i. really really enjoy omegaverse. yes, including mpreg variants. the worldbuilding and potential relationship conflicts that come up scratch my brain in a fun way. it’s not all that i read but it’s something i definitely like both reading and writing. i also really love fics where the whole thing hinges on a very simple but hurtful misunderstandings that could be solved by a 5 minute conversation. and when characters get jealous/possessive in fics. when two or more of these aspects combine into a single fic i go apeshit

i am so very untalented!!! 😭 i played clarinet in band in school LOL (we were required to play something so this is no testament to skill or anything) - and i am attempting to learn to play guitar 🥹

I’;m kinda finishing something up right now.” You ask the question.

~ He rolls his eyes as if it ids typical of them to show up asking intrusive questions about himself and his partner. Leaning up against his ship, he raises an eyebrow. “I don’t know why you always insist on asking me very specific questions out of the blue like this...but I’ve got a few minutes to kill so I gueesss I could humor you. He knew there were a thousand things he could say that were not exactly the truth but not totally untruthful either(that’s what he usually did) but this was y/n he was talking to. Lying to them probably wasn’t wise. “ Honestly,” his eyes start to look far away as a slight pink colors his cheeks.” They have this THING about them. They’re always good to me and others without so much as batting an eye. Even when it comes to being back stabbed they still stick to their morals, their heart....” he chuckles softly. “All that gooey gross stuff that I can face are just...SO like them...” He smiles to himself for a long moment before snapping back to his senses at the sound of distant gunfire. “Shit! Sorry y/n I gotta go and you should too!”

*He takes off running for the ship just as you turn to run for your own.

Clay:

*You approach a man in a suede green suit who is clearly intoxicated and sit down beside him, asking your question.

~Clay chuckles awkwardly, taking another sip from his half full glass of Jack Daniel's. The ice cubes remain in the liquid, slowly shrinking down and out as a slight red flush colors his cheeks. "She....well she...." he felt his cheeks flushing slight hot as a wave of sickness washed over his stomach. "Look, I've never known anyone like her.... and probably never will again." He chuckles with a half grin painting his face. "No one is, was....." He sighs, chugging the rest of the glass and refilling in a mere minute. A familiar blanket of comfort engulfs his mind as the another wave of alcohol floods his sense. "...No one is supposed to be able to love me. Not even me!” He feels tears stinging at the corners of his eyes and takes a swig out of the bottle. “I-I don’t know how but s-s-she just...can? Like even thought it’s bad for her and people stare...” He feels a tear silently sliding down his left cheek. “She still does.....” He chuckles darkly. “somehow....” The tears start to flow more freely as his eyes dart towards the drink in his hands.

* You decide it best to leave the man at the bar alone to struggle through...all of that you guess.

You follow quietly, picking u pa glass of whatever he sets down in front of you with a quiet thanks. Sitting across from you, he asks what you’ve popped by for. You finally ask the question.

Why not just ask er?” he falls into a small fit of laughter before sipping at whatever was in his glass. “You know she’s the more talkative one don’t chaaaa?~” He smiles giddily as he leans over the table. “If you ask me, it’s those absolutely adorableee cheeks of hers~” You shake your head and sigh. Surely there’s more to it than that? “Alright, alright so maybe there is.” He takes another sip of the mystery substance and sighs through the beating of his own heart. You can see through the drunken haze of his face, an amount of clarity and life glimmering in behind blue eyes. “In all of my travels, in all of lifetimes, in the never ending expanses of time, space, the universe that I’ve seen and am still seeing there’s just.....she’s just....SO human.” He chuckles a bit, looking outwards from table as he continues on. “Compassionate, in tune with her feelings and others feelings! It’s like, all of the good in humanity, in the UNIVERSE ITSELF is shining through her when we speak! Even when she’s upset with me and others she still thinks of them and their grievances and does her best for them. Even when it’s not deserved.....even for a coward like me...” He smiles gratefully, looking down into his drink and imaging her kind face staring back. “It’s always been said that no people are the same. That every single living being is unique in it’s own right and I believe that’s true but.....she’s just so....radiant....” He puts a hoof to his cheek. “It’s uh, k-kind of a lot to put to words I guess.” He smiles sheepishly over at you before taking a shot.

*You decide to stay with the discolored doctor for awhile longer. A break wouldn’t hurt.
