they could've gone much harder with the gender neutrality of arlecchino's design (why does every female character need fucking high heels) but you have no idea how insane it makes me that lyney and lynette refer to arlecchino as 'father'. the fact that lyney calls her 'father' and 'lady arlecchino' and 'the knave' interchangeably, and it isn't really drawn attention to in any way, is just so cool and so gender.
