A/n: hello! starting off with a clean slate here yay! if some of the first few seem so short and the writing seems different, it’s because I wrote half of this like three days ago- anywways, requests are open btw!!

Summary: haikyuu characters as dads/domestic living.

Part Two!

Semi Eita

- the serious sometimes scary looking dad, but other than that he’s a fluff ball

- he may look scary but he simply cannot punish them for anything 

- especially after they bonded over music, legit cannot do nothing wrong

- on the days he’s not working or with his bandmates, you can often find him with his twin daughters, teaching them how to use different musical instruments 

- okay, so your daughters are still pretty young, so they aren’t very good at using most instruments, but for Christmas you and Semi got them both a small set of drums, something easy

- it was very cute to come home from work to see your husband and daughters loudly practicing on the drums

- sure at first it gave you a blasting headache, but after a while you got used to it, and even jammed out with them when you had the time

- mainly just random sounds/beats coming from the two five year olds, but Semi doesn’t mind, he’s willing to teach them and he does proudly 

- if one of his daughters or both wants too

- definitely writes songs for his daughters and you

- i can see him writing lullaby’s for them and working on them for hours making sure they were perfect

- lets just say they were perfectly beautiful 

- because you went to high school together, the nickname “semi semi” stuck with you (thanks chicken tendo)

- you often bring them to concerts despite semi saying it’s probably too loud for them

- bokuto is a hyper dad, which we all saw coming. there is no taking the child out of bo

- i feel like he’d want tons of kids, probably even uses his children as an excuse to act the way he does

- i can see him with a few kids, 3 to be exact (2 boys and 1 girl)

- he likes to be really involved with his children, and gets very sad/emo when he doesn’t see them for short/long periods of time

- for example, the Black Jackals is a whole different game field than high school volleyball and it’s much more time consuming and has him away a lot 

- when he does come home and has time off, let’s just say he clings to his children like a puppy

- even after a while THEY get sick of him and wanna ditch him, cue emo bo :(

- if his children gang up on him (which they do) cue emo Bo again :(

- he babies them all, can’t ever say no

- tends to go back on his word lmao

- if your oldest son begs and begs for season tickets to his favorite sports team? Bo KNOWS they can be expensive, and he was even scolded by you, but two hours after saying no, he runs back to his son and gives him the money 

- if your daughter wants to get her nails done with a group of friends, he knows she picks out the most expensive polishes, etc, BUT HE DOES NOT CARE, he will gladly give her the money and even go with her to get his nails done

- of course he’ll being chaperone for this girls day, he promises to pretend that he doesn’t know them and keep his distance (sit very far away lol), but after a little while its just hard to contain and he’s screaming to everyone in the salon that his daughter is sitting on the other side of the room eye- 

- your youngest son wants an expensive sports car? done

- he just wants to make his family happy, pleaseee

 Kuroo Tetsurou 

- poor Kuroo, he has 2 daughters and you, so he’s surrounded by girls lol 

- he actually doesn’t mind it tbh

- between you and his two daughters, he wouldn’t have it any other way

- just gives him an excuse to be overly protective

- anywhere in public, expect either kuroo holding your hand

- or holding his daughters close to him (piggy back rides, yes)

- or, he stands protectively behind you and your daughters while you talk to someone, sending them threatening glares behind your backs 

- he was shy as a child, so it wasn’t surprising when one of his daughters, the youngest, was very very shy

- he doesn’t mind once again, just gives him an excuse to be protective 

- although he’s busy, he always makes time for his girls ALWAYS

- definitely a bragger

- if his family is brought into a convo, he pridefully will express how cute and smart his daughters are, may or may not openly declare his daughters are the cutest amongst his co-workers children

- he’s mad intuitive and aware/observant

- kuroo always knows when one or both of his daughters are about to start crying/throw a fit

- cue dad kuroo prepared to crack funny chemistry and or science jokes

- his shy daughter finds him very funny, doubles over every time he cracks a joke and calls him a “silly rooster”

- even when she's older she still laughs and even copies his jokes

- but his other daughter just cringes, every time sigh

- when she was younger she used to fake the laughs, but when he started saying the jokes in public she just stopped reacting, hoping he would stop-

- he didn’t...

- i like to imagine kuroo and kenma staying friends even after high school, and since kenma has hella video games and a whole arcade in his house, he’ll often bring his daughters over to his house

- his eldest daughter loves it at uncle kenma’s house

- cue jealous rooster dad

Oikawa Toru 

- okay so oikawa is ALWAYS busy

- isn’t home much, except during off seasons or if he messes up his knee again (yes, it’ll happen) 

- in the event that he’s home due to a knee injury, he’ll wanna be catered too lmaooo

- he doesn’t expect his little girl to cater to him and really only teases you about it

- but his daughter will get him whatever he needs while he’s propped up on the couch

- she admires him so much

- his daughter kinda has a smart mouth-

- definitely got that from him, having picked up on it from a young age, while he was home

- when he was home once propped up with a messed up knee, she went “here dadkawa” as she handed him an ice pack

- he laughs at the nickname, asking you about where it came from later

“she was on call with hajime’s daughter yesterday... hajime asked how ‘poopykawa’ was doing”

- he just rolls his eyes, “at least he cleaned it up for her sake” you explained 

- will not lose the “kawa” part, so it’s dadkawa lol

- when he’s away, she’s always asking for dadkawa

- when he’s here they're inseparable

- morning breakfast now will be her sitting in his lap instead of yours

- she asks to watch cartoons with him instead of you :(

- bath time consists of her arguing with you as you try to wash her hair, while oikawa sits on the closed toilet seat laughing to himself

- “mommy i want dadkawa to wash my hair!”

- “you always whine that he gets soap in your eyes”

- “I don’t care!”

- when you bring your daughter to games, she’ll be cheering him on proudly, “mommy, look at dadkawa!” “GO DADKAWA!!!!”

- since he plays for the professional Argentine team, i figure you all live in Argentina now, traveling from Argentina and Japan was tiring, so you moved to be closer

- when the news approaches him after or before games, he makes sure to show his daughter off and the whole time it’s his daughter stealing the show

- she might be shy at first, but as long as dadkawa is holding her, she’s fine

- he’ll teach her Spanish, defiantly sings happy birthday to her in Spanish because it’s special

- he calls her his princesa (princess in spanish)

Kenma Kozume 

- if his child didn’t enjoy video games like him or any of his hobbies like volleyball, I feel like Kenma would have a hard time with them

- he loves his son yes, but he’d have a hard time interacting with him, especially if he’s not into video games or volleyball

- if he is though, you can often find the two in kenma’s home office, playing games

- when your son was a infant, you would always come home from being out/work to find your son sitting in his pj’s on kenma’s lap watching his dad play video games 

- “it’s late, ken. i see he’s already in his pj’s- did you already have dinner?” “yes”

- “without me?” you asked, lifting up your son to give his cheeks kisses. “there’s apple pie in the fridge.”

