- I thought about this for a while and Hamuko would definitely take on herself the mission to throw a birthday party to Shinjiro, she just wakes up that day and its like “Its time.”

-- She tells Mitsuru some days prior and Mitsuru goes like “Naturally” - Even though she had No Idea Shinjis bday was coming up, hes such an ass and doesnt tell anyone about it and Akihiko doesnt help.

Speaking of Aki, he knows of course its Shinijs bday and has been thinking deeply about it. He has no idea of what to give him.

-- Hamuko recruits Minato to help her make the cake and everything else. She talks to him like “Who else can we trust to cook, other than Shinjiro-senpai?”, Minato Considers it for like 3 seconds and goes “Just us.” and ok, yeah, thats fair enought, thats true.

Fuuka and Junpei are in charge of decoration, mostly so they dont mess up anything by bothering the Arisato twins on the kitchen. Fuuka already has a gift for Shinjiro she made it herself, btw.

Aigis and Fuuka are in charge of distracting Shinjiro so he wont go back to the lounge too fast and realize theres a birthday party coming up. This goes as well as you can imagine it. 

- Aigis is constantly bringing up ABSURD Emergencies so Shinjiro wont go back to the dorms too soon. “No, senpai, you must Not go back to the Dorms Right now, We MUST count how many articles of clothing of the red colour there are on this department store, as of urgency.” “Wat? Why?” “Because its SEES official colour and because Hamuko-san told me so- ---“ANYWAY, Senpai, you cant go back just yet cuz you gotta help me out with picking something nice!” “I dont know anything about fashion, I have been dressing myself with the exact same clothes for around 7 months before coming back!” “Ew, Senpai, thats gross.” “Thats Not what I meant!”

- Koromaru is the one who actually accomplishes the task and distract Shinjiro a lot by playing with him on the park, its like he knows.

When Shinjijro does comes back, everything is set up on the lounge for his surprise birthday party. Mitsuru is the one who greets him on the door even though she had Nothing To Do with the the decoration or the cooking, shes just like “Welcome home, Shinjiro, Surprise! You thought we forgotten you?” and Junpei on the background is like “But you didnt do anything.”.

The night wraps up when Akihiko gets back home late. He’s with Ken and they’re both carrying a gift. Ken’s gift is one of those traditional masks, used on festivals, that Shinijro and Akihiko always wanted when they were children but couldnt buy it to themselves. Aki told the story to Ken, like the damm traitor he is.

[ Akihikos gift is only gonna be given to Shinij late at night when they’re both on Shinij’s room. When Shinjiro opens it, he sees a expensive doll, similar to the one he once tried to steal for Miki and that Aki gave back, when they were children.

Shinijro says something like “You’re still a sap” “I guess I just wanted to give you back.” “You dont have to give me back anything, thats what friends are for.” “So you admit we’re still friends” “Shut up, Aki.” And Shinjiro turns his back cuz he’s getting emotional. ]
