she’s so proud of the fact that you two are together and that she’s YOUR girlfriend

y’know what her biggest flex is? you. (and maybe the fact she’s artemis’ lieutenant but who’s asking 🤷)!

she would scream it from the rooftops if you’d let her. she would do anything you asked, she’s obsessed!

she’s super protective of you and will beat anyone up who hurts or makes you uncomfortable. same with anyone who flirts with you, they brush your waist? boom. now they have 3 broken fingers.

this goes vice versa, if anyone flirts with her she’ll shut them down immediately and let you go off at them if that’s what you want.

so in short, you’re both super possessive of each other and get jealous easily. honestly, couple goals 🤝

communication is everything to her! as her mother didn’t really respect her boundaries, she needs to know what you do and don’t like. same with you knowing what she’s uncomfortable with. that’s why your relationship is so great: you talk things through instead of getting angry at each other!

(i’m not letting any ‘doomed yuri angst, they can’t communicate and break up’ shit happening around here. my heart couldn’t take it.)

speaking of past family, her current one matters a lot to her. she would absolutely love if you and annabeth got a long, but if you didn’t she’d be fine with you guys at least not hating each other. (though of course annie loves you, you’re awesome!!!!)

she defo lends you her jackets a lot

and it’s not in a possessive/‘claiming’ way either, she genuinely loves seeing you in her clothes, it makes her happy.

i also feel like if demigods had working phones, she’d text whenever she could!

(and if you aren’t apart of the hunt) she’d especially text you if you went on a quest. then she’d spam you constantly, asking how you are and whether or not you’re bleeding out or dying.)

speaking of going on quests, if the huntresses were going somewhere in your direction, she’d try to help out and spend time with you — while also asking you whether or not you wanna abandon the quest and join her and the huntresses (jokingly.. unless..?)

The idea I had was a Thalia (PJO) x GN!reader fic where the reader has bad anxiety and has ignored it the whole day. At the end of the day they end up having a massive panic attack at the end of the day and Thalia walks in on it. If your not comfortable writing this I completely understand.

The tightness in your chest followed you around all day, never letting you go and hindering your breath. Everyone around you paraded their strength, their courage as they suited up for what was to be a practice battle the next day. Percy practiced his swordsmanship against Jason while Annabeth poured over maps of Camp Half-Blood and Camp Jupiter, her brain analyzing every possible field of battle as one had not been chosen yet. After the two great wars, everyone decided they needed to be ready for if another great threat arose from the corners of myths yet to be told. However, you barely made it through the first two. Nights were torture then, your mind repeating the things you saw, telling you everything you did wrong, everything you could’ve done. The dreaded darkness of your mind had returned after the practice battle had been announced, taunting you that you would be the reason your team would fail. 

Some reasonable part of your brain spoke out, telling you that you had the literal saviors of Olympus at your side, doing most of the heavy work. Your place in the plan Annabeth had laid out for you was to cause confusion to the opposing team, as you had the ability of creating illusions. A simple part in a great plan, yet you couldn’t help but overthink every aspect of what could go wrong. What if you led them straight to Percy? What if your illusion gave out and doing so ruined the plan? What if you forgot who you were supposed to be confusing, as many of your friends were on the opposing team? Your mind spiraled as you walked through camp, your eyes hazy as you glanced over your friends. Annabeth was still looking at maps, leaning over a table with them sprawled out, her braids piled up on her head in a bun, keeping her hair from her neck due to the heat. Percy and Jason were taking a break, the son of Zeus grumbling as Percy doused himself with his water bottle, smirking at what his friend deemed as ‘cheating’. The Hunters of Artemis were also partaking in this dual camp competition, adding onto the layers of stress and anxiety already piling in your head. Thalia, Jason’s older sister who could send butterflies fluttering in your stomach with just a simple glance, couldn’t see you fail. Some part of you wished she could’ve chosen the team opposing yours but of course she had to jokingly carry on the Roman/Greek sibling rivalry. If she was competing against you, at least your failure would be her success. 

As you walked through the Camp, stumbling as you tried to get to Cabin 14 - your breath was coming in short and your eyesight blurring. You couldn’t have an attack in front of everyone, the voices in your head couldn’t be proven right. Thankfully, when you walked through the door, you noticed the absence of your siblings. You couldn’t even make it to your bed as you slid down the wall, tapping your fingers together in an attempt to calm yourself down. 

“Come on, Y/N, it’s a game of glorified capture the flag, you don’t need to get this worked up over it.” 

As you berated yourself under your breath, you didn’t hear the door open behind you.

Thalia was worried. You had looked off all day, your normally sparkling personality dimmed as you practically acted like a zombie. She watched as you walked through camp, your eyes gliding over everyone. Eventually, she stood up in worry as your steps became uneven on your way to your cabin. She locked eyes with Annabeth, who left the table when she saw Thalia’s concerned look. The daughter of Athena followed Thalia’s gaze to watch as you went into the cabin. 

“Are they okay?” Annabeth asked, her brow furrowing, growing concern for her longtime friend. Thalia just shook her head in confusion, turning to walk in your direction. 

“I don’t know, to be honest. But they’ve been acting worryingly all day. I’m gonna go talk to them, tell Jason he can take my place training with Percy.” 

