I don't believe the Batfam could believe Dick to be dead when he and Bruce faked his death after Forever Evil. I don't care about canon, they never should have believed it.

Why? Bruce. Bruce, when he loses a child, loses a bit of sanity and cannot stop talking about his dead baby. He would be devastated if he actually lost Dick. But, because he hasn't lost Dick, he doesn't act like his world has ended. And even if the rest of the fam would not pick up on that, Tim, who knows very well how Bruce is when he lost a child, would never fucking believe it.
