OP I am so sorry for the rambling I'm about to inflict, I've been thinking of nosferatu for the last 3 days.

MOST Nosferatu I've seen go with the tried and true batty movie look, which I do love! I REALLY like it when people push it into full on bat.

But I feel like we need more variety. I've seen a few really cool concepts for nosferatu that both focused on the face and didn't! I feel like we need to encourage more body horror, as well as nosferatu who have the bane impacting other parts of their body.

Side tangent, if your guy just looks like a guy with a facial difference, know that it CAN work but maybe be considerate in WHY you make them that way. You have to be careful and think "does this guy look repulsive and scary because he looks inhuman, or because I may have some biases around people who look different from me." Willem Axel is a good example of this, he just looks like a guy with cystic hygromas and some batty features to me.

If you're looking for some cool nosferatu concepts, Htg17_arts on twitter has some cool ones! Personally fond of the fish man.

Nosferatu banes come in many shapes and sizes, and many levels of severity. But I think we need to get more WEIRD with it.

That's not a Nosferatu that's just a pretty man with large fangs and some small pock marks in his skin. Make him freakier make him uglier
