I may be an empty nester but not really because I’m all about being a Dog Mom.🐶💕 • Am I right? Where’s my dog parents? This girl is super demanding but quite the love bug too.🐶 • I consider this my second round of child rearing. I take loving this girl very seriously. She requires time, attention, training, healthy food, exercise, and lots of love - meet my Marlo.🐶💕 • She’s an important and wonderful part of our family. I work from home most of the time and she is always by my side. She tries to distract me for play time but we create a great balance of both. I believe she has taught me how to be better at that. It’s amazing how smart and intuitive our pups are. • Dogs live in the moment, love unconditionally, and look to us to do the same. We can really learn so much from our beautiful fur babies.🐶 • She is a good girl and does follow a few house rules - crate trained and never allowed on the furniture. Dogs actually look to their parent for guidance and structure. It reduces stress and anxiety for pups. True story. • Being a Dog Mom means things like vacations and day trips include Marlo. We have yet to leave her with a sitter or dog hotel. How about you?🐶 • I could go on and on about how much I love Dog parenthood and this girl.