- yes he fed your son that, yes he needs a little guidance, yes he needs to be told apple pie is NOT dinner

- on another occasion of coming home, you found your boys in the same spot, once again playing video games, your sons eyes drifting between the game and his father every time he muttered under his breath 

- “the screen is bad for your eyes kenma, and he’s just a baby! he’ll get bad eyes too!”

- kenma’s short answer is, “he won’t” 

- when your son got older, and he started getting into video games, it got harder for you to tear his eyes away from the screen

- he’s been around video games his whole life, so of course it’d be hard, you just didn’t think he’d grow attached 

- kenma leaves most of the strict parenting to you, because he LEGIT doesn’t NOT know what to say

- he’s lowkey afraid he’ll push his son away if he says the wrong thing, but he’s also worried that if he doesn't say anything, they’ll have no real relationship, so he struggles 

- he tries his hardest to bond with him over video games and volleyball though

- as said by your son, kenma’s cooking can’t compare to yours, BUT he does know how to make a yummy apple pie

- his son will help kenma with said apple pie, when he’s younger he was often the taste tester and made a mess every time

- kenma gets nervous in huge crowds and really around anyone he doesn’t know, so if his son is a social butterfly he’ll try to get kenma used to people other than himself and you

- somehow, during the rare moments his son has problems (friends, school etc), kenma will be the one to speak up privately

- he’ll definitely tell his son to surround himself with a good friend/good friends, he also makes sure to let him know the importance of quality over quantity 

- he has a brotherly relationship with kuroo, and if not for kuroo he’d be alone, he wants the same thing for his son

I'm sorry this is a bit late, I was really busy the whole day! Also i feel like this isn't too angsty or this isn't as heartbreaking as i wanted it to be haha probably because I'm too tired right now, it's 3:00 am where I live but i really wanted to write it since this concept has been with me since i first started writing and i feel like i can nail it since me and this guy broke up just this last Saturday lol. But idk i don't think i gave this one a justice but please let me know!!

Also i tweeked some of the details of the whole album release as well as the album/song meaning/interpretation itself.

Tonight is the release date of his second solo album "Fine Line". You couldn't fathom how much sleepless nights he went through just to produce this - along with the crew and you couldn't be any less prideful. Harry has been so hands on, from the tunes, to the lyrics, to the instrumentals, to the photo shoot for the album cover, and even in the promo of the album.

You know everything he went through just to make it to his success right now. All the hardships, the pain, the tears, the laughter, the love - you've been there every step of the way. You never left him like how he left her.

And on that note, you felt like it's unfair if you get to hear the album first. Yes, you're there throughout the making but you never heard all of it. Harry insisted that you listen to the album after he's done recording it and as much as you'd love to, you politely declined and protested to just hear it along with the rest of the world, to which he agreed to.

The process has been painful for you. He recorded in a different country and you had to do long distance again. At first it was fine but as the weeks passed, it got harder and harder for the both of you - being away from each other - so H insisted that you flew across the world to join him.

You didn't hesitate to say yes but even then, Harry always stays at the studio for days and comes home only for him to leave again but you understand. But you felt it. You felt that he was slowly slipping away. You know it deep inside but you pretended not to notice. Too afraid of being kicked out of this world you created for the two of you. But perhaps he never really slipped away because maybe he was never truly yours in the first place.

Harry is so excited for you to hear his second baby so when the alarm clock went off, he quickly refreshed the website and played the first song. Golden.

You love the vibe. It's only the first song but you know that it'll be added to your personal playlist to jam with. He was looking at you the whole time, gauging your reaction but stayed quiet. The living room's filled with his voice and the lively instrumentals until the outro.

Your thoughts ran wild with thought of what the music video could be. The song is everything and you couldn't stop humming along with it and based on your reactions, he knew that he made the right choice of picking it as a single.

He's still yours. He loves you and he never slipped through your fingertips. You're most likely forcing yourself to believe it and so far it's working but you know you have to talk to Harry about the two of you sooner or later because it's not healthy for your health at all - the uncertainty that's currently laying in your persona.

The next two songs - Adore You and Lights Up - are the one's you've already heard before since those are the two that have a music video that came out before his album. Adore You is your favorite song. You're maybe being biased but the song just gives you great energy and you absolutely adored the concept of the video, as well as Harry's looks.

But the Lights Up hits different. You were there when they shoot it but you were sick so you didn't get go watch how they did it and you remembered watching the video for the first time and getting really really bothered by it that Harry had to take you to the nearest ice cream shop to calm you down. Your boyfriend looked so hot in it.

You're enjoying the album so far and you're almost too sure that nothing is wrong - or so you thought. It's silly but for some reason you felt like your relationship lies on this album.

Cherry came next, before, you thought it's gonna be upbeat like the Watermelon Sugar and Kiwi but oh boy, it's the opposite. It's not only the tune. It's the song itself that made you wanna walk out of the room.

You love songs like this, the type of songs that cuts deep within your soul. The type of song that can make you cry instantly but this is different.

You know the song is about her and if it the lyrics wasn't enough to slap you in the face, the voicemail at the end surely did. But this one hits different. Maybe it's because it shows you that Harry is not entirely yours in your relationship and that something inside him longs wants to have her again and it hurts. It crushes you but you're staying strong because like before, it's not certain - a maybe, there's still a chance and you're clinging into that like your life depends on it.

You couldn't look up. You know Harry is watching you. He tried to hide the outro, he almost clicked the button for the next track but you held your hand as a sign to stop. He couldn't hide it from you. The outro is still ringing in your ears like it's coming to get you. You can't. You just simply can't. Her voice with his giggles made you wonder what's running through his mind when he decided to put the voicemail.

You tried to hold your emotions and waited for the next song to start but it didn't get any better. Falling made your tears fall, finally. And when your boyfriend asked you if you're okay, the only response you told him was that, "you were so good with this it's making me really emotional", and he bought it.

He bought your lie. You don't know if you shall be happy or not. Happy because you wouldn't need to explain yourself further or sad because Harry believed it instantly without even asking if you're really okay for the second time.

The chorus hits different. You're baffled at how much emotion he put in that particular song. It felt so wrong but you couldn't do anything about it. You're sad. You're hurt. You don't know what will happen next. So you did what you do best - pretend that everything is alright.

