I might not have any leftovers this Thanksgiving because after the no-company Covid years (🤬😡😥) my usual crowd will be joining us! I am so thrilled about that. So I really don’t care about leftovers. BUT if there is some extra turkey I surely will make pot pie, which I often make whenever there are meat leftovers (and sometimes just with vegetables).
