The ROs open their door to find the MC covered in blood and wounds and they give a shit eating grin and says "Aren't I looking drop-dead gorgeous today? Get it? Cause I'm probably about t--" and promptly passed out on their door step. Immediate reactions and reactions after the MC recovers?

Dylan: Tries catching you in her arms when you collapse, but you're both going down together because she's not really strong enough to lift a human being. It takes a moment because of shock, but your comedic timing is impeccable, and she's both crying and laughing. It's super uncomfortable! Has to call both Dr. Sallister to clear her ripperdoc table and a cab service to serve as your wee-woo wagon while like that.

When you're better, she shows up as soon as possible to get you (probably visited every day while you were down for the count), and she is staring. Like, a lot. Like she expects your face to be as fucked up as it was when you showed up at her doorstep. Definitely nervous, takes you for food. "Hey," she reaches across the table to touch your hand. "You almost died, you know? It would have been my fault if you did. You were really funny, though. Did you wanna hear the joke you made when you showed up?"

Hesitant to send you on tough jobs for a while. You'll have to be the one to call her out on it.

While you're in recovery, she's sleeping in a chair to the side of the room. Doesn't leave the clinic.

Manages to prop you over her shoulders and get you to the ripperdoc, but she doesn't know how she did it. (She went outside with you slung over herself like a sack of potatoes and screamed for help. When you're back up on your feet, she's enraged. "You were going to just die?! And leave me on THAT note?! With your shitty, terrible jokes!" Prepare for nagging. Relieved that you're okay but she'll be damned if you don't get an earful before she admits it.

Dorothea: Assuming you got your ass beat out in the middle of the desert and dragged yourself to hell and back to get to the nomad camp, she was in the midst of doing something (probably teaching some kids to work on cars) when you showed up. Had her back turned to you, but you said that shit and collapsed, and a chorus of screaming children started in. Turns around in time to see you hit the ground, everything becomes a blur in the crowd. Has to do her job first and foremost, calming people down and setting them to action.

You're being carried by a bunch of oily nomads to some makeshift table. They do their best at-home job to patch you up, Dorothea makes any urgent supply runs they need. [Brings Cho back with her to make sure that you don't die, unless the family confirms that you're in stable condition.]

You wake up in her tent, on her mattress. She's all grins when she sees you - she says that yes, you are looking drop-dead gorgeous. Maybe less drop-dead now. Come on, the whole clan is anxious to see that you're okay.

Does not visit in the hospital, because she hates hospitals. Infuriatingly nonchalant when you're released, sends a cab to pick you up and take you to her apartment. When you walk in, she's gasping. "Oh my god, what did they do to your face? Oh, wait. You always looked like that. Come sit."

Despite her composure, she's definitely acting off. She sits a little too close, squeezes your hand a little too hard. Extra touchy, asking what you want to do and what movies you want to watch too many times. Making puns but they're not really as clever as her usual, her heart's not in it.
