I feel like they would literally asked if you need something or comfort since yk, you hugged them

But few seconds they will use one arm to hug you, like a side hug, just a side hug, if you want hug

If you hugged them often then they will take advantage to it, i mean by that, they will literally turn you into cake

Also, they will hug you tighter if you feel down or sad, they be like ' ⊂⊃ohh noo, traveler sad ,must hug tighter '

if there is no sign of danger, they will simply pat your head

but after a few moment or so, they will push you away gently so ⊂⊃they could return on what they are doing.

Smilers.

these adorable creeps hide in dark hallways, rooms, ceilings, and holes in the floor. the most you'll see of them is their glowing faces since the body blends in with the shadows; you can stun them using flashlights or cameras, guns work, but aren't as effective as light. some of them are smart enough to talk, those ones are usually in groups; though they aren't any less aggressive as the ones who can't, you may be able to distract them long enough to escape (very unlikely though, because smilers are fast).
