So the Hangman brain rot is at an all time high for me at the moment and your fics most definitely scratch that itch!!

Butttttt, I had this idea that I thought you’d be absolutely perfect at executing! Please be gentle this is my first time ever requesting anything 🥲

Anywho picture this if you will; reader is Bradley’s childhood best friend and is in town to visit him for the first time in yonks. She surprises him at the Hard Deck and it’s a cute lil reunion. And Jake being Jake, he sees the pretty lady with Rooster and takes it upon himself to intervene purely to get a rise out of Rooster. That’s how it starts anyway, but after talking to reader for awhile he’s absolutely smitten (which confuses not only the dagger squad but himself too) and so after they go back to his place and have some fun 👀 he’s actually wanting to see her again instead of it being his usual one and done type of thing.

I’m sorry if that doesn’t make sense but I’ve been rambling too long so I’ll leave it there.

Favourite childhood book: always hard to choose if you were the sort to inhale books. I remember always having a pile near my spot on the couch and at least one book in bed. Anyway, obviously there was hp, but aside from that, as a small kid, i read mostly dutch books (so so many, and none of you would know them 😭) with a bit of roald dahl on the side. Later I loved Narnia, Ella Enchanted, Molly Moon, the Tillerman Cycle, Chrestomanci, Alex Rider, and the dutch Polleke books. My mum also had old books of hers that i loved, like the Malory towers books.

Currently reading: as important preparation for our next dnd campaign (in which i'll play Our Lady of Sorrows) i got recommended to read "Lamb: the gospel according to Biff, Christ's childhood pall" which is really funny so far. I'm also rereading the hp books yet again to get re-acquainted with canon!harry's character, and it is a wild ride to read it with fresh eyes

Currently watching: i cancelled my netflix subscription in a marxist rage in '22, so i'm never watching anything anymore, like an old grouch

Currently consuming: my favourite dinner: overcooked pasta with tuna

Currently craving: a hug from my ex-bestie who i had a fucked up dream about
