rip sometimes I feel like an example someone would come up with when making fun of some demographics, like "ohhh look at me, i'm a mixed autistic tejano with ocd & adhd who's also a he/him lesbian"

#ramblings #ofc there's some really awful misinformation out there like but Also i try to be wary of how hyper vigilance can lead to being exclusive #the amount of times i prefaced talking with doctors like I HARDLY USE TIKTOK BUT SOCIAL MEDIA WILL NATURALLY SPREAD AWARENESS #AND I TRY TO READ CREDIBLE SOURCES BEFORE COMING TO CONCLUSIONS #PLEASE I'M NOT THAT CHRONICALLY ONLINE I GO OUTSIDE FOR FUN I SWEAR #idk that anxiety was definitely present and still kinda is #it was nice to hear an autistic doctor say that yeah she thinks i'm autistic and that i've just been masking these traits my whole life #something something compounding anxiety something something I feel like a patchwork quilt of a person