Your mind was absent through the next two songs - To Be So Lonely and She. You still can't get over from the previous songs and it guilt you that you couldn't appreciate these songs as much as it shall be appreciated. All you know is that if Harry made it, it's fucking incredible.

He did mention to you in a low voice that To Be So Lonely is one of his favorites and oh you fucking wonder why but you didn't say it out loud, you kept quiet and pretended that you're analyzing every second of the song. And when he told you that She could be added to your love-making playlist, you only nodded.

The thought of it being added to your love-making playlist sickens you to the core specially now that you're almost too certain that this one is also about her, though you didn't reprimanded.

You tried to compose yourself along with the next song Sunflower, Vol. 6. You faked being happy just for the sake of this day. Yes, it is a happy and loving song but you couldn't enjoy it without overanalyzing the lyrics and the same goes to the next song Canyon Moon.

Who is the "Sunflower" Harry is referring to? You or her? Who will he be coming home to? Will he come running into your arms or will he seek warm in her presence? You hate to question it and you hate feeling this way but you're far too deep and you just wanted to get this night over.

Treat People with Kindness reminded you of your childhood cartoon theme songs and it eased you out. It also made you smile for the first time since Cherry and you could tell that Harry's relieved. It was the first time you looked up from the carpet and you almost thought that the next song is your saving grace. It's the final song anyway.

And it is. The only problem is that the song is you right now. Fine Line. The chorus kept repeating and it made you question your relationship. Is your relationship a fine line? Will the two of you be alright?

Thank God it's the last song because you couldn't wait to ask Harry something that really bothered you tonight. You need to know for your sake and for the sake of this relationship.

You'll be lying if you said you only shed a tear on the last song. No, you sobbed and Harry tried to console you and asked what's wrong and its now or never.

Harry beat you to speaking first though, he asked you why did you cried and you only told him, "I'm so proud of you and I couldn't stop my tears from flowing and I love you so much.", which is not a lie but not the whole truth either.

He only nodded and kissed your forehead as a way of saying his thanks. You're certain that he can feel that you're tired so he chooses to stay quiet and you know that he's already planning for a day off for the both of you tomorrow so you can properly tell him your thoughts on his album.

You we're about to ask him. Ask him if he still loves her but the tune of his phone ringing made you stop. He silently asked you if it's alright to answer it and you agreed.

The next few minutes was his friends and families calling and congratulating him. You don't wanna be bitter or be a mood disruptor but you just really want to think and be alone right now, after all, you deserved it. You signed Harry that you will go upstairs to take a rest and he whispered "I love you" but you only nodded and started walking to the stairs.

He didn't notice that you didn't say it back. He was too caught up with the people on his screen. His cheerful voice rang throughout the ground floor as he talks to the other person on the other line.

You don't wanna think about it as you lay down on your shared bed but you couldn't stop thinking about how much of a possibility for her to call him to congratulate him for the success of his second album. You couldn't stop thinking of how they might talk about their relationship. You couldn't stop thinking if Harry will ask her to come back if she did call. You couldn't stop thinking.

You took your phone from your beside table to open Twitter. Harry and his album is trending and praises after praises we're posted in different languages but most of those are about them. Harry and her.

You're numb.

It is now clear to you that the whole album is about her. You never asked or wished to have a song written about you but you also never expected him to dedicate the album solely to her, his ex from two years ago. You get it, you really do. The best songs came from the writers' personal experiences but to basically tell the world that he still wants her breaks you into pieces.

There gotta be at least one line about you. You, the one he is with now and not her. You, the one who's loving him now, not her. You, the one who didn't leave him unlike her. It's you and not her.

But no matter how much you repeat it in your mind, you know it's not you. You love Harry and you tried. Tried supporting him through the day much like all the other days but it's so hard when the universe already shot you with the truth.

You're still proud of him, it will never change but you need something. You have to have something to hold on to because right now you're only grasping to this very little hope that might save your relationship. You're proud but hurt and you hate yourself for not being there. None of it is about you. It's about her. Her and him. Her and Harry. Never you and Harry.

He never even warned you that the album is about her, it seems like he wanted to surprise you but you know he's not cruel but maybe you're just trying to defend him from yourself.

Or maybe he didn't thought you'd think this way. After all he doesn't put meanings behind his songs so you couldn't really get any answer from having him explain to you every song.

Your own interpretation's more than enough though. He still wants her. Maybe he did became yours even just for a second but his love for her is eternal and so he slipped away. You couldn't pretend anymore - not now when you're alone and you can show your emotions, so you sobbed.

You cried for you and Harry. You cried for what you thought was something so beautiful and unbreakable. You cried for what would've been a great night for the both of you and last but not the least, you cried for your uncertain tomorrow.

Tomorrow when you wake up, you don't know if Harry still wants you, you don't know if you can fix this, you don't know if you can still be with him.

Now, you realized it. Tomorrow there might be nothing, no world where only the two of you exists because tomorrow might be the end. The thought of that made you cried harder than you already are. It's so unfair. You love him so much but it doesn't seem enough and no matter how many excuses you naïvely say to yourself, you know it couldn't change the fact that it's her and him - it has always been her and him.

You're too tired and just wanted to sleep, hopefully get a clearer view out of all of this when you wake up.

Previously on BnHA: Endeavor was all “I’M FIGHTING TOMURA AND YOU CAN’T STOP ME” and set everything on fire. Unlike SOME people, however, it turns out fire is NOT Tomura’s weakness, so he basically just shrugged it off. But before things could progress any further, AFO was all “psst, go get One for All” and Tomura was all “? One for All?” and Endeavor was all “?? One for All?” and Deku and Kacchan, who were listening in on their earpieces, were all “!!!” Having thus realized that Tomura was targeting him, Deku sped off to lead him somewhere away from the civilians... accompanied by his good friend Bakugou “274 chapters of character development have all been leading up to this” Katsuki. Because like hell are you going to have an EPIC BATTLE with the FINAL VILLAIN without him, you damn nerd. Who’s he going to heroically sacrifice himself for if you’re not there?? Hahh!?

Today on BnHA: Deku and Kacchan fly off to battle Tomura after confusing Endeavor into giving them his location (which wasn’t very hard lmao). En route, Deku finally thinks to ask Kacchan why he’s tagging along, and Kacchan is all “DON’T GET ME WRONG, IT’S JUST BECAUSE I WANT REVENGE ON TOMURA, AND DEFINITELY NOT BECAUSE I CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL, HOW DARE YOU, WHY WOULD YOU EVEN SAY THAT”, which is super convincing and didn’t make me roll my eyes at all. Anyways so then Tomura shows up and is all “EYO TIME TO KILL YOU NOW” and Deku and Kacchan are all “OH SFFKDFK”, but fortunately Gran shows up to save them in the nick of time, because BnHA is literally the only shounen manga in which grown-ups will see kids trying to lead a battle and be like “lol wtf” and actually try to stop that shit instead of being all “what are your orders, children.” The chapter then ends with the heroes doing EXACTLY WHAT THEY SHOULD BE DOING??Namely, having the guy who can TURN OFF QUIRKS battle the guy with the ultimate death quirk! I’m so proud. But also I swear to god, if Tomura so much as breathes suspiciously in his direction...!! What the fuck. HORIKOSHI.

