I'm gonna be brutally honest and just say that it's kinda making me peeved that some bigger sonic posters even on here are just saying that it's the fans' fault for expecting something more than a buddy road trip series and not something serious cause I mean that's literally why Knuckles was praised in 2!!! He was taken seriously and his funny moments came from him being so out of his element, not because everything around him was comedic! Sonic fans love when it is serious, Shadow being the most obvious example of that so of course we were hoping for at least 1 episode of that!

It's not a Knuckles show, it's literally wade! Just wade and his daddy issues and bowling with the villains barely showing up and Knuckles being an accessory to wade's story, and that's just It. Knuckles doesn't feel like a focus in episodes after 1, he feels like an accessory to wade, to react to his family drama, to be his straight man in the comedy act, to be his rescuer or motivator when the plot needs it. It's seriously upsetting cause we love this character but so many have to act like we're whiners for complaining that we shouldn't have expected more from a show about "alien furry guy" cause "its for kids."

I had a few hours to digest the show, and honestly sure it’s not the best, but there was some things I did enjoy and some things I REALLY didn’t— like wades sister… ughhh.. HSHSJSHHSJS

knuckles was a delight whenever he ACTUALLY popped up, sure the show was a lil sillay but hey.

I actually found the thing with GUN pretty interesting and man I wish they could’ve dug into that a lil more but I guess we’d have to wait till December wink wonk 😉

Everyone’s entitled to their own opinions, I still agree with you that it should’ve been WAY MORE KNUCKLES FOCUSED. But I enjoyed what it brought to the table.

And people are allowed to voice what they wanted to see and didn’t like, so don’t feel like you’re a whiner for it! (Or let others tell you, you are) It’s okay! Honestly I had to rant about it to some friends too lmao, but it’s all in good sport— we shouldn’t go shaming people for expecting more.
