This is an idea to be fleshed out later, but I want to put it here first as I'm headed for a nap and I also have to study for tomorrow's exam so there are high chances that I will forget but—

Snake ring serpent = World serpent = Ouroboros = Jörmungandr

Ouroboros → God of [at least in] Enkanomiya. Its different parts make different locations and its heart is where the prison is and where secrets are guarded. The Serpent's Heart (also called Heart of Ouroboros before Orobashi's arrival and after his arrival) is home to an altar considered the heart of the Cosmic Serpent / imaginary serpent.

Jörmungandr → Related to Yggdrasil (Irminsul's inspiration) and one of the factors that caused the Ragnarök aka twilight of the gods.

Jörmunr → Old denomination of Irminsul.

#I've seen something #that made me think again #about the fact that Dain's constellation #is that of a god #revered in Enkanomiya #likely to be known from before the Apocalypse #if it had some tradition going on before Enkanomiya's fall #into that chasm as part of the unified civilization #then I heard from someone saying #that I.rminsul could also represent life death and rebirth #I don't know about rebirth #but life and death check #life is pretty self-explanatory with one of the things the tree does #but Ley Lines also carry the souls of the dead #so that might be a quasi entire check #and Ouroboros is also said to represent #life death and rebirth #simultaneously one of Dain's titles is #the confluence between the past and the future #which checks perfectly with Irminsul #as it also contains information of the future #so to make things short as I'll elaborate more on it later #we've seen archons and Neuvi with their own constellation #and no one's constellation taking after another god #unless it's the god themselves #so in a similar way as Neuvi's constellation is himself #in his draconic form #there are chances that so it stands true for Dain #not as being a serpent