“Oh come on!” She heard Jason’s complaint at the idea of not taking a break and smirked as she walked. When she pushed open the door, she heard your whispered voice criticizing yourself quietly. Slowly, she came to kneel in front of you, taking in your slightly shaky form. 

“Y/N?” 

Your head shot up, eyes widening at the voice. Seeing Thalia kneeling in front of you with worry in her bright eyes was your breaking point. Tears welled up in your eyes, streaming down your face in an embarrassing amount. Thalia was quick to move next to you, arms wrapping around you hesitantly. You collapse into the comfort and let your tears be a vessel for your panic. After a few minutes of Thalia rubbing your back in circles, you leaned back a bit. 

“I’m sorry, I’m being stupid-” Before you could finish your sentence, Thalia interrupted you. 

“Nope, you’re not invalidating yourself right now, Y/N. I’ve been worried all day, what’s going on?” 

You blinked at her words, surprised someone noticed you. Thalia wanted to laugh at the look on your face but given the current situation she held back. You finally gathered your thoughts, forcing out your words. 

“It’s just- the upcoming battle, game, whatever. I don’t think I can do it.”

Thalia did a small double take, which you interpreted incorrectly. 

“Yeah, I told you it’s dumb.”

Thalia pursed her lips and pulled you closer to her, shaking her head. 

“That is not what I meant. If you don’t want to do the game, that is absolutely fine. No one is expecting you to force yourself into something uncomfortable. But before you make a final decision, will you tell me what’s going on?” 

You licked your dry lips and swallowed, steadying yourself. 

“It’s just, this is bringing back memories. Memories I would rather forget. Also, what if I mess up the plan? Annabeth is scary when she’s mad, Thalia, I can’t have her mad at me. I can’t have anyone mad, or disappointed, with me.”

Thalia just looked at you, her eyes softening. 

“Hey,” her voice soft as she got you to look at her, “That’s not dumb at all. Actually, I think you’re being so strong right now.” 

You scoffed, gesturing to yourself. 

“Yep, the epitome of strength right here. Cower in fear, world.” 

Thalia wasn’t amused by your sarcasm, continuing her speech. 

“You’re being strong because you’re feeling your emotions. I think we’re all having flashbacks and memories of the past but instead of allowing ourselves to process them, we’re ignoring it. You aren’t alone in this Y/N, don’t shut yourself away in your mind to fend off the voices alone, you have so many people who care about you. I care about you, let me help.”

Your eyes widened at her confession, leaving you speechless. You nodded in agreement, feeling a bit of the tension in your chest being relieved. Thalia stood up, holding a hand out for you. As you took it, she didn’t let go once you were standing. 

“Now, let’s go take a break from planning and training - then once your mind feels clearer, we’ll decide what will happen with the practice battle.”

Smiling, you walked out of the Cabin with Thalia, the world around you feeling less dim, the air around you shining once more.

The Three Candles

Pairings: Luke Castellan & Thalia Grace & Annabeth Chase x Platonic! GN! Not Clearsighted Mortal! Reader

Summary: They always come back (But not ALL of them).

Warnings: Spoilers to all the 1st Collection: Percy Jackson and the Olympyans. Too much fluff! (Lol) and talks about death!

Notes: This is the Part 2 of my other work, "A Delightful Enconter", and thank you all for your love!

1.

The first time they came back it's still the three of them, some months later...it's late at night and you hear a knock on the door, still in your pajama you go see who it is. You yawn as you open the door.

Your eyes wide as you see who is there.

"Hello again Y/N." Luke says, he looks tired like he is trying not to cry.

"Do you three need a one night lace again, hmm?" You ask smiling as you let them enter.

"Bingo." Thalia says as she starts taking her things out of her bag.

"Y/N!" Annabeth runs to you and hugs you. "I have read 'Ulisses'!"

You smile. "Really? Did you like it?"

"Yes! I'm going to be a hero like him!" She tells you, her eyes shining.

"That's great dear." You smile to her again and go to Luke.

"Do you need help with the sofa?" You ask.

"Yes please. This just don't switch to the bed." He says still trying.

You help him and with that the bed is ready.

"Do you want to talk about it? I see that you are sad." As he looks at you you say. "I'm sorry if I'm being rude, I just want you to be okay."

He smiles. "Thank you, really..." He sighs. "It's just family problems." You nod wanting for him to continue.

"I visited my... mom today and my...dad was there." He tells you looking at the ground.

"I guess it didn't end well?" He nods.

"You know, family isn't just about blood, and what you have with Thalia and Annabeth is just as special as everything in the world." You smile at him and he hugs you.

"Thank you." He whispers in the hug.

"No problem honey." You say.

After the hug you go to Thalia to help her with a injury she had in the leg.

"Thank you." She smiles at you and you smile back.

They go to sleep and the very next morning they're not there..like last time.

You smile to yourself.

2.

The second time they came it's in the day, which you though 'weird'.

It starts with a knock in the door and as you open you see two people with orange shirts that say 'Camp Half-Blood' or some thing like that.

But you don't see the third head, they look at you with a sad look.

"Hey kids." You smile at them and they have the energy to smile back. "Where is Thalia?" You ask, and they froze up in place.

Luke is the first to talk. "She..." He looks at Annabeth trying to think of an excuse. "She is at the new summer camp we are at...she is sick so she didn't feel like coming." He sighs as he finishes.

"Oh, wait a second." You go to the kitchen and bring back a box and give it to Luke.

