wanted..I made new friends..but they weren't you."
Izuku was already starting to tear up as he listening to him.
"No one could ever be..as amazing as you..and..when..when you told me about your ex..I..It all came to me harder than it had before that..I...you deserve someone that will make you happy..and Izuku." Katsuki gently took his hands into his own, squeezing them. "I..I want to be that one to make you happy..I want to show you what it's truly like to be loved...I've liked you for so long and I want to shoot my shot now. You're free to reject this if you're still scared but Izuku. I love you, and I want to be your special someone."
Katsuki had a fearful expression on his face but he didn't lose his eye contact with Izuku as he was determined to speak his truth to him. He's kept these feelings to himself for so long and he needed to know. He needed to tell him now. Now or never. "So..what do you say?"
Izuku felt the warm tears start to flow down his face as he looked down at the custom skates that looked just like the ones Katsuki had gave to him so long ago. They were so similar yet so different than the previous ones.
He couldn't even think about Shindou when looking at these ones. All he could think about was his answer to Katsuki as he jumped into his arms, crying into his shirt as he hugged him tightly.
"Of course, Kacchan.."

IT'S THAT GRIN, FRECKLED AND WILD, haloed by splashes of violent color. it's the sheen over his eyes that flashes in just the right lighting. seph finds herself staring, finds their heart skipping a beat like it momentarily lost the rhythm. the spell breaks when he replies, though, and she shakes her head with a sharp bark of a laugh.
a genuine laugh. it's a rarity coming from someone normally so somber.
❝ yeah, i've been long-conning you this entire time. get poisoned, idiot. that's what you get for trusting me. ❞ seph's grin lingers for a few moments as they walk the bike toward the door, stand it up outside. no one would dare take it — they know whose it is. ❝ no, i've been coming here since i was a kid. usually for coffee in the mornings, but sometimes for food. ❞ before hellhound, at least, when they actually cared enough to feed themself properly. ❝ pretty sure it's the only place that wouldn't call the cops on me for walking through the fucking door. ❞
for a moment, persephone just ... lingers at the entrance to the place, yellow light tangled up in the edges of her hair. this is — a step. to be taking. this is a place that has only been hers for a very long time. the vulnerability of it all washes over them in one great, sickening wave, and it's plain on her face, the nervousness. they settle for averting their eyes from izuku for the time being. ❝ i think the owner just — lives in the back room. she opens at six PM and closes at six AM. what she does with the other hours i could not fuckin' tell you. ❞
a sharp rap on a bronze square above the door handle announces persephone's presence by way of sound. her prosthetic knuckle makes it sound more like the door's being tapped by a metal rod. strangely, they don't adjust their body language the way they do when met by someone other than izuku. the stiffening, the dark expression, the immediate survey for weak points and potential danger. less snapping hound and more girl.
it's made clear why when an old woman shuffles out of the back room, prompting a little jingle from the bells above the doorway. she must be in her eighties or nineties, yet for her age her movements are fluid, her posture ramrod-straight. her eyes are open, but do not move — a whitish film over the surface should tell izuku everything he needs to know about why seph is comfortable here. the woman extends her hand over the counter. seph stalks forward and extends their own for her to take, grasp, feel. "you've been fighting," she says. "and you brought someone?"
❝ uh — yeah. ❞ they turn toward izuku, finally, the tips of their ears already going a bit red. something amused and mean flickers across their face — teasing, in that way they do. ❝ work friend. we just came for a bite. ❞ they wait for him to introduce himself if he pleases, not as her employer but as a coworker. implied, silent, lighthearted: get dragged down to my level, nerd.
Tumblr media
Izuku meets the question with a grin, the faraway neons and streetlights painting the curves of his face pink and purple. Once the helmet is off and the tinted visor uncovers his eyes, the familiar yellowish sheen of his eyes joins the palette, disappearing as quickly as it came to life when he turns his face into the light.
“I thought you’d think highly of me,” the man jokes, the corners of his lips raised even once he’s finished speaking. Not that he’s finished for too long.
“I have a strong stomach, but I hope I won’t have to test it here.” Another joke, maybe with just the smallest pinch of truth, but given the area… Anyone would find himself doubting, at least a little bit.

Katsuki buying a bike so he can take Izuku to the UA and pick him up (and have the sweet teacher's arms wrapped around him every single time).
He swears to Izuku that he doesn't mind and the UA is on the way to his agency anyway, even though it's actually in the opposite direction to the school and he has to wake up an hour earlier so he can get on time to his first patrol.
But Izuku doesn't need to know that.

