my main petermartin au is the buried!martin*** one that doubles as a "martin working for peter on the tundra", where basically the Tundra finds a couple of survivors from a wreckage in the middle of the ocean and picks them up with full intention of sacrificing them later, but the more Peter is around them the more he picks up the weirdest vibe of one of them (Martin) not only because he's a sad looking young man that doesn't quite fit with his supposed fellow crew members but also because?? he can see through the fog for some reason and thus spotting him whenever he's being sneaky thats like 90% of the time

there's an obvious resentment at first bc who likes having their space breached like that?? but the more they keep bumping into each other and the more martin talks there's this undeniable loneliness behind his words that obviously hooks peter. recalling a bet he made with elias sometime ago and using "i should practice first... on him :^)" as an excuse to get closer to martin in an attempt to sway him (or consume him, but hopefully sway him, he kinda likes him)

uuuuuh something something recognition of oneself in the other, courting sidestepping but not quite ignoring their respective positions as The Captain and A Sailor, being homoerotic and saying weird shit at the dead of night when martin is on watch duty and they're both alone with only the ocean for company, you know how it is (peter keeps finding odd little details from martin but he just assumes thats the lonely taking a claim on him not... yknow)

there's also some plot bc at some point another one of the survivors tells peter that he doesn't think martin was on their ship at all?? he has no fucking clue who that guy is but is saying he was from there?? do something?? and peters like mhm mhm i see, do the others know this? no? ok dw i'll do smth :) and next day he feeds him to the lonely bc fuck that guy. also turning point bc now martin is like hey... what was that? what ARE you?? bc he doesnt know any other avatars! hes just a guy!!

anyway at the end the waters part martin disappears and peter thinking another avatar took him goes down the path bc hey HE claimed him first >:( but eventually finds him there at the bottom, just chilling, and once he reaches him the waters fall down again trapping them under the crushing weight of the waters. Martin holds on tight to peter and now that its evident of what martin is is explicit the fact that they're both feeding off each other, peter by the crushing weight of everything and the stone solid arms around his waist and martin by the wavering sense that he's actually all alone not only down there but in general. and holds on tighter to peter. Like an ouroboro. The End

***the fic is from peter's pov which is why he never knows hes a buried avatar til the end but it also has letters from martin to his mother (kind of, at first at least) intersected mid story that shed light of this. How martin didn't join the magnus institute years ago, had a string of bad luck regarding jobs with bad pay, the rapidly worsening condition of his mother without being able to put her on a good home and her subsequential death. The absolute crushing loneliness and aimless state of his life and how in one of his latest jobs at some random ship there was a storm and he drowned. And the pressure of the darkening waters was a blessing in contrast to his painful life. Eventually he found that his lungs didn't have any air left and yet he wasn't dying, he was simply there, in stasis, almost unable to move or do anything at all, and it was... oddly comforting.

but he'd get lonely sometimes. and hungry. and find a way to reach the top and get out of the water and for some time it was okay and w/ this new chance he actually got to meet ppl and create bonds n stuff, until he felt the hidden despair of another person and be like "i know how i can make them feel better :)" and drags them down at the bottom of the ocean where they can rest, and isnt it nice? isnt it good to find some peace?

in the last of his letters he mentions that [the last time he resurfaced] he was picked up by a cargo ship with a couple other people, survivors or something, and that he'll try to blend in. He also feels the weirdest vibe from the ship's captain, and wonders if there's anything he can do to help. THE END for real now

you were a second year volleyball player in itachiyamas girl vbc

and it just so happened you were the top highschool female ace and server in all of japan !!

but atsumu’s never heard of u because he was too focused on his own competitors

and so when you walked through the doors of the gym, he was confused

everyone was confused

why is a female here ?? in a training outfit ?? 

answer was the female’s youth training camp was canceled due to the lack of eligible female players

and it just so happened you were the only one eligible for a youth training camp so you were redirected to the male’s youth camp

and thus u were the only female invited to the camp

let’s just say you were friends with sakusa and komori and they were the only ones in the camp informed of you being a part of it

and when you entered komori jogged up to you with a wave and greets u !! <3

the first time you guys talked was basically in a practice match

you were the temporary captain of your team and he was the temporary captain of the other team

before the match started you both shook hands like the good captains u both are lowkey wheezing abt how that was a fat lie

but he fails 99% of the time and his crush for you just grows even more

but on the last day of training, the serving practices basically required a partner on the opposite side of the net

you got invited to the camp cause they needed another person for an even number but couldn't find a male

which is exactly what happened in the national youth training camp because you guys are ON THE SAME COURT

when you get partnered together he got very quiet at first

ya'll got partnered because kageyama didn't want to ask anyone so the coaches put you together

I got tagged by @evil-moonlight thank youuuuuu! I’m not sure how much of an author I am or anything like that seeing how I haven’t posted any of these and most are WIP and two are originals… but here I go!

1. Kim Ha Yoon… what-?” Joowon glances over towards the door of the butcher shop the same time everyone else does. Lee Dongsik rises from his seat, the table conversation forgotten with the new arrival. (untitled beyond evil fic)

2. Han Joowon stares absently at the tv as it plays a random movie he doesn’t remember putting on. He had been exhausted mere moments before but the text that had been sent obliterated any thoughts of sleep he may have. (super rough title- trust fall beyond evil fic)

3. “He does not deserve my brother.” Lan Zhan’s jaw is set and his fists are clenched at his side. (A super piney Xicheng fic where Jiang Cheng’s had a crush on Xichen since the sunshot campaign)

4. Zhou Zishu looks angrily at Helian Yu now, barely able to suppress the anger that flares to life within him. “My soulmate? You are not qualified. My soulmate-” (word of honor title Qualified)

5. Jiang Cheng stares down at his hands, fear and panic creeping up his spine, that didn’t just happen… was he losing his mind? Jiang Cheng jumps a little as a loud voice interrupts his thoughts, “Sir, did you want something else? I have a line..” (cherry magic but Xicheng - no title)

7. It’s a normal, boring day at the substation and Jihoon is already thinking about his dinner. He’s in the middle of choosing the perfect vegetable to pair with his main dish when something loudly bangs into the doors of the substation. (My witness protection program romcom-ish beyond evil fic)

8. “Mom, you are almost as excited as Tops, both of you are giving me second-hand excitement.” Win’s mother clicks her tongue at her younger son and playfully swats at him before giving Tops a warm smile (super self indulgent Ingredients fic)

9. “Dongsik-ah, you dont have to pretend with me.” He gives his old friend a thoughtful look, “What do you mean, Jaeyoo?” She shoots him an unimpressed look back, “Whatever it is you are trying to do right now. Forcing yourself to like me? Ignoring whoever it is that makes you keep checking your phone. I have a feeling you have been in love for a bit Lee Dongsik, whether you know it or not.” (Another super self indulgent beyond evil fic with no title)

10. Shen slowly walked through the rows of shops that lined the street, ignoring the growing number of people. The market was just starting to reawaken after it's slow season and Shen enjoyed watching everything flourish to life, like his favorite flowers back in his hometown. (This is an original work that’s real gay and the tentative title is The Next Right Thing)

11. Annabelle remembers the first time she sees Winnie, the memory is one she stores away reverently in her brain. She thinks about it frequently when she’s sitting in her small apartment, feeling lonely and regretful. (Another original work based loosely off Jane Austen’s Persuasion)
