I didn't take my prog last night in an effort to reduce these debilitating pms symptoms and it has only kind of worked? I'm less weepy and extreme feeling but still tired crampy emotional and uh.. excitable. Which begs the question, is not taking it on my cycle even worth it? It feels like the prog has flipped a switch in my brain and now I'm more emotional and boy crazy forever. Not a bad thing it's kind of hot even plus im just a big fan of how prog makes me feel, and what its done for my skin and hair., it's just waaaaa I'm pmsing 😭 why do i have to convince every single cis woman this is real for me I just want to be believed

So this jus happened... last few days ive been really weepy and then finally it builds and then I cry my eyes out. Ive jus realize this happens every month like clockwork. Think I'm on a cycle.
