i am all for being nice to customer service reps as i'm quite literally one of them, but god DAMN do these big companies need to get a grip
#monty rambles#yes this is about adobe's hidden cancellation fees#which i dealt with back in november#and also about the complete lack of what i call face-to-face customer service#thank you EA for not having a helpline or any sort of email i can use#and only shitty forums from three years ago that don't help me#and a live chat that doesn't actually benefit me in any way
