Too many people feel way too confident in their self righteousness…that’s what immediately always rubbed me the wrong way about the tiff and co crew, the patronizing was/is out of control…who died and gave you anymore info than the rest of us have bc I’m positive you are sitting on the same info that I am.

These blogs are literally designed to share/read other people’s opinions…and the best part is you can choose who to follow and who to ignore or, better yet, block. You can build your whole follow list with people who think just like you! What does it really accomplish to come onto someone else’s page and start arguing with everyone about their opinions or naming bloggers as problematic?

Thankful for this community you’ve built and that you continue to share your opinions with us 💛

You are also correct in that these blogs are designed to answer questions and give opinions to followers who value and want that content.

Why people chose to try and combat opinions they feel are wrong is beyond me. I don’t go to other blogs to drop condescending, tone deaf anon asks and it’s baffling why some people do.

Generally, if you don’t like something or don’t agree with an opinion, you just keep on moving, yeah?

The problem is everyone wants to be right. At this point, most people who run a blog like this has their own opinions formed and they’re unwavering, as well as the majority of their frequent commenters.

Popping in to someone’s inbox to trash talk them does NOTHING.

Absolutely NOTHING.

“Happy birthday solnyshko.”

You smiled up at your boyfriend, leaning up on your tiptoes to kiss him in greeting where you stood in his open doorway.

He’d invited you over to his apartment for lunch to celebrate in private, just the two of you, ahead of the bigger party he had planned in a local bar that evening. Naturally you’d agreed, wanting to spend that private time with him too, and just with this sweet kiss you knew this was already the best birthday you could’ve asked for.

“Something smells good,” you mused, kicking your shoes off as he shut the front door behind you.

“That’s because I ordered food in from your favourite Thai place,” he grinned back.

Yeah, that’ll do it.

“It’s just warming up now, so we’ve got a little time before we eat,” Andrei finished, smiling sweetly.

“A little time?” you said, raising an eyebrow.

Andrei just laughed. “As much as I want to take you to bed…I actually meant time for you to open up your gifts.”

“Gifts? Plural?” you said, surprised.

Andrei grinned, herding you into his living room, where you saw a small pile of gift-wrapped boxes on the coffee table.

“Okay so I may have gone a little overboard,” he admitted.

“Maybe a little?” you laughed, before smiling sweetly up at him as you sat down, “You spoil me enough as it is.”

“You deserve it,” he shrugged, unrepentant, and you could feel the heat rising to your cheeks.

He really was so sweet.

You worked your way through the boxes, revealing a beautiful Tiffany’s necklace, a pair of heeled boots you’d spotted months ago, a small collection of books you’d mentioned only once in passing, as well as a new bottle of your favourite perfume, all gifts that were so well thought out and perfect coming from him. Andrei just kept that beautiful smile on his face as you kissed him softly between gifts, clearly pleased with making you happy.

And then he pulled out an envelope.

“This is your main present,” he said simply, to answer your confused expression.

“Andrei, no, come on!” you laughed.

But he just shook his head, grinning as he passed it to you. With a soft shake of your head, leaning your head up to kiss him quickly again, you opened the envelope, pulling out a small piece of paper. A fake plane ticket, clearly created by Andrei himself…with the destination of your dream vacation written clear as day.

Charles de Gaulle Airport – Paris, France.

“What’s this?” you asked shakily, eyes wide as you looked back up at him.

“It’s your birthday present. I want to take you on vacation, just the two of us, this summer. I hope that’s okay?”

“Of course it’s okay! I just…wow. This is so much, Andrei. And the last thing I was expecting,” you said, unable to stop the smile spreading across your face.

This was real. This was really happening.

“I wanted to surprise you,” he said, smiling shyly in response..

“I am definitely surprised,” you said, laughing softly, a little incredulously, “Paris? Really?”

Andrei’s shy smile shifted into a wide grin at your words, and he nodded. “I know you’ve always wanted to go, and I wanted to make that happen for you. Obviously I don’t know when the season will end, so we can book it closer to the time, but this is me saying that I will take you to Paris this summer.”

The romance of it all made your heart beat just that little bit faster. Andrei was right in saying that you’d always wanted to go to Paris, but the fact that he remembered that from only passing conversations? That was something else. It wasn’t like you had pinterest boards or dream journals or even made a big deal about your fantasy trip, but here he was making your dream come true anyway. Wow.

“You have no idea how much this means to me. Thank you, sweetheart,” you said happily, tears springing to your eyes.

“Anything for you, you know that,” he grinned, making you swoon slightly at the sweetness, “Besides, I’ve never been either, so it’ll be fun for both of us.”

“I can’t wait to make these memories with you,” you said, leaning up to kiss him.

And with the way that Andrei eagerly kissed you back, you could only imagine he agreed with you.

You didn’t know about the ring box hidden in the back of his sock drawer that he planned on bringing with him.

hello nonny!!! i completely understand- it's going to take me ages to decide what i want to ask tiff and bloomy lolol i am so thrilled u are participating!!

