#thankfully the inheritance cycle fandom is small so i should be able to Avoid it

thinking about restarting my inheritance cycle fancast series (which only had one entry in it anyways lmao) with an actor actually in the 15-18 years old range to play Eragon and...man that’s just one more reason i can’t get behind Eragon/Arya

Like she is consistently described as a woman in the books.  I know she’s young “for an elf” but she’s still over a century old and Eragon is still a kid when they meet.  I know he grows over the course of the series but man Arya/Eragon is Not Good.  Thank God nothing happens.  

I hope when Arya says “maybe in time” in the last book she means “in a few decades” because alsjdflsdjfkdsl he’s UNDER TWENTY and she is OVER A HUNDRED i know this takes place in medieval times but that doesn’t make it OKAY

Eragon/Arya is at its best when it’s just awkward Eragon crushing on a cooler older woman okay.
