Loyalty is continuing to follow someone on tumblr even when they introduce a new hyperfixation to the dashboard. You go, girl! I don’t remember why I followed you in the first place but I ain’t about to stop now.

#on occasion I wearily add their tags to my block list #meanwhile I followed someone in the last couple of months and quickly unfollowed because they were being annoying with their friends #it's like stopping by the living room to see what everyone's chatting about and turning around because it's all inside jokes #then heading back to the kitchen where the OTHER people are ALSO just talking in inside jokes #but it's ok because at least this is familiar even if I have no idea what they're talking about #truly the best social media #I left Twitter because no matter how hard I tried I was still forced to see things I didn't want to see #that stupid sidebar wore me down and drove me out #and I HATE the posts that are all 'here's something the person you followed liked'#I'm not following them for their likes I'm following them for their tweets #or WORSE:#'here's content that's similar to the sort of content you're already following'#dear little blue bird: if I wanted that content I would have subscribed already #I'm here for chicken alfredo not quail and stinky French cheese #mine #I ain't no quitter #@ all of the guys I follow or who follow me: sorry #my brain only registers the feminine waves on this website #greatest hits