🚀 Do you like to outline your fic first or create as you go?

i go back and forth on this. i have a really long hp marauders fic (that i will never share but i just love writing in that uni) that i have a massive outline for, but again, it's literally like 100+ pages. i have found that i usually only outline for OC fics, not so much x reader. i don't know why, x reader just comes more organically to me and i like to "characterize" the reader as little as possible, so i focus mainly on the canon characters. i do have an outline for my reiner x oc fic, but it's solely to keep all the canon-divergence straight and i've done a poor job of keeping up with it LOL

🏷 Is there a tag you like to search for when looking for fanfics to read?

i think i use tumblr wrong lol i will sometimes scroll the x reader tags, but more often than not i hunt down fics/new blogs to follow via mutuals or fic recs. i think this is a hot take, but i actually like the "for you" tab on here? i get a ton of good stuff there!

💛 What is the most impactful lesson you’ve learned about writing?

to write literally whatever you want. especially in terms of fanfic writing, i go by a method of self-indulgence. like, if i haven't written a fic that indulges a random persons wants, that's fine, because someone else on the internet has. i was so scared to post initially bc i wanted to cater to everyone, but once i leapt over that hurdle, i was just like you know what? it's my blog, it's my writing, and i write my best stuff when i'm writing things that make me happy, not trying to focus on interactions or special requests or being palatable.

Been a while since I’ve posted anything so here is a little Armin Fluff :)

A ctivities - What do they like to do with their s/o? How do they spend their free time with them?

When time allows it Armin loves quiet mornings (and nights) in with you

Loves lazing around with you in bed and making breakfast together

Just generally likes your quiet alone time together, being in the same room is enough for him

Also strolling through book stores/ window shopping is always fun as well

Also get this boy in the kitchen and bake something with him! He seems the type to be good at it

R omance - How romantic are they? What would they do to make their s/o happy? Cliché or rather creative?

This is the guy that would send flowers to your work for no other reason to tell you how beautiful you are and how much he loves you

His way of being romantic verys

Some nights he may suggest you two make dinner together and end up getting distracted dancing to music and get lost in laughter

Other times he will make a show of it, especially on special days - anniversaries & birthdays, etc. - like with candles and rose petals and completely taking all responsibility of the night from you, not allowing you to lift a finger

He loves seeing you smile so anyway he can do that you bet your sweet ass he’ll try

It “Makes his heart full” to see you happy

M arriage - Do they want to get married? How do they propose? What would the marriage be like?

Yes!

Armin wants a family with you so badly and to be yours and you be his forever

Armin would do a whole planned out day

Take you to your favorite stores or see a movie you want to see then get lunch together, just make a day about pampering you really

Then you’d have a nice early dinner so you can go to the beach to watch the sun set

And at the beach there would be a cute blanket set up with a bottle of wine, your favorite treat and another blanket to keep warm (Thank you Eren & Mikasa for setting it up)

You’d be surprised and when you ask what the whole day was so special for he just told you it’s

“Because you’re very special.” And he wanted to do something that could show how much he cares for you.

Then as the sun is setting and you two are cuddled up he will turn to his pack to grab the gift he “almost forget to give you”, telling you to shut your eyes

You chuckle questioning

“How much more could you possibly do for me today?”

When he says you can open yours eyes he is sat before you on his knee, ring between his fingers

“Well, Y/n, I don’t know what more I can do for you but I was wondering if you’d do me the honor of spending the rest of your life with me and I promise I’ll spend every second of every day trying to make you happy in return.”

Your marriage would be pretty average as in arguments aren’t too catastrophic just more so small tiffs here and there

Equal for the most part, always checking in with each other before making huge decisions

And like usual he will always be supportive and loving to you

I nspired - Did their s/o change them somehow, or the other way around? Like trying out new things or helping them overcome personal problems?

You definitely helped Armin with his confidence

Not that he was completely self conscious overall but you helped him gain more courage, especially with relationships

Taking chances and not being so worried about embarrassing himself - especially in more intimate situations 😉

He crawled out of the precariously placed bus holding the last passenger, a very worse for wear teenager, and brought himself and the passenger to one of the near ambulances. The bus teetered for a few moments before screeching off the side of the bridge into the river below. He managed to get every single person off of the bus, and even then he would walk up to some of the passengers yet to be taken away by an ambulance and make them laugh or comfort them. That was the point when Margot's choice was obvious."

However, he wasn't expecting a man, obviously a bit drunk (even though it was nine in the morning), to suddenly trip onto the road and get hit by a vehicle. The vehicle simply drove off, and Jin Lin burst into action. He dropped his bag and approached the man carefully, telling the crowd that was forming to back off, that he was a doctor and could help. He kept the man stable, made sure he stayed awake so as to not succumb to his concussion, and even rode with the man to the hospital. Salem knew then, he made the right choice."

She was then arrested for graffiti, but let go on account they didn't have 'proper evidence'. The truth was the officer who had arrested her had seen what she did, and out of respect had let her go. Regardless, Maverick knew she would be his choice."