"For Thalia. I hope she feels better with these, and Annabeth.." You take a book from your shelf. "This one is for you." Annabeth reads the title 'The Renaissance era: Art and Architecture'.

"I saw that you love this greek kind of stuff, so.." You smile to her. "Thank you Y/N."

They leave after a group hug.

At the camp Luke opens the box, it's filled with sweets and cake. He cries as he thinks of Thalia, he and Annabeth eat the sweets together.

3.

The third time they came it was not 'they' just her, Annabeth.

As you open the door you smile as you see her, but you shiver as you don't see any sight of the others.

"Where are Luke and Thalia, dear?" You ask and she starts crying in your arms.

You take her inside and caress her hair.

"Oh, honey...what happened?" You whisper to her.

She sobs but between the sobs she tells you everything. That demigods and gods exist, that Thalia is a three now and that Luke is a traitor piece of crap, her words not yours.

You cry as you hear what happened to the two. You take two candles and light it. "For Thalia." You light one. "For Luke..I know he has a good heart, I'm sure he will come back to reason." You light the second candle.

For some hours you just hug Annabeth, she sleeps in your house and in the morning she is not there.

'Some things never change.' You think sadly. You see a note:

'I really liked the book, maybe I will be a architeth."

You smile and look at the candles.

4.

The forth time they come back is 'they' again, as you open the door you see Thalia and Annabeth, you run to Thalia's arms and hug her and cry.

She hugs you back smiling.

You take Annabeth to the hug too.

They come inside and they explain everything. How Thalia isn't a tree again, the situation with Luke, again.

As you hear all of it you look at the candles and Annabeth smiles at you.

Thalia tells you that she is now a Hunter of Artemis.

You congratulate her and give her the box with the same sweets you 'gave' her years ago.

She smiles and you three eat it at your house, talking and laughing, trying not to think about Luke.

"And Annatbeth has a crush." Thalia tells you.

"I have not a crush for Percy!" She yells blushing at Thalia.

You smile teasingly. "But no one said Percy dear." And she blushes even more.

Thalia laughs at her face and you smile to yourself.

They go away at the day this time, and when tehy are not there anymore you put one more candle.

"For Annabeth." You light the first. "For Thalia." You light the second. "And for Luke. Who I still believe has a beautiful heart." You light the third.

5.

The fifth time they come back it's the same as the last one. But with two new heads.

You hug Annabeth and Thalia, and has you hug the last you whisper to her: "So who are the other two?" She smiles and explains that they are Grover and Percy.

They both shake your hand and the four enter in your house. You take a lemonade out of the fridg eand give each a cup.

"So...what about Luke?" You ask and they all look both happy and sad.

"He was a hero." Percy says.

"...was?" You feel you eyes water with tears.

"..yeah, Y/N. He..died as a hero. You were right he really did the right thing." Annabeth says and Thalia hugs you. And the second she hugs you Annabeth comes for the hug too.

After some minutes you calm down.

All of you start talking about other things, how thay won the war. And...well Grover spoils a thing for you.

"Well, Y/N, me and huh...Percy...are.." She takes Percy hand and you already know what it is.

"They are dating." Grover says happy." Finnaly!!"

"Grover!" The other three yell at him.

"Congratulations dear." You say to Annabeth. "Well...Congratulations to all of you." You smile to them.

You pass the afternoon talking, they lunch at your house and when the night aproaches they get up and start leaving.

You hug Thalia and Annabeth again.

"It was nice meeting you, Grover, Percy." You wink at them and they shake your hands.

They go away and you light the candles again, you think it is a sign of Good Luck.

First Christmas

Yes, this fic is part of Danny and mine ongoing Christmas Universe! Just a little heads up :) It won't matter much, and you can def read it as a standalone one-shot but there are some references! Pairing: Jason & Thalia Grace x gn!reader (Platonic!) Request: Hi, can you do a request where reader and Jason Grace are together in the holidays, like doing stuff, adorning the tree, drinking hot chocolate, etc. I’m sorry English is not my first language Word Count: 1.8k Warnings: None! It was early December, and you figured you should try to figure out what your friends wanted for Christmas again this year. You could probably have gotten a good indicator from Klaus, but this time you truly wanted to find things yourself. Thus, you had slowly been planning some Iris Messages with people, and ‘secretly’ asked them what they wanted (and whether they knew things other people wanted). 

However, what you didn’t expect was Jason’s answer. 

“You don’t really have to get me anything,” he looked apologetic, “Since, you know, I didn’t grow up in a very ‘family oriented’ place I never really celebrated Christmas?” 

“But you did! For the past few years with us!” You exclaimed and Jason shook his head. 

“I know, and as much as I enjoy spending time with everyone, I just never feel comfortable accepting the gifts.” 

“Do you, now?” You squinted at the IM, “I simply think you don’t understand that we want to give you gifts-” 

“Okay, maybe it feels weird,” Jason admitted, “because I only used to get gifts for my accomplishments! But, that does not mean you have to get me anything!” 

“Jason, I love you so I want to give you something in the spirit of the holidays.”

“Then give me the spirit of the holidays!” He exclaimed. 

“I don’t want to kidnap Klaus for you, nor do I want to commit necromancy for an actual ghost,” you stated and Jason sighed. 

