when i was 15 i briefly had a mug with a little giraffe figure inside that got unstuck from the mug after a few uses and i remember intending to keep the little giraffe on it's own because it was so cute but ended up losing it immediately . . . i miss u little giraffe . . .

#1 #it's been nearly 10 years . . . i've always wondered how it got lost but in reality i probably thought oh i should keep this!#then probably put it down somewhere in the kitchen without any sign that i was meaning to save it #sad . . .#we only lived in that house over the summer but i rlly rlly miss it still . really memorable for how nice it was to be there #it had a porch and everything. and one time a big fat spider made a giant fucking web between 2 of the overhang beams #the center was right at face height <3 always paranoid i'd walk into it and get a face full of spider #and our own laundry area (also full of spiders) (the spiders were worth not having to go to a lavanderia every week tho)#sorry for being scared of spiders they are very cool and i admire their webs and chelicerae. unfortunately i am irrational #that was also the summer a friend let me borrow phantom hourglass :-) and then i broke my ds