I can see this part being interpreted in two totally different ways if I’m being honest. on the one hand we have the more pessimistic (some would say realistic) view that Bakugou is desperately trying to convince himself that he’s still on the same level as the rival he so desperately wants to surpass, but with the sinking feeling that he’s actually not going to be able to keep up for much longer. and then on the other side of the coin we have the more glass-half-full perspective that he actually is capable of keeping up with him right to the bitter end. that even as Deku grows stronger, he’ll continue to push himself and use that as motivation to keep getting stronger too. that Deku isn’t out of reach; that his goal isn’t out of reach

and I’m not completely sure which way this is leaning myself! I personally would like to lean more towards the second interpretation, because y’all know I love me some rivals. and also because imo one of the most commendable things about Bakugou’s development has been how he hasn’t once been envious of Deku’s strength or of his position as All Might’s chosen heir since he learned about OFA. he hasn’t once shown any kind of resentment towards him for it, or doubted whether or not he deserves it. and as minor a detail as that may seem to some people, I cherish it. and I don’t want that to change! but I guess we shall see

Gundham hates seeing you so upset. He isn’t really used to approaching people, but he gathers up courage to be by your side whenever you’re like this

He quietly, shyly sits beside you and you two will share a comfortable silent moment for a while

You can feel his bandaged hand gently taking yours in it, his thumb caressing your knuckles as he keeps staring at the distance with a faint blush on his cheek

Gundham then asks what is troubling you and will listen carefully as you vent, humming every now and then so you know he’s paying attention

He’ll panick “a little” if you start crying, not exactly sure if he should get you some tissues or hug you

After some seconds of struggling with his indecision, he’ll choose to cup your face and tenderly kiss your forehead. He won’t complain if you bury your face into the crook of his neck afterwards, his palms will be rubbing your back in soothing motions as you cry your sorrows away

If you don’t want to talk and instead need some distraction, he’ll gladly lend you his Four Dark Devas of Destruction

The four little beasts will play and lay on your hands and thighs as Gundham tells you their past adventures and silly, but also deadly habits with an amused grin

All the time he’ll pay attention to you and your reactions, choosing carefully his words not to trigger you anyhow

1. My favorite look of his so far was for Tan Enamorados, with Solo Importas Tu coming in a close second! If his muscle tee had been shorter/bunched up at the waist, it would have been much more effective

2. For his tattoos, I know we always joked that he would get a religious tattoo if he were to ever get one and we weren’t wrong lol. I don’t think anyone ever expected him to get 4, let alone at the same time. But idk, I feel like Joel is definitely the type to need meaning behind his tattoos and he doesn’t take the act lightly, so it’s hard to say what I’d like to see him get a tattoo of. As for placement, I am dying for him to get one on his ribcage cause that is just one of the sexiest places for tattoos in my opinion 😌

So... hope you’ve all been following me on Twitter, which is more or less the unofficial new home for Attract Mode. Mostly cuz Tumblr’s days are, alas, numbers, plus I haven’t warmed up to Medium as much as I had hoped to. Though I’ve actually spent the past two months republishing every single post that contains mainline Game Culture Snapshots, so it has remained somewhat useful at least.

Now, for a while there, I had been compiling every single thing tweeted. But because I’m now so damn active on that end… plus I’m busier than ever with other projects… I’m way behind with those digest posts, and the very idea of playing catch up legit gives me anxiety. Yet I have been sharing lots of cool things, which all deserve to be in the blog proper… and because a lot of them are specific to the Game Boy, I figure, why not just focus on that?

Like the above, which is a technique for producing full color photographs via the Game Boy Camera, and yet another thing that I can’t believe hasn’t made the rounds!

Sticking with Game Boy photography, here have a pair of mods that will greatly enhance picture quality. The first involves mounting SLR lens onto a Game Boy Camera (via ekeler.com)...

And the second has one shoving a Game Boy Camera into a SLR itself (via @MaxKriegerVG)...

As someone who was into video games as a kid, and also interested in photography, the Game Boy Camera was the first camera I was able to call my own. Am pretty sure this was the case for others as well?

I also remember seeing this ad in Nickelodeon Magazine (which I would eventually writer for, not too long later) and being absolutely gob smacked (via nintendroid.org)…

Now might be a good time to mention how… remember that GBA with the GameCube finish from eBay a few months back? Well, I decided to get the one that resembles a Super Famicom, something I’ve been lusting over for years.

Well, here’s what the aforementioned seller had in his listing…

Yeah, that green shoulder button is not the right shade. After some complaining, I got the seller to admit that the one in the picture was hand painted; he didn’t know where it get ones that it’s exact color as on a Super Fami controller.

He also had a no refund policy, yet I bitched & moaned enough to warrant an exchange, for another Cube-esque model, one sans the stick. Cuz it’s comparatively boring to look at, here’s a version with the stick…

Again, mine just has the standard d-pad. As for my replacement… the colors of the A & B buttons are not an exact match, once again. But it’s close enough (am mostly just sick of dealing with that guy, aka johnnys_merchandise, whom you should all avoid btw), plus I have started to scour AliExpress for replacements.

BTW, my failure to obtain a modded handheld that channels another form of hardware has me wondering if I should go for something completely different instead (via instagram.com/wakuwakuisland)…

My Experience At Monsta X Concert

@last-dance-anywhere-but-here id like for you to read my experience bc i need to express my feelings i cant hold in my heart ^^

I was so nervous when i got to the theatre.  My brother who went with me was trying to calm me down lol.  I knew that we had tickets to go meet and high five them but I was scared that I was going to make the same mistake again and not get to meet them. *** Short Story last year: I bought tickets last year thinking that it was where the high touch area was at.  But dumb me didnt check the seating chart correct and ended up at the very back of the theatre, meaning that i didnt get VIP seats and so no high touch.  I was very upset. *** When I went to the front desk to ask them I was sssooo anxious and nervous.  I didnt want to feel the same disappointment as i did last year when they told me that i didnt get the right tickets to meet them.  As I waited anxiously for their reply, my heart almost stopped right then and there when the lady said, "So you are in the VIP section so you do get to join in the high touch."