“No, I mean-” He looked away, “I’ve never put up a tree, the only Christmas things I’ve done were with you guys! Maybe you can, I don’t know, let me get the traditional experience?”

“You had your own room when you were a preator, and you never put up a tree?” You asked. 

“For a bit, but that was before Christmas, I got kidnapped by Juno before that”

“And your cohort never had one?”

“Nope, the 5th never won Christmas tree rights.” he shrugged, “Honestly, we barely won any Christmas activities. Camp Jupiter wasn’t big on letting their cohorts celebrate during the season.” 

“And not even when you were an infant? I mean you showed up at Camp Jupiter when you were what, 5?” 

“I mean, I certainly didn’t celebrate Christmas with Lupa, so I didn’t know it was a thing until someone told me.” Jason sighed, “And for what it’s worth, the people of my cabin did actually give me a stocking with candy each year, I think they felt guilty.” 

“Oh, the child soldiers felt guilty about the child soldier.” 

“I am not going to unpack that with you right now,” Jason glared, but there was no real heat behind his eyes. He knew that his ‘growing up’ situation was less than perfect, however in the spirit of the holidays he decided not to consider his possible trauma’s. Given the previous statement, you figured you would need to at least have some celebrations this year. 

“Well, you have your own dormitory, right?” you asked and Jason, hesitantly, nodded. “We could do some things together there, if you want.” you smiled, “Maybe Thalia can come too?”

“I’m not sure, you know demigods attract monsters and I’m not allowed to have guests over-”

“Ah, we’ll just mist the mortals astray.” you waved the thought off, “And any monsters won’t stand a chance against the great son of Jupiter, right?” Jason squinted his eyes at your words, but agreed nonetheless.

A few days later you had figured out a small plan. The most important parts of Christmas would be simply family and vibes. Thus, with the power of travel you made your way to Jason’s dormitory. Luckily, Thalia was also available, and even better she brought out a mini pine tree. 

“We get to decorate it, but we’ll have to replant it afterwards, without decorations.” Thalia smiled, “Grover made me promise that, and ensure that the soil it’s in now will have the tree easily survive the day.”

Thalia hugged Jason, and as she broke the hug she took a step back.

“You’ve grown so tall, little brother,” she patted his arm. “I don’t think I’ve grown since the last time you saw me, Thalia,” Jason smiled and Thalia shook her head. 

“Time’s different being a Hunter,” She looked serious, “and so is height of siblings-” 

Jason hit her arm as he laughed, “Well you seem to get smaller each day,” 

“Hey!” Thalia hit Jason and he let out an ‘oof’ as he stepped away. They both turned to you. 

“So, you’re the gift giver here,” Thalia eyed you up and down, “How’s our first family Christmas going to go, (Y/n)?”

And that is how you guys got to decorating. As the tree was rather small, and you would need to remove the decorations afterwards, you mostly put lights around Jason’s dorm instead, giving it a more homey vibe. Continuing on, the best thing you could think of to put Christmas ornaments around was to hang up garlands and hook the ornaments on those. It was a good thing that Jason could fly, because you currently did not have access to any stairs. 

After the very taxing decorating, you announced it was time for hot chocolate. However, that did not stop you from making it an activity. 

“Alright, so I know some people who have their own chocolate recipes,” You smiled, “Like Percy and his blue hot chocolate, and therefore it is time to come up with the Grace family hot chocolate!” Thalia and Jason spoke up at the same time; 

“How does Percy make his hot chocolate blue?” Jason asked,

“Grace family hot chocolate?” Thalia questioned. 

“One question at the time please,” you looked at Jason, “You haven’t heard it from me, but it’s white chocolate milk base with blue food dye, and yes Thalia, your own recipe!” You grabbed your bag and removed a second, smaller bag from it. It was filled with different types of chocolate and additives and spices, plus, of course, marshmallows and whipped cream. 

“So it’s a competition.” Thalia stated and you shook your head. 

“It doesn’t have to be, we can always just work together-?”

“No, Thalia is right. We should each make a drink and see who is the best.” Jason agreed with his sister, “I mean, we need to add the “spirit” to holiday spirit, right?”

“It’s not competitive spirit, Jason.” you objected. 

“How would you know, (Y/n),” Thalia grinned, “I’m the oldest here, so I am the wisest and I know it is.” 

“You’re certainly the best liar among us,” you sighed, “Sure, we’ll do a competition,” 

Thus, everyone started scrambling to get the best ingredients for their chocolate drink. Thalia seemed to have a game plan, perhaps a Hunter recipe, that she was making. You had some gist of what you wanted to achieve, but Jason. Oh no, you were not sure what he was doing but you truly hoped he would not accidentally poison someone with his drink. 

Well, actually, he just seemed to add some of every ingredient available in his dorm, which included instant noodle seasoning. At that point you decided not to look at your competition anymore, as it was weirding you out. 

A little while later, everyone had a cup of hot chocolate prepared. 

“So, we’ll pass them around…?” you carefully suggested, and the siblings agreed. Sadly, this meant you got Jason’s cup first. 

You didn’t know what you were expecting, but somehow the saltiness of the noodle seasoning and the sweetness of the chocolate wasn’t horrid. You were afraid to admit that you might have actually enjoyed the taste of the drink somewhat. Keeping your expression schooled, as to not give your judgment away to Thalia and Jason, you passed on the drink and got Thalia’s drink instead. 

