Sounds like something to talk to your doctor or therapist about for sure: it can be a did symptom or it could be maladaptive daydreaming! Or it could be a normal amount of agency; I know that I had trouble ‘getting rid’ of imaginary figures once I pictured them in the space with me, I had a hard time feeling like they weren’t there anymore. So it can just be normal to feel not fully in control of your imagination (assumin I’m normal which I might not be) but only a person who knows you specifically could say!

Can't be DID, no trauma in childhood.

I wish I still had a therapist but my previous ones+my old psychiatrist dismissed everything I felt so now I'm scared shitless of therapy.

It's like. My MaDD paras. Except I still control my paras. I don't really control the 2/3 ones I'm talking about in my post. For some fucking reason. Sometimes it's helpful but most of the time it's just a pain in the ass.

I know they're not physically here they're just in my brain. I can't stop them from talking or being there even of I try really hard.