Was I finally going to meet them in person??  Is this a dream??  Dont tell me wrong plz!  Am I really going to meet Monsta X?  The group that stole my heart?? The same group that always has me on my toes?? The very same group that taught me how to smile, how to laugh and how to love again??  My heart adn my brain can barely process it all. Standing in line for 3 hrs wasnt too bad....but why did it feel like forever??  Maybe bc I was too excited and anxious to see them.  As I looked at the lanyard around my neck that said "VIP" I smiled and felt some weight lifted off my shoulders.  I did it right this time around.  I was finally going to see them face to face.  I told my brother I wasnt going to cry this time bc i already kind of saw them already. (even tho the tickets i bought last year was all the way in the back!!)

*Fast Foreword* When we finally got to our seats, I was ssssoooo happy where we were seating. They were perfect!  Right in the middle on the second row.  My hands were shaking so bad bc i was so excited.  Maybe too exited that I started literally hypevenilating.  I was finally going to see them perform live at this close of a distance! 

You know, ive always watched them from a distance.  always watching their music videos and their live stages on youtube or on TV.  I've always wondered if i would ever meet them in person.  I told my mom at one point that if i meet them in person at least once in my life, my life will finally be complete.  Why you ask??  They're just some boy group.  No, they're not just any boy group.  They're my happiness that I thought I gave up on.  They helped me pick up the broken pieces of my heart that was shattered.  They mean the world to me.  

As soon as the music started and they rose from the stage, I swear time froze right there.  Am I really seeing this??  Where they really in front of me?? Is this a dream?? Without realizing it, my vision was starting to get blurry.  Am I really crying??  AGAIN?? I thought to myself, that I have to hold it in bc i didnt want to meet them with swollen red eyes, plus ruin my makeup i nthe process!  Damn I knew I shouldve wore waterproof eyeliner! lol  As they performed, all i could think was, wow.....they are real people living in the same time frame as me.  And I finally get to watch them perform my favorite songs ive been listening to forever. Seeing Wonho just a few feet away from me was like a dream.  His smile, his laugh, his silliness, all real.  He's the very reason I can love again.  His love for his fans, his love for his members, his love for music.  That's the reason I can feel love again.  Overall, they were all amazing!!  They exceedingly performed very well!!  It was the best performance yet!! As the stage was coming to and end, I felt like time went by too fast.  I didnt want it to end.  Ending it felt like the ending of our time together.  The ending of my dream.  Am I about to cry again??  Stop!!  When it did end, we waited until it was time to go backstage to finally meet them.  And oh man was my heart about to burst out of my body!

We went and stood in a single file line to go meet them.  As the line was getting shorter and closer to them my breathing starting shortening.  I couldnt breathe at all!!  I turned to my brother to help me control my breathing. Im really going to meet them!  Can I really do this without screwing anything up?  Or fainting in front of them?? Im so nervous!!   When it was finally my turn, Hyungwon was the first I saw.  As I walked towards him and touched his hands, time literally froze right there when our eyes met.  He was sssoooo ethereal that I swear there was light shining behind him at how handsome, how beautiful, how elegant he looked.  He gave me the sweetest smile and said, "Nice to meet you, thank you!"  My heart stopped right there.  At that point I realized something.....no way, I think Im in love again. (im sorry Wonho!)

Though i wanted to stay longer with hyungwon, of course I had to move on. And so next was jooheon, he was sssooo super cute and adorable!! I finally got to see those cute dimples in person!  Thought I wanted to touch his cheeks so bad I had to continue to move on!  I.m was very handsome!!  I mean he looked really good!! 3 years difference is ok right??  Im not that old! lol Kihyun was definately the highlight of my life.  Not only cute but handsome and very friendly!  I could tell he really loves his fans.  His interactions with me and his fans was wonderful!

Then finally, next was my Won & Only.  Wonho.  The man I fell in love with.  The reason for my life to be brighter again.  The reason I can love again.  As I touched his soft hands that felt like silk, I wanted to say something to him but I froze right there.  Stupid me couldnt say anything!!  I have so many things i wanted to say to him but there was just too little time.  And so I quickly whispered a "I love you" to him.  I think he didnt hear me bc i said it too quiet as he just smiled and nodded.  Even though there are language barriers and even though he might've not heard or understand the words that came from my lips, the point is......i got to tell the man of my dreams that i love him.  And Im content with that.

Shownu was next and i gotta say....he was FINE as HELL!!  damn like when he performed on stage, i knew he was a really good at dancing but seeing him live made me realize that he really got some MOVES.  He is just ssooo sexy and such a manly man!  Now i understnd why fans call him a bear, a cute, cuddly, and manly bear that i wanna squeeze!  Last but not least was Minhyuk.  He was sssooo super adorable and his cute smile just made him even more adorable!!  He made me feel so squishy and fluffy inside!!  Omgsh i really just wanted to hug him so bad bc of how cute he was!

Without realizing it, my night was coming to an end.  It felt so fast, too fast as i was leaving the building.  Even though I saw them for just those few seconds, it wasnt enough. I didnt want to turn and look at the building bc i knew that if i did, i might run back in just to see them one more time.  I wanna tell every single one of them that I love them all.   So we headed back to the hotel, when i got to the hotel i walked towards the window and looked at the theatre from below. (we were at the very top floor BTW!).  The sky was dark and the stars were already shining despite some clouds still roaming around bc it was going to rain.  I reached up and touched the cold glass with my hands as I looked out the window.  I sighed a breath and said aloud, "Im going to miss all of you....."

It was finally the next day to go home.  As we packed our things in the car and started driving, I turned and watched the theatre disappear from a distance.  Then the overflowing tears that Ive been holding this whole time came down like a waterfall.  I couldnt stop myself.  Even though i know its not the last time im going to see them but why does it feel like it is??  What is this pain i am feeling in my chest??  Why cant i stop the tears from flowing??  I dont like this feeling of pain at all.  It really feels like a long distance relationship that's coming to an end.  Why am I crying so much?  I miss them that much even though it was just a short meeting??  Or Is it because im finally going back to my reality and I dont want to wake up from this euphoria?  Maybe this is what missing someone really feels like.   Maybe this is what love really feels like.  With the short about of time of meeting them, it feels like you've known them your whole life.  All i know was that, no words can describe what i just experienced.  My love for them will continue on forever.  I dont know if ill ever grow out from this, but right now just let me enjoy this moment just a little bit longer.  Thank you Monsta X for everything.  I love you.