The Hunters sure do know what a good hot chocolate is made out of. As soon as you sipped it you felt a warmth spread from your chest all over your body, making you shiver. There were hints of spices in the after taste, and it simply tasted like home, which made you a little suspicious. Especially as you got a little more energized after only one sip. 

“Thalia,” you looked at the girl, “did you add nectar to the drink?” 

Thalia hummed in response, as she gave Jason back his mug. 

“I think that’s cheating.” you stated, “Given that nectar will make anything taste delicious.” 

“That’s cheating?” Thalia sounded indignant, “What about Jason’s noodle spices!” 

“To be honest, I didn’t think that it would add anything-” the boy tried to defend himself. 

“Well it certainly wasn’t bad, Jason, just an,” you hesitated, “interesting choice. But that’s besides the point, I think the competition is undecided.” 

“What do we do then?” Jason looked at his cup, “Do we just make another round? Set up rules? Have an unbiased judge? A democratic vote?” 

“Get out of your Roman ass, Jason,” Thalia huffed, “Clearly we just do another competition next year! Everyone will have fair chances to come up with something phenomenal in their own time then.” 

Jason, unbothered by Thalia’s comment, agreed. 

“Seems our ‘Grace Family Hot Chocolate’ will simply have to be determined later.” he said.

As it was getting late, you went outside together, spending some last moments before Thalia and you had to leave. You had just finished planting the tree you used earlier as Thalia sighed, turning to Jason. 

“It was good to have a Christmas together,” her smile had a touch of sadness, “We haven’t really gotten the chance to do so before.” 

“We should do so again next year,” Jason agreed, “of course, (Y/n) is invited too.” 

You hummed in agreement, as silence overtook the conversation again. After a moment, Thalia straightened up.

“One last sibling hug?” She offered, and Jason gladly took it. Unbeknownst to you, she whispered “I’ll miss you, little brother,” in his ear, before breaking the hug. Jason looked at her for a moment. 

“You’re the greatest sister I could’ve had, you know that right?” he ruffled her hair, getting a glare in return, although Thalia did have joy in her eyes. She stepped away and looked at the horizon. 

“Well, I gotta go! I’ll visit soon, Jason. And (Y/n), the Hunters might come to camp in the near future, so keep your eyes out.” As she started running away you saluted her, before turning around. “I’ll see you later?” You asked Jason, and he nodded. “See you, and (Y/n), thank you for giving me the holiday spirit.” Jason smiled, “I suppose I understand why people enjoy it.”

Summary: Annabeth, Thalia and Luke are wandering after they're secret place is destroyed, then they meet you. Warnings: Platonic relationship of course. 'Weird.' You thought. 'Why were such young kids alone at night? With no grown ups.'

You are seeing them trought your window, they are just sitting in the bus stop, but it doesn't look like they are taking a bus. For various reasons..it's 1 am; the oldest of them is at best 15, maybe younger..so they couldn't come from a party or something like that.

You feel symphaty for them, maybe they runned away? But they didn't look like they were siblings...

You get out of the window and start making tea and see at the drawer if you have any cookies, bad for them (and for you) you didn't have cookies, they can content themselvs with tea.

As the tea is ready you take three cups and put the tea in them. 'I hope they like lemon tea.' You think.

As you get out of the house, still in your pajama (you cross your fingers for the neighboors to be sleeping), you get close to the kids.

You see that all of them became alert, you see the girl with black hair clicking on her watch (and it came out a umbrella??), the little girl carrying a knife (what were the kids these days into??) and the older boy had a baseball bat. 'More efective than the umbrella.' You thought

"I don't want to make you bad. I just thought that children your age shouldn't be away from home this late." You say trying to calm them down.

"What am I holding?" The girl with black hair asks.

"An umbrella??" You look confused as hell.

But as you say that the kids take they're things away and look more calm.

"It's that tea?" The little girl asks smiling.

"Yeah, but it's a lemon one." You say. "If you don't like it I'm sorry."

"It's more than fine. Thank you." The boy says. 'It's the first time he is talking.' You think and give the three the tea.

"Thank you." The little girl says and the other girl whispers it.

"I don't want to be rude, but why are you outside this late?" You ask. The three look at eachother, with expressions like 'should we tell?'.

"We ran away from home." The boy says.

"What really?" You ask suprised. "Were your parents bad? Or.." After you can continue the black haired girl says:

"You have no idea how bad." The boy looks at her with a alarming look but she just shrugs.

"I see, I'm sorry to hear that. Do you have a place to go?" You are really worried about these kids, they look like they ran away ages ago.

"No." The little girl says and you feel really bad, 'Should I say that they can saty the night at my house?' And you make a decision.

"If you want, you can stay the night with me. I insist."

They look at eachother again, 'They look like they are discussing with they're eyes.' You think.

"That would be wonderful thank you." You smile as the boy says that.

"Well, then.." You go to tour door and open it. "Make yourself comfortable." The three enter the house.

"You can sleep at the living room. I am at my room if you need something." You say. "And you can use the bathroom of course."

After you say that the boy gets up and goes to the bathroom, the black haired girl sits at the sofa and the little girl watches the books at the shelf. "You can take one if you want." You say to her. "Really?" She aks smiling. "Yeah, go ahead."

She takes one of the books, 'Ulisses', 'Weird taste but okay.' You think.

