#oc insp: imogen kol#no clue what this is and don’t fully like it#but it was 1 am and I was bored and she was on my mind#the virtuous part is a lil ~ironic~ but might’ve been who she could be if things were different#that’s her home planet Onderon btw#the fact that she only went back once after being surrendered to the Jedi#and it was during the clone wars when the only connection to where she came from got obliterated 🥲#but I’ve been thinking about her family#and they were very wealthy separatists who regret giving her up but she’ll never know that…#it will always be a gap within her that she’ll never see filled and one of the reasons she resented the Jedi#all the times her master discouraged or downright forbid her from seeking knowledge of her family pushed her closer to the dark side#Imogen just wanted to see if she had anything to go back to when she finally left the order#but Rejna just had this iron grip on her and was determined to make her a great Jedi#really she only wanted the best for Imogen but was so distracted by her ‘project’ that she failed to see the resentment :/#until it was too late of course 😬
