Is it not driving anyone else crazy exactly HOW the other companions created this decoy fake lyrium dagger?

Bc like... the real dagger is PURE LYRIUM, aka the substance that is both immensely dangerous and difficult to work with, GLOWS BRIGHT BLUE, emanates a TELEPATHIC SONG, and emanates a strong magical field that sensitive beings can pick up on.

So like... Is the implication that the gang just made their own fucking lyrium dagger?? Because that's FUCKING WILD. Or is it just a visual dupe? Dis Bellara basically make a cosplay prop? Did they use LED lights and worbla?