The boy gets out of the bathroom and after him the other girls go.

The boy helps you change the sofa to a bed and you discover that his name is 'Luke', the little girl's is 'Annabeth' and the blue eyed girl is 'Thalia'.

When they allare again at the living room they rest in the now bed.

"You can watch TV before sleeping if you want." You give them the remote.

"Thank you...?" Annabeth says.

"Y/N." You tell her and you put some chips and sandwichs at they're bags. "For your next journey."

Annabeth smiles at you again and Thalia nods.

"Thank you, for everything." Luke says.

"It's nothing, don't worry about that." You smile at them and go to your room, in the middle of the night you go see how they are, they are all sleeping, you smile and you turn off the TV.

Activities - What do they like to do with their s/o? How do they spend their free time with them?

Listen to music, practice sword fighting, go out to bands. With Thalia it’s whatever the mood brings, whichever activity you both will do. However, it is more on the extroverted side of pass times, for sure. 

Beauty - What do they admire in their s/o? What do they think is beautiful about them?

Thalia loves your hands and nose. She loves how your hands move and how your fingers tell your story. She loves how your nose shows her how you feel, and how it’s always just, there. Right between your eyes, you know?

Comfort - How would they help their s/o when they feel down/have a panic attack etc.?

Panic attacks are nothing new to Thalia, and she knows how to calm you down. She would come with breathing techniques and make you name stuff in the room, however this wouldn’t be without panic herself. She would be so worried for you.

Dreams - How do they picture their future with their s/o?

Life in the moment is one of Thalia’s mottos. Her life has proven to be uncertain, ever changing, and after being a pine tree for a bit she definitely doesn’t want to think future thoughts just yet. Give her a bit to get into life again, before making her plan. 

Equal - Are they the dominant one in the relationship, or rather passive?

Dominant for sure, she’s out and about and will drag you any and every where. You two might clash sometimes, because being stubborn is sadly her thing

Fight - Would they be easy to forgive their s/o? How are they fighting?

Thalia is an angry one. She will scream, curse, and might hit a wall or two given the chance. She doesn’t like being like this, because it reminds her of her mom, but she can’t help it. Forgiveness doesn’t come easy either - if it’s her fault she has to come to terms with it, and if it is both your faults she will have more trouble. She doesn’t want to lose you though, but giver her time.

Gratitude - How grateful are they in general? Are they aware of what their s/o is doing for them?

She doesn’t always thank you, but if she notices what you are doing she will thank you, albeit softly. 

Honesty - Do they have secrets they hide from their s/o? Or do they share everything?

Honesty is important to Thalia. She does not want to hide stuff from anyone, even if it means hurting the recipient of the news. Except if it’s for your good, then she will keep a secret. 

Inspiration - Did their s/o change them somehow, or the other way around? Like trying out new things or helped them overcome personal problems?

She might teach you to be more open, more yourself and how you want to be. Thalia is unapologetically herself, and does not change even if the world would force her to. 

Jealousy - Do they get jealous easily? How do they deal with it?

If someone is flirting with you she might pull you into a kiss and keep you close, but at other times she trusts you enough to know you won’t just betray her. Only when the other person is a danger to you will she show her jealousy.

Kiss - Are they a good kisser? What was the first kiss like?

She’s more experienced than she lets on. The first kiss was explosive in the way that just a lot was happening, and this woke you up out of your shock. 

Love Confession - How would they confess to their s/o?

One day after capture the flag she would casually go ‘So, date, tonight at 8?’ because she does not believe in beating around the bush. Afterwards, it will come more slow, but eventually one day she would just go ‘Hey, idiot, I love you.’ more softly than she planned on going. Let’s  just say, she’s slightly a mess. 

Memory - What’s their favourite memory together?

Hill top, the sun is setting, an old mp3 player is softly playing some rock music. You’re both exhausted from the summer heat and laying next to each other. You grabbed her hand and she looked at you, right before pressing a kiss on your lips, and using her free hand to hold your cheek as she lets out a laugh.

Nicknames - What do they call their s/o?

Insults most times, but (affectionate). She loves your name, and the fact it acknowledges your place in this realm. Otherwise something related to an inside joke, or your godly parent.

On Cloud Nine - What are they like when they are in love? Is it obvious for others? How do they express their feelings?

It’s not that obvious, at first she just seemed meaner, but later on she actually is more soft for you. It’s expressed in the genuine laughs she has with you, or the fact she rests her head on your shoulder if you don’t stop her. 

PDA - Are they upfront about their relationship? Do they brag with their s/o in front of others? Or are they rather shy to kiss etc. when others are watching?

Very upfront, but not necessarily with PDA if you’re not comfortable. She respects your boundaries, but is not shy herself. Just be sure to tell her what you’re comfortable with, for she won’t ask.

Quirk - Some random ability they have that’s beneficial in a relationship.

Her music taste is absolutely great and it gives you both great moments and times of dancing, hanging or whatever. You don’t have to think about picking music, Thalia got you covered.

Romance - How romantic are they? What would they do to make their s/o happy? Cliché or rather creative?

Not really classic romance, more of the 2000s coming of age movie type of romance. She won’t be your manic pixie dream girl, but you both will scream at the top of your lungs, driving a car at night. The best moments are the ones away from demigod life.

Support - Are they helping their s/o achieve their goals? Do they believe in them?

