the reactions to this poll are pure Entertainment™ in part i think because i didn't specify my own answer to the poll itself, and therefore i have people acting as though i don't know anything about the question i asked
#i know what a drabble is - i know where it came from and the history of it#it's a term to denote a specific writing challenge with an exact length of 100 words#that has since entered the fandom lexicon in a non-traditional manner#and linguistically drifted to be more than incidentally used#as an umbrella term for shorter pieces of fiction#i asked the question to see what other peoples' responses were#so it's Funie™ to see people assume i asked because i didn't know