Could mimic izuku turn into a bike?
Yes he would. He would most likely just turn into a normal bike cause I'm not sure how has would work with him since he's not actually the items he turns into he just mimics them.

Has no one said deku and his dad toshinori for the ask game yet 😞
Midoriya Izuku
favorite thing about them: his sheer fucking drive, man. this boy decides what he wants to accomplish and just accomplishes it. that’s fucking insane. thinking about Dagobah beach blows my mind every time.
least favorite thing about them: holy FUCK dude please learn how to care for your own mental health. there is more to health than physical. PLEASE learn this buddy.
favorite line: “Up till now, I’ve come across all types. They’ve refused to back down... so fighting was the only way to stop them. But... I never understood what made them turn out that way. If I had, maybe things would’ve worked out differently. Or, who knows? Maybe I still would’ve had to fight them anyway. Shigaraki killed so many people. He’s hurt people near and dear to me. And yet!! One For All is a power meant for saving, not killing. All Might taught me that.” from chapter 305.
brOTP: Midoriya & Uraraka
OTP: Midoriya/Bakugou, which if you follow me you already knew <3
nOTP: Midoriya/Chisaki. saw some overdeku art on pinterest today. why. what the fuck.
random headcanon: he was the ER kid as a tiny baby as well... breaking his bones in high school is just the upgraded version of needing stitches because he crashed his bike at age six. and needing stitches because he fell out of a tree at age eight. and needing a boot because he sprained his ankle trying to hop a fence “like a cool hero, mom!” at age ten. Problem Child <3
unpopular opinion: All Might telling him he couldn’t be a hero would NOT have made him turn to the villain’s side. I reread that scene before I started writing my fic, and not only does All Might outline all his reasons for saying “no” before he actually says no, but the horror on Izuku’s face says that he got the message. once he’s down from the building we even get a scene with introspection where Izuku resolves himself to living a normal life, and we all know how strong the boy’s resolve is! He deadass probably would have wound up as CEO of some company.
song i associate with them: Zero by Imagine Dragons
favorite picture of them:
Tumblr media
Yagi Toshinori (All Might)
favorite thing about them: he said "hey the world needs someone to provide hope" and then just went and BECAME that someone. not only is this an INCREDIBLE feat, it's just really admirable that he looked at the shit circumstances around him, and instead of (just) getting depressed about it, he decided he could fix it. he came up with an impossible, fairytale solution, and then just... made it come true. that's fucking ridiculous.
least favorite thing about them: Toshi I am begging you. please learn some self care. please I'm begging. Toshi. Toshi. this isn't what ur mom would have wanted.
favorite line: “So even now, I’m fighting to live! You changed my outlook!! I’m still alive! I’ll use this very hand... to shape my own fate!!” from chapter 131.
brOTP: Yagi & Aizawa. I think their friendship is nice and also Horikoshi's commentary on it is fucking hilarious.
OTP: NONE, jokes on you! I believe in AROMANTIC ALL MIGHT!!!
nOTP: Yagi/Aizawa. I've seen some cute art but. HOOO BOY the AGE GAP no THANK you SIRS.
random headcanon: he was ALWAYS the tallest kid in class. he drank lots of milk but the Tall was always just genetics. his grade school friends were jealous.
unpopular opinion: he may not be the best teacher but he is trying his best! the man literally is depressed and also has never taught before. he has no model to go off of other than Gran Torino who’s teaching method starts and ends at violence! in comparison to that All Might is actually very good!
song i associate with them: Get Along by Kenny Chesney
favorite picture of them:
Tumblr media
peak Dork Dad energy like, sir.
this ask was SO HARD to pic ONE fav line and pic for each of them! I just love them too much! But these are what I settled on for now <3
Thank you for submitting these characters!
Ask game: send me a character!