Thalia is a great mental help, and will always be your rock to lean on if needed. She believes you can achieve anything when you set your mind to it, and voices this often to you when you’re in doubt.

Thrill - Do they need to try out new things to spice up your relationship? Or do they prefer a certain routine?

Not as much to spice up, as that trying new things is something Thalia just loves to do. If there is something out there she hasn’t tried, then she will try it. A routine is nice, because then you can break it.

Understanding - How well do they know their partner? Are they empathetic?

Thalia will try anything in her power to understand you. She will know you from the back of her hand, and she will know when somethings off. However, this doesn’t mean she’s an open book with feelings herself, you need to start to understand the clues she leaves you when she’s down.

Value - How important is the relationship to them? What is it’s worth in comparison to other things in their life?

It’s very important, but she does value her own worth above the relationship. It’s important to her that you value her as much as she’s worth, and if you do not she might just break it off for better or for worse. She cares a lot, but she draws lines too.

Wild Card - A random Fluff Headcanon.

She likes teaching you stuff - no matter what and if she knows how to do it. She likes it when your attention is on her! She loves it when she can come close and help you!!

XOXO - Are they very affectionate? Do they love to kiss and cuddle?

Thalia is more of a kissing person than a cuddler. She loves affection, especially showing it. She also enjoys resting her head on you, and playing with your hands. She loves it when you hang on her though, feeling good about being your rock. 

Yearning - How will they cope when they’re missing their partner?

Listing to your songs together, fight a little harder, be a little harsher. She can get through this, but she will be worried about you. 

Zeal - are they willing to go to great lengths for the relationship? If so, what kind of?

She would fight for you, die for you, she can’t just lose you. She draws the line at sacrificing her friends or other people for you - you are important but it’s not her call to make at that point.

Day six; corn/mirror/death maze

something something emotional about new book being titled percy jackson and the olympians something halloween something 

hope you enjoy!

Pairing: PLATONIC Jason Grace & Frank Zhang x gn!reader (Cameo’s of Lester, Meg, Thalia, Percy, Annabeth, Leo, Nico and Will)

Some might wonder; how does one grow a cornfield within a week? For those smart enough to understand that you do not ask these questions in the world of Gods and myths, the answer would not be given. For those stupid enough to ask this question out loud, as you are with your teammates for the death maze, you would be condoned to Jason Grace; the newly found agricultural academic.

You see, somehow Jason had found out about the corn/mirror/death maze, and he figured that the best way to win is to know everything about corn, and to the extend corn mazes.

“Did you know that the first corn maze is believed to be created in 1993?” Jason eagerly said as you were blindfolded. You see, instead of the maze having an entrance and a finish, the hunters were to put each team in a random spot in the maze. It was then up to the teams to escape. “The best fertilizer for corn is nitrogen and phosphorus, but I think they got children of Ceres and Demeter to grow this corn.” Jason had been going at this for the past 30 minutes as soon as you were paired with him and Frank. Frank hummed in response to everything Jason had been saying, seemingly not minding the corn infodump, you however were getting exasperated.

“Hey! Don’t worry Jace, I also got a corn fun fact!” you were happy they couldn’t see your shit eating grin right now, “Did you know that corn is also called maize, because it is easy to get lost in its incredible flavour?”  This time you heard Thalia who was driving the card groan loudly.

“And Colonel Cornelius Cornwall, how is this information going to help us?” You asked Jason and you heard Frank stifle a laugh. It was comforting to hear the people around you as you were carted away further into the maze.

“I don’t know but it might-“ Jason sighed, “Look, I barely had anything to do in the past few days and then I fell down a rabbit hole of corn.”

“I think you got lost in a maze of corn, Jason.” Frank joked and you laughed. You heard Jason groan.

“Okay that’s enough I am just going to drop you guys here.” She said as she stopped the cart, “I will not take any more of these jokes.” As she helped you off the cart, she reminded you to wait with removing the blindfolds until the starting bell rang.

It had been five minutes since the bell rang. You had underestimated how a corn/mirror/death maze would involve each of these themes. When you removed your blindfolds, you were in an actual mirror maze. However, some mirrors were randomly forming spikes, which they then would shoot out.

Before you could figure out how to navigate this, the entire mirror maze was destroyed by plants.

“COMING THROUGH!!” you heard the shrill voice of meg scream as thick vines busted through all the mirrors. For a second you saw Lester, clinging to one of the vines, tears streaming down his face as he screamed. Then, it was all gone.

“What just happened?” You asked as you looked at Frank and he shook his head.

“The war has started, let’s get going.” Frank straightened his back and turned to Jason.

“Not so fast.” Nico’s voice spoke from behind you. Suddenly, skeletal arms grabbed your, Frank and Jason’s legs. Nico walked around you and he smiled.

“It’s revenge for the flour, (Y/n).” Will explained for his boyfriend, “Sorry, I tried to convince him not to.”

“I’m not sorry, see you later.” Nico grabbed Will by the hand, and shadow travelled away. Almost immediately, victory bells sounded.

“He shadow travelled to the finish.” Jason gaped and you laughed.

“Why am I not surprised? Let’s get out of here though.”

Eventually, you managed to get lose from the skeletons, only to enter the official corn part of the maze. Sometimes you heard screams from far away, and you truly hoped that it was just the hunters scaring the participants and not actual screams of terror.

