I’m just going to ramble here in this post and hopefully something will come of it !! i’ve been looking at too many gifs and thinking too much about Ma Boy but i don’t really have the focus right now to sit and write for any lengthy amount of time SO this will likely be a big choppy mess! all i really want to do is pin down the #truths of yasu’s life (god that sounds ridiculous LMAO) so i can stop being annoying and stressing out over NOTHING and get my shit together! jeez!

i know initially yasu’s whole Thing was that his parents are sleeper agents from Seido, and i’m debating on whether or not to keep that is true, because i’m not a hundred percent sure how to make it relevant, if at all. Like, I think my first train of thought was like “fuk the police” “oh shit i AM the police” but i don’t know how i can make that a real Thing ? like, his parents could never tell him and he’d never know, but what would be the point? but if he found out then like ? from what i’ve read about irl sleeper agents he might wind up going back to seido, but, like, he wouldn’t want to, and he’s old enough to not have to go with them? so.....???? maybe he’d just have beef but idk ......big Thinking emoji?? 

really, i think at least as far as his ~origin~ goes, the biggest part is him wanting to protect lei chen. it’s been a good goal for him to have and, even though he might do some stupid shit i feel like his bullheadedness and his ....””bravery”” would help him survive and to keep himself motivated. no matter what i decide about his parents, i think they’d more or less support it

((why am i so ???? hellbent on including his parents???? i’m used to playing rly young characters (read:mutant college au) i guess and i think even tho he’s 23 that’s still pretty young if you can live to be a jillion years old.......but still..............???? plus i like the idea of grumpy/cocky characters coming home to their parents and just being a) embarrassed and b) someone else being like oh god it all makes sense. i for some reason also keep imagining him living with his parents still, more out of a “thats just what they do here” kind of thing than anything else... ))

ANYWAY continuing, ,, being a scrapper-y, quick fuse, stubborn-ass kid naturally had encouraged his parents to put him in some martial arts training from a young age and that was like. Fucking eye opening. like obviously it didn’t Completely Change him but it gave him an ~outlet~ and also skills that eventually led him to take part in protecting the city alongside the seidans, obviously not because seido lacked any ability to protect them, but bc somebody (?) probably decided that lei chen needed SOMETHING at least when talk started of seido being able to hand the city over, just in case

he appreciates, in some way, the help seido has given the city but like......... he still kinda hates them and is EXTREMELY glad they are leaving bc.... with all the rules already in place “for ‘safety’”, as he’d say with air quotes, he doesn’t want the city to become like actual orderrealm.....

so, like, whatever happens, so far he had a pretty normal life tbh so i’m like.........now what? i mean, i guess that is something that could come of RP? he can’t stay in lei chen forever (i mean, he leaves, but???) or maybe he can? should he? do i want him to? 

sometimes i like the idea of him being like expelled but ?? *exid voice* how/why? maybe that could be a verse instead??

ACTUALLY i do like the idea of him leaving, b/c i want him to have #experience and learn more and get stronger and more magical maybe

i’m really not sure how to do verses, like they make sense when i read them for other people but i have zero experience with them in this context, and also don’t know how you go about using them? Do you just mention it when you plot or just pick what decides best for the plot you’re already talking about?

I generally prefer second generation??? I think????? I like a bit of all of them tho. but like there is no definitive answer to when each of the generations start and end so like I don't even know??? but most of my fav groups as far as music goes are older around 2nd gen but a fair amount of them are gen 3, I have a really strong love for kpop that was released between 2009-2014.

Tell me a fun childhood story (I’ll start! One time an aunt gave me money to buy ‘papas’ (potatoes) at the grocery store so bc I’m obedient af I went and asked the counter lady how many of em could I buy with the money I had so she went ‘uhh, not many tbh’ so i ended up getting like two and when I returned to my aunt’s house she laughed her ass off and said: I meant ‘papas fritas’ (potato chips) Not those! - and uh yeah this is funnier in Spanish but it proves that I’m such an innocent angel I mean wow)

ok so I spent a lot of time at my aunt Lori’s house when I was a kid (like summers, and after school) and my cousin was the BUG queen so she hand made leashes for her pet toads (that she caught) and we walked them around on leashes for like a week but I was always so afraid of them and also hurting them so I WAS NOT ABOUT THAT ahahaha dumb story but it makes me laugh alsoalsoalsdo they had this bench swing in their back yard and my cousin my sister and I would swing on it together for hours at a time and one time we were swinging real hard (REAL HARD) and the links?? or whatever that held it to the ceiling it was hanging from snapped and the three of us of us flew off of it and we all collectively blacked out??? it was so weird but I woke up to my cousin stuggling to get me off of her and then there lays my sister underneath the bench just blacked out chilling (she was fine) then my aunt came running out cause she had just heard the loudest crash ahsdfasdf not long after my uncle put stronger links on it and that bench is still there! From time to time when the three of us get together this story gets brought up its still the most hilarious thing ( ALSO CLOUD YOU ARE SO PURE I LOVE)

wow... i listen to not kpop sometimes its a surprise...but paramore was my Everything in middle school so i guess it just fits 4 me to have them on here... also they decided to come out with hard times when i was in a hard time so god bless u haley..... and the last chorus goes hard. anyways majority of the songs are good, but the others fall a little short for me, which is why it’s 9th.. still a solid album regardless of the songs i dont really like !!

BANGTAN SONYEONDAN AKA MEME SQUAD !!!!!!! honestly they just make me so beyond happy wow holly nobody ever says that about their favs ur original a LOOOT of music is centered around love these days and not to say bts doesn’t do that with a lot of their music but they also tackle a lot of societal issues and I really respect them for that. 4 who do you look up to as a role model (in the kpop community or not)?

there’s no person in particular that really sticks out but I will say I’ve always admired jungkook, and really all trainees for that matter, who leave their families to start training really young because its a process thats hard physically, emotionally and mentally for late teen/early twenties trainees but there’s sO many kids who enter in their pre-teens and idk how they survive also I realized this doesn’t answer your question at all I'm sorry its 1:28 AM I’m just waiting for the DNA mv to drop

I’d absolutely love to be in the entertainment industry and I think the staging, costuming, group dynamics and publicity (variety shows, fan service/interations) in the kpop industry are all really cool but I honestly don't think I have the mental strength to do it lmao idols go through so much and I don’t think I could handle it regardless of how much I enjoy singing/dancing/performing etc.

english and some spanish???