"So... Izuku..." Shinsou shook his head, making eye contact with himself in the mirror, too serious... He'd think something was wrong. "Hey, um Izuku! I need to tell you something..." Shinsou took a deep breath before returning to where he was rehearsing. "You are one of my best friends, one of the few people to believe in me, and so much more. I love you." No! He can't just say that out of the blue! "Izuku, I would not be the person I am today without you. Ever since that day at the beach... Um... I can't stop getting flustered when I think about you. Izuku, I think I have a crush on you." Shinsou winced when he said the last sentence, already imagining the worst possible outcome of outing his feelings.
--
Izuku, the ever dutiful friend quickly walked across the hall to the bathrooms. He and Shinsou were due to go to the movies together to see some new horror flick they'd been interested in. Shinsou had gone into the bathrooms almost half an hour ago. Did he not like Izuku anymore? What if he'd been hurt? Or got sick? Or just wanted to bail without telling him. Izuku had fully planned on asking Shinsou out to dinner after the movie too... What if he finally thought Izuku was weird? As he approached the door, Shinsou's ever lovely voice could be heard.
"Izuku, I think I have a crush on you." Was the first and last thing he heard beyond brief cursing about the time, as the door opened to reveal his crush, who seemed to process the new situation much faster than he had.
"you too, Hitoshi." The ever awkward Izuku said, his arm still raised from where he was about to knock. Both of their faces matched a bright red.
"Oh My Fuck." Was all Hitoshi could mutter for a solid minute.
"I do... Um... Actually really like you, Hitoshi. I thought you were out of my league."
"Me?? Out of your league? Hello? You literally look like Adonis's child, and you have the kindest heart I've ever seen."
"Yeah, but you're so.... Handsome, kind, funny, smart, and jeez... You have real pretty eyes." Izuku mumbled the last part.
"Hey! Gay and gayer. Epskay bathroomskay! Some people have to piss. Go on your little date and be gay there, at least then it isn't my problem." Bakugou grumbled, pushing past the pair for the bathroom.
"Ah, yeah, sorry Kacchan!" Izuku mumbled, grabbing Shinsou by the arm. He walked them outside, where Izuku's motorbike was waiting.
"So... Is this an official date now?" Shinsou asked as they got on the bike.
"...can it be?" Izuku rev'd the engine, leaning forward a bit.
"Yeah, I'd like that." Shinsou smiled as they pulled off.

how class 1-a drives
izuku - he’s a pretty safe driver but when he gets to mumbling a bit, he’s swirvin EVERYWHERE (people are screaming like the car is on fire sometimes when he’s driving)
bakugou - y’all already know: ROAD RAGE. “hey dumbass! wtf do u think youre doing?? you can’t just fucking switch lanes w/o a blinker!!! aaarrgghh!!”
kirishima - he’s the type to drive and then stop thinking about the road for a solid five minutes and then he hits a curb and wakes himself up from his thoughts (“oh fuck sorry guys i kinda uh wasn’t thinking for like 5 minutes.” “shitty hair you WHAT?” “don’t panic i just don’t know where we are.”)
kaminari - another one that his brai will shut off but his shuts off for 10 minutes (“hey denki, we should be there already.” “oh haha funny story.”)
todoroki - seems pretty calm but turns too sharp so everyone fears that he’s gonna kill his tires but he doesn’t bc “guys chill out. i can turn just fine” no shoto. it’s not fine
iida - y’all why are u looking at this section? he’s a perfect driver and a stickler for turn signals. “you YOU DIDNT PUT YOUR SIGNAL YOU MENACE TO SOCIETY” a lil bit of road rage
aoyama - he can’t drive for shit. he always gets distracted and runs a red light or something “oh non....oh well i hope the police don’t catch me”
mina - she’s an ok driver but she’s always playing her music a bit too loud. like not loud enough to hurt your ears but loud enough for you to raise your voice when talking
tsu - she’s a good driver. that’s about it.
ururaka - she’s a driver alright. she’s always a pushy driver. passing on the right lane or honking at ppl when the light JUST turned green, stuff like that
ojiro - drives like a SAFE FATHER. he is checking his mirrors EVERY time and ALL the time
koda - does not drive, makes someone drive him or he walks
satou - he bikes actually. idk i just don’t don’t see him driving
shoji - he’s such a good driver ong. he doesn’t even HAVE a blind spot bc if his quirk. and like yk that thing when ppl put their arm on the passenger side to look when they back out and it’s REALLY hot? YEA HE DOES THAT 😍
jirou - good vibes ONLY in her car. she’s a pretty good driver but her car has a few dents for let’s say “character”. she has trouble parking so people ding her car as they open their doors
sero - REALLY good driver. like when he drives, the car doesn’t feel like it’s moving that’s how good he is. is a parallel parking GOD
tokoyami - ok so one time he let dark shadow drive the car bc he was a bit tired... and that’s why his car is totaled and he always has to ask for rides 😪
hagakure - cannot drive. should not drive. walks everywhere
momo - drives like a CHAMP. always has random helpful things in her car. she’s like fuckin toodles from the mickey mouse clubhouse show. yk how some ppl are REALLY organized in schoolwork and other things but their car looks atrocious? yea hers looks like a DUMPSTER. she found a whole moldy LOAF of bread in there.
mineta - his feet cant reach the pedals. so he either catches a ride w deku or stays home 💀