This hope was proven to be in vain, as you were faced with a small, yet menacing mechanical minotaur.

“Oh, so that is why Leo was making these,” Jason noted, before you were forced to run. Jason was leading the way- taking turns every so often, but you failed in shaking the minotaur off. You didn’t have the tools to fight it- but you were getting tired of running.

Suddenly there was a wall, a second later, there was a minotaur in front of you.

“(Y/n)!” Frank pulled you back and blocked the hit of the minotaur with a shield. You looked behind you and saw more weapons on the floor. However, before you could grab one the minotaur collapsed, showing a heaving Percy, Annabeth not far behind.

“Who-“ Percy took a deep breath, “the fuck decided to put monsters in here! I just wanted to celebrate Halloween!” Percy angrily glared at Frank.

“Thank you for saving us!” You yelled, and Percy just did a peace sign in return, not looking back.

“The maze was all hunters!” Frank put his hands up in defence, still shaken by the minotaur, “Neither Hazel nor me planned this! We just agreed to letting them use the field!”

“Fair enough,” Percy grumbled as he stepped back and turned to walk away.

“I do not want be here anymore.” Percy sighed.

“We’ll get out faster if you don’t complain, seaweed brain.” Annabeth teased him as they went on their way.

Would you have liked that to be the end? Well that’s too bad, because you noticed smoke coming up from the corn not too far away from you.

“Gods Leo is making it the burning maze.” You worriedly looked around, none of the corn around you was on fire for now.

“I feel like I might die if we don’t make it out quick.” Jason said, “I could fly up to see how we get out?”

“And give away our position?!” Frank screamed, frantically trying to calm himself, “Jason, I am sure that even more danger would come from that.”

“If I get hit, then so be it!” Jason laughed half-heartedly, “A bit of self-sacrifice is a part of demigod life.”

You send Jason a horrified look. Frank seemingly was in the same boat as you as he hit Jason on the head.

“You are going to therapy, Jason,” Frank sighed, “As your praetor I command it but also as your friend. Don’t say those things out loud, please.” Jason half nodded in response.

Eventually you made third place in escaping the corn/mirror/death maze! Nico and Will were first, Meg and Lester second. Percy had heard your commotion and gladly took the newly made path that you left behind, telling Annabeth that he would never again participate in games organized by the hunters.

“You know what, I am done,” Frank stretched his arms above him, “Time to take one from Meg’s book, get on we are leaving.” As Frank transformed into a bear you realized his plan.

“We better hold on tight,” Jason warned you, as he grabbed the back of your jacket. Frank did not hesitate and started running straight through the corn walls.

'Weird.' You thought. 'Why were such young kids alone at night? With no grown ups.'

You are seeing them trought your window, they are just sitting in the bus stop, but it doesn't look like they are taking a bus. For various reasons..it's 1 am; the oldest of them is at best 15, maybe younger..so they couldn't come from a party or something like that.

You feel symphaty for them, maybe they runned away? But they didn't look like they were siblings...

You get out of the window and start making tea and see at the drawer if you have any cookies, bad for them (and for you) you didn't have cookies, they can content themselvs with tea.

As the tea is ready you take three cups and put the tea in them. 'I hope they like lemon tea.' You think.

As you get out of the house, still in your pajama (you cross your fingers for the neighboors to be sleeping), you get close to the kids.

You see that all of them became alert, you see the girl with black hair clicking on her watch (and it came out a umbrella??), the little girl carrying a knife (what were the kids these days into??) and the older boy had a baseball bat. 'More efective than the umbrella.' You thought

"I don't want to make you bad. I just thought that children your age shouldn't be away from home this late." You say trying to calm them down.

"What am I holding?" The girl with black hair asks.

"An umbrella??" You look confused as hell.

But as you say that the kids take they're things away and look more calm.

"It's that tea?" The little girl asks smiling.

"Yeah, but it's a lemon one." You say. "If you don't like it I'm sorry."

"It's more than fine. Thank you." The boy says. 'It's the first time he is talking.' You think and give the three the tea.

"Thank you." The little girl says and the other girl whispers it.

"I don't want to be rude, but why are you outside this late?" You ask. The three look at eachother, with expressions like 'should we tell?'.

"We ran away from home." The boy says.

"What really?" You ask suprised. "Were your parents bad? Or.." After you can continue the black haired girl says:

"You have no idea how bad." The boy looks at her with a alarming look but she just shrugs.

"I see, I'm sorry to hear that. Do you have a place to go?" You are really worried about these kids, they look like they ran away ages ago.

"No." The little girl says and you feel really bad, 'Should I say that they can saty the night at my house?' And you make a decision.

"If you want, you can stay the night with me. I insist."

They look at eachother again, 'They look like they are discussing with they're eyes.' You think.

"That would be wonderful thank you." You smile as the boy says that.

"Well, then.." You go to tour door and open it. "Make yourself comfortable." The three enter the house.

"You can sleep at the living room. I am at my room if you need something." You say. "And you can use the bathroom of course."

After you say that the boy gets up and goes to the bathroom, the black haired girl sits at the sofa and the little girl watches the books at the shelf. "You can take one if you want." You say to her. "Really?" She aks smiling. "Yeah, go ahead."

She takes one of the books, 'Ulisses', 'Weird taste but okay.' You think.

The boy gets out of the bathroom and after him the other girls go.