BTS Reaction to you Being Insecure about your Weight (Maknae Line)

Jimin: You had always been insecure about your weight, even as a child. Always conscious of what you were wearing and what people thought of you. Something about this one night wouldn’t let you get these thoughts out of your head. “Do you think i’m too fat?” you said to Jimin while laying in bed. He would immediately put down his phone with a slightly shocked expression. “Of course not.. what makes you think that?” You would tell him how you felt about yourself. Every single word that left your mouth came as a shock to him. After you were done sharing with him, he would then shower you with kisses and compliments. “You are perfect in every single way y/n”. You knew he was serious by the tone in his voice. He knew exactly how to make you feel like the most beautiful person on the planet. You kissed and both said your ‘I love you’s” before Jimin turned off the bedside lamp and you both laid back down and allowed yourselves to drift off to sleep. 

Jungkook: Where you lived, there were not many girls who would be considered “fat”. Before you moved you’d never really paid any attention to how your body looked, but for the past couple weeks since you moved in with your boyfriend, Jungkook, your opinions about your image were completely flipped. While Jungkook was out at the studio leaving you home alone, you decided to go out shopping and then out to eat at your favorite cafe close by. You quickly took a shower and got ready, grabbed your purse and phone, then left. The clothing stores in your area were mostly targeted toward girls with smaller figures, but you could usually find something cute to buy. You picked out a few items to try on, but before you did, you could hear quiet voices behind you. “Oh my God, how can someone get so big?” “She’s huge haha!” Although they were speaking Korean, you were fluent enough to understand what they were saying about you. You paused in your footsteps taking in their words. You immediately put the pieces of clothing back on the rack and walked quickly out the door and back home. As soon as you got there, you went in the bathroom and locked the door. You looked in the mirror while taking your shirt off. Slowly starting to notice your curves and hips, making up insults about yourself. You grabbed the fat on your stomach as a single tear slipped down your face. You started thinking to yourself how you’d never noticed. For the next few days the word “fat” lingered in your head. Every meal you came across all you did was pick at it and move it across your plate with a fork. Everything you ate made you hated yourself more and more, so you eventually just stopped altogether. Due to Jungkook’s busy schedule it was easy for you to hide starving yourself from him, but eventually he noticed. “Y/n, are you sick or something? You haven’t been eating and you’ve been looking a bit thin lately.” You hesitated to speak for a few seconds, but eventually thought of an excuse. “ Yeah, just sick. I think I just need to sleep.” He obviously knew you were lying, you were a terrible liar. “Just tell me what’s happening. Tell the truth.” His sentence hung in the air for a few minutes as he waited for your response. Something about how serious he was made you tell him everything you felt. From what the girls said about you to how you haven’t been eating. As soon as he saw tears fall from your eyes he stood up from the chair he was in and came over to hug you. His whole body engulfed you and he let you cry into his chest. He would reassure you that you are the most beautiful person to ever walk the Earth as he kissed the top of your head. He would order from your favorite takeout place and have you eat as much as you wanted to as you watched your favorite movies and played your favorite video games. After that, you both got finally into bed to sleep after such an eventful night.

Taehyung: You and Tae were invited out to a party by his friends. You were told it was going to be kinda fancy so you took it as the chance to wear the nice dress that you bought last month. You hopped in the bathroom to take a quick shower then got out and started to do your hair and makeup. Once you were done, you headed over to your new dress. You hadn’t worn it out yet so you were extremely excited to try it on. You unzipped it and slowly stepped into it. As you pulled it up your body it stopped at your thighs. You pulled on it harder but it still wouldn’t go up. It fit a month ago and you were so confused. You noticed that your thighs and arms were getting thicker and your stomach was getting larger. You had obviously been gaining weight over the past month. Maybe it was because of your period or maybe it was because Taehyung had you eating good, but you couldn’t fit into your new dress which made you begin to panic. Soon after, Tae came into the room looking for his tie until he saw your defeated expression. The dress was still hanging around your legs. Before he could ask you what was wrong you quietly said, “Tae, I’m too fat to fit in my dress. How could I have gained so much weight in just a month...?” Seeing you upset really got to him, even if it was something as silly as gaining a bit of weight. He looked at you then at your closet. He walked over to it to pick you out another dress, one of his favorites on you. He had you step into it and zipped you up. “You look beautiful y/n, don’t ever think you are anything less than perfect.”

  **I wrote this because I struggle with weight issues myself and I always have so I know how some of you feel. I was always taller then everyone else in my classes when I was younger. I was bullied in elementary about anything you can think of. Weight, height, and even having hair on my arms?? It was so ridiculous. When I was in middle school I realised that I had severe social anxiety which led to depression. I’m in highschool now and I’ve never felt comfortable in my own skin. In the past I’ve starved myself, restricted my calories, and have had suicidal thoughts. I was so unhealthy. I still am not comfortable with my body and i’m not sure if I ever will be, but with the help of a few of my close friends I’ve gotten to where I a today and I am so thankful for that. If you ever need/want to talk about anything that you’re going through go ahead and hit me up and I will gladly talk with you :)

Memorables

AHhHH the life of a pandemic quarantine. Especially for someone who tries to be a perfectionist fashionista barbie super mom wife. I am hard on myself. So let’s turn this around shall we. Some of my favorite and memorable moments in my crazy beautiful world. And also shout out to my husband, who randomly asked when is my new blog post, since he likes reading it.

I am constantly wanting to read and learn and grow. I am going back to school, (stay tuned what for.) I am currently taking courses from relationships to parenting, to continue to keep my brain sharp. To use my creative emotional side for good. It’s feeding my soul, and for that I am grateful. I make sure to read and study every day for me.

I made back to back wine dates last week, it was lovely.  Hanging out at Erica’s for a bit after the awesome fire truck parade for Cecelia, the kids all had so much fun, it truly was perfect. Tip: Kids love being chased by a leaf blower! I don’t think I have ever seen Aidan smile so big. 

We got a new fire pit(thanks Amber!! ) I can not tell you, with the beauty of the greens and the woods, adding a fire pit just connects you to nature and your home. 

Date nights with my husband by the fire pit while listening to music on Alexa. I can not tell you how much I love listening to music. It brings your emotions out more, so if you feel happy and at peace, while a perfect song is on, nothing is better. (well kissing and cuddling makes it even better, you feel like you’re in a movie).

Facetiming with my sister by the fire, while she read my birth chart. And it was spot on, it was kind of weird how spot on it was. I kept thinking I was meant to hear this right now. It wouldn’t have made sense before this quarantine. 