⭐Ayoo⭐ I still exist ƪ(˘⌣˘)ʃ and I hope you do too cause you're awesome \(ϋ)/♩
How about, s/o on a date/hang out with izuku, ejiro and sero (seperatly, or same) at a trampoline park on the weekend, first time, s/o is having fun, falling on their ass a lot. When the two hours are up they're all outside and s/o calls their mom to check in. Said mother then proceeds to go off on (s/o saying how apparently they were grounded without ever saying that,) and how s/o is and has always been manipulative, s/o responds with, "how the hell am I maipulative?!" Then after mom saying "watch your fucking mouth" their mom besicaly gives the threat of, "you'd better enjoy the time with your friends while you can. Instead of going home s/o goes and rides bikes with them for a few hours. Happened to me this weekend. F U n. I hope your feeling well ( T_T)\(^-^ )
I really like this request and I hope I wrote it well. I did them all in one, because I thought it would be the easiest way to write this, but it would’ve probably been easier to do them all separate. Anyway this is how it ended up. While writing this, I realized it’s actually kinda hard to manage so many characters, so separate would’ve really been better, but it’s my own problem really
“OMG! you screamed as the guys bounced you a bit too high, and made you fly like six meters into the air.
You landed on your butt on the trampoline and took a few deep breaths to calm yourself before getting up.
“That was so freaking high up” you said with a huge grin on your face.
“You don’t have a fear of heights do you?” Sero smirked.
“Well not in a safe environment like this, but I wouldn’t go jumping off tall buildings or anything”
“Same” Kirishima said.
“I would” Midoriya said.
“Well that’s because you can do that whole floating thing, or grab onto buildings with blackwhip like some freaking Spiderman” you chuckled.
“Very true” Kirishima nodded.
“Yep” Sero said.
You all burst out laughing, and you almost fell on your ass because you started staggering backwards, and hit the heel of your foot onto the edge of the trampoline. Somehow you managed to keep your balance though.
You had a ton of fun, and so did the guys. There was a lot of laughing and a lot of falling, especially from your part.
When the couple of hours your mother had given you were up, you were all standing outside the trampoline park. You called your mother to check in and since you didn’t predict any trouble you just stood with the trio.
Midoriya wasn’t eavesdropping, not really, he could just hear everything that was being said and it didn’t sound good. You said hi to your mom when she answered the phone, but it sounded like you were immediately greeted by a tirade from your mother.
Midoriya shot you a worried glance, but you just gave him an awkward smile and stepped to the side to continue the call.
“Do you think they’re okay? That didn’t sound so good” Kirishima asked, having heard the angry voice on the other end of the call as well.
“I hope so” Sero said.
You weren’t really feeling like dealing with your mother. You had had such a fun afternoon, and you didn’t want it to end.
“You’re so manipulative, you’re going to come home right now!” your mother barked into the phone.
“How am I manipulative?” you asked, trying to keep your voice down, so the guys wouldn’t hear you.
“Shut your mouth, you better enjoy your time with your friends while it lasts, because no one wants to stick around for someone like you”
You just hung up on her and took a deep breath. You were going to do just that, enjoy your time with your friends and you wanted to give your mother a few choice words, but you knew it would just get you into more trouble.
You walked back to the three guys, who were all looking at you with worry painted all over their faces.
“Sorry about that, do you guys wanna do something else? I don’t really feel like going home yet” you said with a smile that was not quite genuine.
Midoriya, Sero and Kirishima glanced at each other, but all seemed to decide not to push it, which you were grateful for.
“I’m hungry. You guys wanna wanna grab a snack or something?” Kirishima asked, guiding the attention away from the miserable phone call you’d just had.
“Definitely” Sero said.
“We could go to the park to eat” Midoriya suggested.
“Sure” you shrugged.
The four of you made your way to the nearest corner store and got yourselves something to eat and drink and then walked to the park. You sat under the cover of a huge oak tree and started eating your snacks and whatever else you’d bought.
“I had a really good time at the trampoline park. It’s so nice to hang out with you guys” you said while munching on your sandwich.
“Mmmmhmm” the guys mumbled and nodded in agreement with their mouths full.
“No talking with your mouths full” you grinned.
Sero swallowed and said: “I don’t think that really qualifies as talking”
“Yeah, more like what Midoriya always does. You know, the whole muttering thing?” Kirishima chuckled.
“I don’t do it that much… Do I?” Midoriya wondered.
“You kinda do though” you chuckled.
You had a great afternoon with your friends. After you were done eating the four of you grabbed some of the bikes that were available at the park and went riding around. You rounded the pond and the whole thing ended up turning into a bit of race. It was a whole lot of fun and you got your mother out of your mind for a couple more hours.

