Winnie has OCD.
#osteochondritis dissecans#not obsessive compulsive disorder#horse talk#adequan has been purchased & i'll be giving her the loading dose as soon as it arrives from the pharmacy#we'll see how she feels in a month#i'm not sure if i should keep riding her at this point but we'll see#if she retires she retires. i'll have to move the girls to a cheaper barn though in that case. but i won't need a good arena on property#so it'll be easier to find a good spot at least#the OCD may not be causing the lameness but still. need to support it.#at the barn the vet just said she had a bone fragment - but that fragment is from the OCD. it's in both stifles#so now i also get to worry about penny growing too fast and ALSO developing it
