this particular Shenanigan(TM) started on 12/8/21 and wow it’s grown since then! we have a whole-ass conlang and an extensive ‘verse for it lol

speaking of: the first 3 chapters of OWK plunny #24b have been posted as an anniversary gift to the entire group of us nerds who started it all

once abandoned, now the found; aka Trauma Mom and her flock of Trauma Ducklings finding family and, eventually, a home

For the curious, this is the grammatically correct version:

Translator’s notes:

Shortened animal (tmuhìskt) to tmuh

Truncated present known verb ending -ærg to -a for æbistìk-ærg

Dropped preposition indicator -àp from bŕœàp and kætàp

Dropped verb indicator -ìk and present known verb ending -ærg from mekgim(ìk)-ærg and kŕerk(ìk)-ærg: this means they look like nouns but because they’re in the position of the verb (Stùjàni uses OSV word order) they act as verbs

The verb indicator -ìk is optional when combined with a verb ending, so I’ve left them in brackets in the grammatically correct version

honestly not sure how we got this far but we've definitely had fun along the way! (technically the anniversary was yesterday but i forgot to update here lol)

-freedom is a red bird that perches in the soul : Anakin makes an assumption, and things spiral wildly from there. Status: Ch.3 in progress, with bonus overhaul of the entire plot because it absorbed another plunny and now i have to figure out what the hell i’m doing before i can continue  [AO3, SqWA]

-run while you still can : part 2 of the Unwilling Guest AU [AO3, SqWA], wherein Jango never makes it out of slavery and is not on Kamino willingly (guide). Status: in progress

-to heal, to grow, and to help : bb!anakin as fay’s padawan au. Status: outlined and just barely in progress

-OWK plunny #24b once abandoned, now the found : an adult OWK’s journey, from identification to the Temple. Status: in progress [AO3, SqWA]

-child general war padawan, take 2: electric boogaloo : aka, ben and satine and the terrible horrible no-good very bad civil war. Status: in progress but definitely needs a better outline

As for inactive WIPs and the seething hoard of plunnies: we do not speak their names lest they rise up and consume. They are too many to be counted, and I tremble in fear before them as they lie in wait.

I’m also one of the main people working on the Stùjàni (Stewjoni) conlang and the Obi-Wan Kenobi Collective Universe. the Stùjàni Dictionary now has exactly 900 words! which given that you need a vocabulary of ~1,000-3,000 words before you can hold a decent conversation doesn’t necessarily seem like much, but consider: we started this language on Dec. 8, 2021. that’s roughly 8 months ago. we’ve been averaging over 100 words a month, guys, and that’s not counting all the grammar and worldbuilding and reference materials we’ve also been working on. i’m just very excited about this rn, you have no idea (ﾉ≧∀≦)ﾉ*:・ﾟ✧
