Berlin for sure. A lot of it precedes the cold war (including the rail network) but was also heavily shaped by the cold war split. As much as the city is one again and there are efforts to seal the gap created it's not that easy to hide 40 years apart and 30 years of a giant wall crashing through it. There aren't many places where you see a structure created by two competing approaches to urban spaces being built practically on top of each other.
