#the Think Your Balid part is a joke

It doesn’t matter if you’re “valid” (according to whatever rules the people around you have set up, or at all, really.).
Stop worrying about whether you are valid. You are alive, and you exist. That’s enough on that front.
The only person that can validate you in any kind of meaningful way is yourself, and it has to come from within.
The act of going around and trying to search for people who “””Think Your Balid””” and say you’re valid all the time and shit— it’s stunting your emotional and psychological growth. The reason that you crave validation so much is because you have the inability to create it within yourself.
Stop looking for affirmation of your truth in other people before and without working on finding it within yourself.
Validity as a concept, in the way that it’s used currently, makes me so upset. It’s not real, not in this way. It’s just an emotional crutch that causes you to depend on the opinions of everyone around you to feel like you have worth.
You do have worth, and that’s the end all, be all. It doesn’t matter whether you’re “valid” or not, because that concept is bullshit.
Forgive me if I make no sense, I’m currently dissociated and on the front end of a fibro flare up. (Should NOT have done so much exercise.)
I hope you’re all alright, and please remember to take care of yourself, stay hydrated (more important than you think), take your meds, step away from the screen for a bit, experience the world around you in the moment, eat some food, do something you enjoy. Love yourself, actively and shamelessly.
