Who said “I love you” first Jan ... however, the thing is, he doesn’t see how it’s a big idea. So at some point, during some mission, Shvaughn is in danger and Jan says something like “don’t touch the women I love” and Shvaughn is so sprocking happy for days. Jan has no clue why.

Who would have the other’s picture as their phone background By the time they’ve hit domestic/married Mad Man of Trom and Sean Erin days they both do. (But it’s the other with Alchemist or Inferno because they’re both dumb accidental-parent types).

Who leaves notes written in fog on the bathroom mirror Whoever gets up first. Jan writes cheesy things, Shvaughn draws hearts and the like.

Who buys the other cheesy gifts Neither. Part of Troman culture is only giving handmade, hard to create gifts to their partner as symbols of love, and Shvaughn catches on quick. (Unless you mean a sprock ton of knit gloves, hats, and scarves, because Trom was a warm planet, Jan never quite adjusted, and Shvaughn is happy to help.)

Who initiated the first kiss Shvaugh, but it’s a quick peck-and-run because she’s embarrassed and Jan was pretty oblivious until that point.

Who kisses the other awake in the morning Shvaughn (Jan’s liable to get punched if he tries it)

Who starts tickle fights Jan, because they both can be oh-so-serious, and Imra once told him that was bad for their health.

Who asks who if they can join the other in the shower Both, although a lot of the time nothing sexy happens. (Shvaughn likes it because shampooing her hair is a lot of work and Jan is normally more than happy to oblige)

Who surprises the other in the middle of the day at work with lunch Both. When they first started dating, alot of their dates were Shvaughn surprising him with little picnics in the monitor room while Jan was on monitor duty. When they got older, and Sean’s was the SP Chief, Jan would take Sean out to lunch during his slow days.

Who was nervous and shy on the first date Again, both. With Shvaughn it was more noticeable.

Who kills/takes out the spiders Jan, because Shvaughn (especially older, as Sean) is very busy and very tired and cannot be bothered when her partner is within yelling distance and can do it for her.

Who loudly proclaims their love when they’re drunk Honestly this is more a Dirk thing but Jan. However, he doesn’t do it loudly, more like he begins to wax poetic about how wonderful it is to be dating her, much to the amusement of all his friends.
