For almost 4 years, everyday, I have been unknowingly taking Misoprostol compounded into my Diclofenac in order to protect my stomach from ulcers (that's a risk of long-term use) and no one thought to mention that my vulvodynia and vaginal cramps, as well as rectal mucus (an anon on here called me an omega and I am constantly haunted by that) are all just potential side effects. It can also increase menstrual bleeding, so yippee for my endometriosis. And since it can cause uterine contractions, hence the off label abortion use, is this why my 3 month iud catastrophe was so terrible???