While I was getting this birth chart read to me by my beautiful sister, a skunk appeared right on my deck, which led to me covering my mouth and eyes wide like I saw a zombie trying to kill me. I ran and did not get sprayed, but man that was crazy and funny my sister just saw my reaction. Afterwards looked up skunk spirit animal. All the times Anthony lifted me up this week. I am taking a course Neuroscience with kids, so gets me to think of my brain as well. I am very tired, and haven’t slept well, so it makes sense why this week I felt burnt out and stressed and AJ as well. So Anthony turned into Mr.T!!! He’s fun, understanding, funny, and really cute. Thanks Mr.T for taking over school this week a bit. It made me a better teacher and AJ a better student. 

Date night at Painted Lemon.(The kids were great, they didn’t really care we were leaving, I was very surprised. To our sitter, we love you) Phase 1, now allows outdoor seating at restaurants with a bunch of rules and changes. This intrigued me and made me a bit nervous heading to the room with our masks. Once we sat down in the empty outdoor tent, we took our masks off. The waitress had a mask and gloves on. Menus were paper and disposable, as well as the cups and utensils. Have you been to the Painted Lemon? The best way to describe it, it’s like going to a family member’s home, so in this scenario, we were in my grandma’s backyard. It was cute and charming. And the food is melt in your mouth good. The chef is from Sicily I believe? We ordered the Fried Calamari, Pizza Amore (ummm I need to eat arugula more, because god damn it’s good), Anthony got a chicken/egg plant dish. He said my dish won, he never ever says that. I WON. Anywho, over a bottle of wine, we laughed, poked fun, acted silly. There was one other couple in room. They knew the chef, so we just heard constant Italian, so we both pretended we were speaking fluent Italian. I’m pretty good! We got a surprise video from AJ saying he misses us and loves us, it made us a bit teary and happy. Afterwards we went into Stop and Shop, I haven’t been in a grocery store in a long time, so I was excited to finally go in, and it felt different but not really since it was late and empty. It was kind of like facing my current fear, I was a bit proud of myself, made me see it’s not that bad. Thank God we live in a small town though. 

AJ lost another tooth! And his hair is now purple! 

Bear mountain hike. The kids were having a blast and running and playing, and they held hands at one point. Like damn, I am lucky. Anthony led the way,( he looks great btw he runs everyday). I just took pictures and held on to the moment. We got down to the water and it was beautiful. We all agreed it was like our moment in North Carolina last summer. Aidan is inspiring  and so great walking up and down the rocks, I heard him saying to himself “You can do this Aidan, you are spiderman.” AJ is very observant of his surroundings and I felt how much fun he was having. Ashton is brave and independent, doesn’t want to hold mine or Anthony’s hand, he doesn’t want our help. I got stuck in the mud, commentated my misery while another couple watched and giggled. This paragraph doesn’t do it justice, how much fun we all had. Perfectioon? (did that on purpose). And I got some exercise, go me. 

When Anthony said concussed and I couldn’t stop laughing. 

Watching the movie Little Missy on Netflix, the new David Spade movie. It was great, the character Missy was hillaaaarious. She is kind of like me. I am weird, starting to share that more. Embrace your weird everyone!! 

I am getting back to me, well a better me, this is my journey and my process. I have my days, where it’s hard. Or I am just crazy. Or the kids run off and say they are going to Florida. Or AJ acting like a teenager. BnHA Chapter 275: YAAAAY but Also AHHHHH

Previously on BnHA: Endeavor was all “I’M FIGHTING TOMURA AND YOU CAN’T STOP ME” and set everything on fire. Unlike SOME people, however, it turns out fire is NOT Tomura’s weakness, so he basically just shrugged it off. But before things could progress any further, AFO was all “psst, go get One for All” and Tomura was all “? One for All?” and Endeavor was all “?? One for All?” and Deku and Kacchan, who were listening in on their earpieces, were all “!!!” Having thus realized that Tomura was targeting him, Deku sped off to lead him somewhere away from the civilians... accompanied by his good friend Bakugou “274 chapters of character development have all been leading up to this” Katsuki. Because like hell are you going to have an EPIC BATTLE with the FINAL VILLAIN without him, you damn nerd. Who’s he going to heroically sacrifice himself for if you’re not there?? Hahh!?

Today on BnHA: Deku and Kacchan fly off to battle Tomura after confusing Endeavor into giving them his location (which wasn’t very hard lmao). En route, Deku finally thinks to ask Kacchan why he’s tagging along, and Kacchan is all “DON’T GET ME WRONG, IT’S JUST BECAUSE I WANT REVENGE ON TOMURA, AND DEFINITELY NOT BECAUSE I CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL, HOW DARE YOU, WHY WOULD YOU EVEN SAY THAT”, which is super convincing and didn’t make me roll my eyes at all. Anyways so then Tomura shows up and is all “EYO TIME TO KILL YOU NOW” and Deku and Kacchan are all “OH SFFKDFK”, but fortunately Gran shows up to save them in the nick of time, because BnHA is literally the only shounen manga in which grown-ups will see kids trying to lead a battle and be like “lol wtf” and actually try to stop that shit instead of being all “what are your orders, children.” The chapter then ends with the heroes doing EXACTLY WHAT THEY SHOULD BE DOING??Namely, having the guy who can TURN OFF QUIRKS battle the guy with the ultimate death quirk! I’m so proud. But also I swear to god, if Tomura so much as breathes suspiciously in his direction...!! What the fuck. HORIKOSHI.

I can see this part being interpreted in two totally different ways if I’m being honest. on the one hand we have the more pessimistic (some would say realistic) view that Bakugou is desperately trying to convince himself that he’s still on the same level as the rival he so desperately wants to surpass, but with the sinking feeling that he’s actually not going to be able to keep up for much longer. and then on the other side of the coin we have the more glass-half-full perspective that he actually is capable of keeping up with him right to the bitter end. that even as Deku grows stronger, he’ll continue to push himself and use that as motivation to keep getting stronger too. that Deku isn’t out of reach; that his goal isn’t out of reach

and I’m not completely sure which way this is leaning myself! I personally would like to lean more towards the second interpretation, because y’all know I love me some rivals. and also because imo one of the most commendable things about Bakugou’s development has been how he hasn’t once been envious of Deku’s strength or of his position as All Might’s chosen heir since he learned about OFA. he hasn’t once shown any kind of resentment towards him for it, or doubted whether or not he deserves it. and as minor a detail as that may seem to some people, I cherish it. and I don’t want that to change! but I guess we shall see

Summary: Jimin, despite everything the two of you have been through, is slowly fading from your life. But when you find someone to fill the void, Jimin starts to become a bit strange.

Y/N sat in the parking lot of her apartment complex that afternoon, biting her lip as her thumb hovered over the most frightening sight of the day; the send button. She re-read over the short message that she typed for what seemed like the 100th time and sighed.

Hello Hoseok-seonbae! How are you?

