How uncomfortable has fiction made you feel without you giving up on continuing through the story?

anything with sex tends to make me pretty uncomfortable, and most of the time it's something i can put up with , but there are times where it's a struggle. the h-scenes in both Muramasa and Fate that i've read were a struggle, and for Fate, after a bit i had to just put it on auto and minimize the tab until it was over
