I am going to answer the questions as my Tav, Sima, from my BG3 fic : What Could Have Been

Where is your OC from?

Sima was born in Calimport and lived there for some years before coming to Baldur's Gate as a child stowaway. She worked her way through the Guild and went back to Calimport, only to return prior to the events of the game. She ran over rooftops, hid in bazaars, scraped by on the spoils of what she could steal and found her magic through nefarious means that she needed to survive.

What is their most precious childhood memory?

When she was about 13 years old, she covered the desk legs of a banker's desk in what would be a type of Tahini (peanut butter) and watched as the banker was attacked by rats. The banker had just thrown out her friend's mother onto the street by taking away their small flat. Calimport is one of the most cut throat cities in Faerun for a reason.

What are they thinking of doing post-game?

Well, as my story goes into, she wanted to share power, wealth, pleasure with her vampire lord. Things don't work out as planned however, as they rarely do for Sima.

What do they love most about their partner?

At his best, Sima loves his penchant for chaos, his unapologetic demeanor that is much like her own, and the ability to see what needs to be done. That brand of dangerous mischief that she finds endearing and intoxicating. Cleverness, and a thirst for survival masked with frivolity, Sima always knew there was more to Astarion than what met the eye.

Are they a dog or a cat person? (or perhaps a tressym person?)

Tressym person! Tara is the unsung hero of my story (not to give anything away) but I love her! Otherwise cats with the exception of Scratch which is more an exception for Karlach with Scratch because those two are adorable.
