Why are you suggesting he's Gay or Bi or Queer? Are you basing it on the letter that he wrote as an overly corny cheesy villainy charismatic character he is? Seems like Larian studios actually changed the letter to subtly imply he is straight and to avoid misunderstanding that people like you who thinks saying I love you to a man is gay. They wanted people to subtly know that he's actually straight without declaring it weirdly.

If I'm assuming correctly, you are angry at people for telling he is straight as default because of heteronormative society that you view as queerphobic. Even if that was the case, you'd still be wrong because there's evidence for him being straight and no evidence for him being bi.

He might be bi in secret but we don't know that, and according to evidence we have he seems to be straight than gay. When a female character is shown to be in a relationship with only a woman, we assume she's lesbian until show tells us that she's bi or even straight and all the relationship of past were just a public facade or whatever might be the reason. We go based on the evidence.

Heteronormative or not, Gortash is more in line with straight sexuality from the evidence and what Larian studios did. Not Queer, you are saying he's queer only because you want him to.
