not to b dramatic but there should be some sort of rewards / compensation scheme for ppl who go thru long stages for a job itv
#like the most stages u go thru#or once u do a case study for them#u should b entitled to idk an X% discount on their product or an obligation to find u another lead#the amount of time and effort it takes candidates to get jobz nowadays is wild#and the fact ur just expected to do it all... for free?? even when its like a week's worth of work#ive litcherally been thru two 6-week long process this year just to b rejected at the final stage#bref#if companies started doing this it would incentivize others to follow suite to maintain their employer branding#jsut an idea !!! ok back to wurk lol