Y/N sighed in frustration, glaring at her phone screen.

“Why is this so nerve wracking? You’re just texting a guy for gosh sake.” She mumbled to herself, but her mind still spurred on as she contemplated the message.

Is it too formal? Maybe I should change…-no! Stop it Y/N! You’re worrying too much, just send him the damn message! Y/N thought before hitting the send button with her trembling thumb. She quickly got out of the car, waving to the door man as she hopped into the elevator when she entered her apartment complex. Once the metal doors closed, her phone buzzed in her pocket. Quickly, she pulled it out, feeling her face flush and her heart beat pick up.

Yoo! Y/N! Don’t bother with those silly honorifics, Hoseok is fine! I’m swell!

Y/N smiled as she typed, stepping off the elevator and walking towards her apartment.

I’d feel bad I didn’t use some type of honorifics though. Can’t I at least say Hoseok-ssi?

Y/N placed her phone in her pocket as she opened the door, sighing out loud when she realized that Jimin didn’t lock the door. Again. She heard smashing buttons and the rainbow road theme music blaring from the TV as her eyes found the two boys sitting on the floor, already competing against each other.

“Well, well, well. Look who finally decided to show up.” Jungkook stuck his tongue out at Y/N, briefly glancing up from the game to look at her.

“I thought you said you would text me when you were coming home?” Jimin asked, turning to shoot an inquisitive glace in Y/N’s general vicinity. Y/N cursed in realization.

“Oh crap, I forgot, I’m sorry Jimin. I’ll join in the next round!” Y/N apologized, plopping down on the couch with her legs folded under her. She pulled her phone out and noticed the messages that Hoseok sent.

Uggh, fine, but its gonna make me feel old. What’s up?

Y/N smiled as she typed,

I’m just hanging with some peeps, how about you?

She glanced up from her phone to notice that the boys were getting violent, shoving and nudging each other to try and throw the other off course. Y/N chuckled and looked down at Hoseok’s response.

Just chillin, I’m about to help my little sister paint her nails. I can’t decide what color I want to give her though. Any advice?

Y/N smiled as she read the message; imagining Hoseok being all brotherly with his little sister made her heart swell.

For a little sister? Uh. Duhh, black. Is that even a question?

A reply came almost a few seconds later.

That’s my favorite color, great idea! What do you do in your free time, besides being unbearably attractive of course?

Y/N blushed as she read and re-read the words. Her heart was bursting in her chest. She hadn’t been with such a flirtatious guy in a while, and the affection and endearment made her body feel warm and fuzzy.

A whole lot of video games with my dorky roommate and childhood friend. And movies. A shit ton of movies.

Y/N hit send and looked up to find that the game was paused on the final lap, both guys looking at her; Jungkook with a furrowed expression on his face and Jimin with a look of wonder.

“What?” Y/N asked, looking at both guys. Jungkook suddenly shot up from his spot on the floor, leaning in close to grab her face with both his hands. Y/N blushed at Jungkook’s proximity, his nose was touching hers and his lips were much too close. Jungkook, her long-term childhood friend that she’s known since they were in diapers, (before Jimin came into the friend circle at age 4) didn’t seem to mind though.

“K-Kookie?” Y/N blanked, looking anywhere but Jungkook’s eyes.

“Dude, what’re you- “

“Shhhhh.” Jungkook hummed softly, turning Y/N’s face every which way under his scrutinizing stare. Y/N’s phone buzzed in her lap, but Jungkook didn’t pay it no mind. He stared at her for three long seconds before he let go of Y/N’s face with his eyes glowing and a wide smile on his face.

“Shut up!” he yelled happily. Jimin and Y/N looked at each other in confusion before turning back to Jungkook.

“You met a boy!” Jungkook continued. Jimin’s eyes widened and Y/N sputtered.

“What?! No! I, well, maybe…yeah.” She finished with a small smile etched on her face. Jungkook squealed happily, but Jimin’s stare became dark and downcast.

“Ooh!!! Details! What’s he like? Is he handsome?” Jungkook gushed, sitting up on the couch with Y/N, holding her hands in his. Y/N blushed and nodded.

“Very, very handsome Kookie! He has this chocolatey brown hair and the deepest, darkest eyes. He has this voice, it’s so smooth and he has this way with words that makes my heart skip beats.” Y/N gushed. Jungkook clapped his hands together and hugged the girl tightly.

“Jiminie! Aren’t you proud of our Y/N for finally finding a man?! And here I thought she was just going to die a lonely cat lady.” Jungkook teased, rubbing his cheek against her own in a motherly way. Y/N pushed him off and flicked his nose playfully.

“Yah! You’re so mean Jungkookie! Respect your noona!” Y/N laughed, but when she looked up and saw Jimin’s dark expression her smile slid off her face.

“Jimin?” she asked softly. He turned his attention to her and gave her a forced smile.

“Yeah, I’m happy for you Y/N! Really, good job, and to think that I thought we’d be stuck as roommates forever.” He teased. He pulled Jungkook up off the couch and back onto the floor.

“C’mon Kook, I still have to beat your ass before Y/N can join us.” Jungkook huffed and grabbed his controller. Jimin’s challenge to the younger man was clearly accepted as they continued with their game.

Confused and bewildered at what just happened, Y/N picked up her phone to read the string of texts Hoseok had sent her.

Lol, that sounds like me too! Are you a mind reader or something? Btw, my little sis loves the choice you made She thanks you But can I ask you something?

Y/N smiled and typed out a reply.

Lol, I’m glad she likes it. You already asked me something though, for this next one I will have to charge you.

Hoseok replied almost immediately, as if he was waiting for Y/N’s reply.

It’s worth the cost if I get to keep talking to such a wonderful girl One: I need a decision breaker between two movies, wanna help a guy out? Two: Where have you been hiding all my life?

Y/N giggled and squirmed happily in her couch crease.

That’s two dollars, y’know But, yes, please! I’d love to help, what are the choices? You’re such a flirt, the girls must be all over you Mr. Jung~

On the other side of town, Hoseok chuckled at his screen. He liked this girl. He liked this girl a lot. She was funny, sarcastic, yet cute and shy. She was so innocent, and Hoseok wanted nothing more but to help corrupt her. He typed his reply after a few seconds of pondering.

Final Destination 3 or The Descent? And baby, I’m only a flirt when I talk to you. I can’t help myself. After all, you deserve to be ravished in compliments.

Y/N read the messages with a red blush on her face, and an excited smile as she pondered the movie choices.

The Descent, obviously, that movie is incredible! Even though FD3 has that awesome, cheesy quality to it like Scary Movie, you seem more like a serious horror lover to me.

Hoseok smirked.