Class 1-A at the Olympic Games
Is there any real reason to do this? Not really, but the Olympics people actually care about only comes around once every four years and I wanted to do something for it. So here’s who I think would do be the best in each of the events.
Tumblr media
3x3 Basketball/Basketball/Beach Volleyball/Volleyball: Starting off with a surprising one, Hagakure actually does the best here. Mostly because people are too confused on how a ghost seems to be handling the ball to stop her.
Archery: I guess Aoyama? He seems pretty good at hitting stationary targets. How many points would he get if destroyed the whole target though?
Artistic Gymnastics/Rhythmic Gymnastics/Trampoline: With her amazing acrobatic abilities, Mina would be a shoe in for these events. I mean she’s already dress for the job since her hero suit is essentially a leotard.
Artistic Swimming/Marathon Swimming/Swimming: Surprising no one, the girl that is part frog completely overtakes everyone in swimming events.
Athletics/Modern Pentathlon/Triathlon: As most of these involve running or jumping, Iida’s rock power legs should help him immensely. I can see him now, majestically rocketing over every hurdle.
Badminton/Golf/Tennis/Sailing: Momo dominates all of these. Mostly because these are rich people sports and no else knows how to play them properly.
BMX Freestyle/BMX Racing/Track Cycling/Mountain Bike: Uraraka takes the gold with all of these. Mostly because she E.T.ed her bike all the way to the finish line.
Boxing: Izuku, giving his skills in analytics and punching, would be great in this sport. Now I just really want to see a MHA and Hajime no Ippo crossover.
Canoe / Kayak Flatwater/Canoe / Kayak Slalom/Rowing: I'm just going to give these to Shoji. Mostly because the guy could be an entire team by himself with all of his arms.
Diving: Surprisingly, Mineta does the best in this one. Turns out his small body is perfect for diving.
Equestrian/Road Cycling: Koda just told everyone else's horses to stop or bombarded them with a bunch of pigeons.
Fencing: Since he’s the only one to actually wield a sword, I guess Tokoyami can do this one. And by that I mean Dark Shadow can do this as Tokoyami waits at the other side of the mat. You think Dark Shadow would get a medal as well?
Football: Again, Iida does pretty good in soccer. Mostly because no one wants to block or get within five yards of him with how powerful his legs are.
Handball/Rugby: If Aiwaza's opening exam is anything to go by, Bakugou would crush any kind of hand related sport. Now he can get a gold medal he actually wants.
Tumblr media
Hockey: I could say that Shoto’s skills with skating earn him the gold. But if we’re being honest, he probably trapped the other teams in ice like at the Sports Festival.
Judo/Karate/Taekwondo: Gee, I wonder if the guy wearing a Gi everywhere would do well in marital arts events. Though I do wonder if Ojiro would do the typical thing and tie up his tail to restrain his power.
Shooting: I guess Momo since she is the only person who has ever handled anything close to a gun? Would she get more points for hitting the other athlete's targets?
Skateboarding/Surfing: Denki seems like the kind of guy who would be into this stuff so I guess he could do well with it? Honestly, I didn’t even know these were events.
Sport Climbing: You think it would be Tsuyu given her naturally climbing pads, but it is actually Sero as he spidermans his way to the top.
Table Tennis: Obviously, Shoji and his twenty paddles of doom take this one. Tokoyami did put up a good fight given that he’s essentially a one man team with Dark Shadow.
Water Polo: Jiro does pretty great in this one. I mean she did get hit in the head, her jacks hit the pool, and everyone else stopped moving, so she won only be default. But hey, a win is a win.
Weightlifting: Given how beefy he could be, Sato would be pretty great at tossing around these heavy weights. Wait, would him using sugar count as steroid abuse?
Wrestling: Of course, Kirishima would only partake and excel in the most manly of sports. Though I feel bad for his opponents. Going to grapple Kirishima only to be completely shredded by his armor.

More Akudama Izuku stuff, this time featuring Iida.
Iida's family used to live in Kanto, but moved to Kansai a little bit before the war.
Courier's bike was built by them, but it was stolen. Then stolen again, then passed on, and stolen again, until it made it into that apartment that night. We know how it ends.
Tensei recognized the motorcycle when Courier took down the police tower, and eventually followed it in one of the vehicles he built, eventually finding Courier's corpse and the destroyed bike
Tenya has a pair of armored boots with wheels made of hard light. It's still a prototype
He's a civilian, actually. And Izuku’s roommate after having to move out when his apartment was destroyed in the riots.
