Another whiny post

A couple of years ago I changed jobs, I hated the place but made some fantastic friends which for me is a big deal. I've now been in my 'new' job for over 2 years and I haven't heard from anyone since. I've tried to arrange the odd get together but everyone is always 'busy'. I've just been on Facebook and saw that someone I considered one of my best friends got married today. I only post here because I don't have anyone to talk to, I have no friends and usually I'm ok but now I'm feeing kinda shitty.

Talking to my best friend about our favourite show is actually helped my anxiety attack more than the breathing and the tea and the other shit.I
