Dawg there's a whole ass discord screenshot where soda had to explain that Biograft Does Not have mentally of a 3 year old toddler, and that it's not sentient It Literally Does Not Give A Fuck.

YES!! KISS THAT FLAT FACE. PLAY WITH HER WIRES. biograft isn’t a minor? biograft was manufactured and made three years ago, xey aren’t a drooling baby even if they are three years old. they have the capability to murder and were made solely to kill, nothing more. they aren’t the ash baby trust me. it would kill ya in an instant.

i think biograft ships are fine, platonic or not, even if they don’t make sense as.. bio can’t feel love or romantic attraction. im not gonna go into someones private messages and send them death threats for drawing subspace kissing biograft or sum. let people do what they want as long as it ain’t illegal, ykwim?

I'm a huge robot kisser but honestly I don't care if you think biograft would date someone or not. I'm not a huge fan of biograft so I don't know much about them. I see them more as robots made to kill and nothing else, but if you don't see it that way go and simp for them. Letting people have fun is not such a big problem. You can have your headcanons but don't force someone to believe in it too. Just wanted to say my opinion on the whole biograft thing since I've seen people mad about it several times and I just don't have an opinion on it at all. I get it I think biograft is peak too (even if they're not any of my favs), but they're so babied in the fandom that I just can't look at them and think "damn I love this robot". - 🎞️

Back to talking about Biograft, are we? Oh boy, here we go. My question is this, for everyone who dislikes the ships.

Why do you give a shit?

It’s a robot. It is not an animal, it is not a child. It does not age like a person does, because it is an OBJECT. It. Is not a living creature, and just because it talks doesn’t make it so. Also, “three years is how old it is, not its manufacturing date” that is the SAME. THING. If a person is thirty years old, they were born thirty years ago. Do you understand? And plenty of people have argued on whether a robot could be programmed with the capacity to love and show affection. Biograft DOES have interests too, as evidenced by how it asks Subspace what music is, and that one conversation with Rocket where it says it won’t snitch on him for being in phights. It also asks Skateboard what skating is. I could honestly keep going. I think my favorite dialogue is the one with Vinestaff where they both start saying beep boop at each other. I’ve already mentioned how I see the “Biografts aren’t sentient” thing as bullshit, so I won’t bring it up again.

Sorry this topic gets me a bit heated

Actually Biograft being shipped is not the worst thing this fandom has churned out. I was just peacefully scrolling through ao3 looking for Banhammer fanfiction when bam I get hit by sword x icedagger pee fic. That shit was vile I had to put my phone down

I'll put a couple more things out there before i stop indulging in this pointless arguement I managed to start.

Read my original post before you start accusing people of being 'mad', 'accusatory', 'bitchy', etc.

I never said that I have anything against oyu if you support this whole 'I'm onto Biograft thing'/I ship him with the others, you would know that if you read the original post with clear eyes. I folow multiple people who ship Biobox (because even if I don't ship it, the art is cute), and I have friend who are into robots, it's not like I'm a very biased person on the matter

I'm not forcing people not to post or trying to be insensitive, if anything, if they're because they're getting hated on, that's just another reason to stop posting. Do I think it's sad that that is a thing that happens, that people get so mad over such a thing as shipping, yes, but does that mean that it'll stop happening, no. If you're upset that you're getting jated on, judt stop doing the thing that you're getting hated on for, which is what I will being doing, as I am going to back out, seeing how sensitive people are about the topic.

I feel that this whole situation perfectly respresents the real reason why people dislike Biograft kissers and shippers: the moment you try to give your personal reasons as to why you dislike it, you get bombarded with hate, curses, and anger. Sorry to be blint, but it IS hypocritical to be so mad about getting hated on when you're doing more of it than anyone else. If I'm going to be honest, I was being as kind and gentle as I could be in my original post while also still trying to get my point across, only to have words put in my mouth, be called a bitch, and multiple other things.

Last thing. Before amyone else comes up and says it, I would like to take the blame. I knew i would get backlash for sharing my opinion on such a seemingly controversial subject. I am not backing iut because I'm saying that the people arguing with me are right, or because my feelings are hurt. I am backing out because I want to be as mature as possible right now. Anyone who chooses to continue the conversation may do so, but they will do it knowing that they have chosen to be less mature than the person they are making fun of.
