By the end of the week, you had been exhausted and worried that this bickering would truly never end. It reached its peak when he breathed “too loudly” for your comfort while getting ready for bed, causing you the most explosive argument yet.

Now, here you were, pinned between him and the edge of the bed, no urge in you to argue, your brain trying to form thoughts and failing miserably. “Are you okay?” Concern laced his voice. You nodded gently, causing him to release a breath he didn’t know he was holding. He stalked off quietly to the bathroom, returning with a warm washcloth. “Let’s get you cleaned up, hm?” 

As he spread your legs to gently clean you off, you whined at the sensitivity. “Sorry baby. I know how sensitive you are right now. But you did such a good job for me, took it so well. ” He cooed, eyes switching between cleaning you up and your fucked out face. After throwing the towel in the hamper, he crawled back into bed with you covering you both in the blanket, silence blanketing the dark room.

“I thought…” You began to get teary eyed.

“Woah woah, did I hurt you? I’m sorry baby I didn’t mean to, where does it-” He shot up, eyes scanning over your body and eyes blown wide from fear.

“Dom. You didn’t, I’m okay, great actually. I was just…scared this week. Scared that we were doomed or something.” He settled back down, biting down on his bottom lip as he took in your words.

“I was too. We’ve never been the bickering type and I just- I don’t know. You know I’m not good with emotions, but I do wanna say I’m sorry. My attention has been on work and I didn't mean to make you feel abandoned.” He confessed.

You didn’t notice the tear falling down your cheek till his tattooed hand gently reached out to wipe it for you. His eyes were filled with adoration as he brought you in closer to him, kissing your forehead gently.

“I love you Dom.”

‘I love you more angel. Get some rest now okay? We can always talk more in the morning. I think I accidentally turned your body and brain to mush.” He kissed your nose, causing you to giggle. 

“Mush is the perfect word I’d use.” You replied, falling asleep in his arms.

He looked down at your sleeping frame, smiling to himself at how the furrow in your brow from overthinking and stress had finally settled as you were fully relaxed. His eyes trailed across your features, soaking up the way you couldn’t shy away from his gaze in this moment, free for him to adore you as he always had.

Due to his skin-hardening quirk, your antlers got caught, so you were stuck together, but you also remember how he made you laugh to ease your embarrassment.

"Uh, babe what do you have on your-" he paused when he realized bright festive string lights were wrapped around your antlers. "Is it a holiday?" Kaminari asked in confusion, and you shrugged. "No, I just wanted to do something different," you replied, walking past him and Eijirou to your seat. "What does that mean?" Kaminari asked, turning to the redhead who shrugged. "That's just my adorable antler babe for you!" He replied with a toothy grin.

"See now you have your own horns, just like me!" he announced, poking one of the hair spikes on his head. Your antlers had just shed as they do every year, and as usual, you were miserable until they regrew a few months later. Eijirou would always comfort you during this time. Although your hair was sticky from all the gel, you couldn't help but appreciate his efforts.

"Yeah, we did it, babe!" Eijirou screamed, standing among the debris of the wall you had just busted through. While he used his quirk, you used your antlers. He turned, ready to give you a high five when he gasped, noticing one of your antler points had broken in half. Naturally, he tried to help and ripped off a piece of his costume to wrap around the broken part of your antler. "There you go! You're still beautiful babe!"

"Whoa, watch out!" he said, placing his hand on the back of your head to guide you to duck when you entered the room. "Oh um...thanks?" you said, assuming it was the hero in him trying to help. "Well, it wouldn't be very manly if I wasn't looking out for my number one babe!" he replied, but you knew he tended to worry whenever he saw you hit something with your antlers even more so when they happened to get stuck on something.

If there was one thing, he loved doing it was kissing you. This was especially true when the two of you were in his room and he was lying on the bed with you sitting next to him. "Hey babe," he said, catching you off guard when you turned, which gave him the chance to pull you down by your antlers and into a much-needed kiss.

experimentation has given bramble a pretty shaky mental state, with a lot of struggle trying to figure out what parts of her are really her and whatnot. so i thought expounding upon that by Also including how many different forms of her there are across the TF universe would be fun!! and an excuse to draw all of the TF brambles at once >:3

and also. i swear to god the lights were blue yellow and pink the whole time i worked on this. my horror after hours of shading to realize that my pinks had become purples....... unspeakable.

i have never put this much rendering juice into a piece before ever in my life. please enjoy Pretty Colors and how i painstakingly blended the shading layers together with just a pencil brush at low opacity like a clown
