Not to bother you my dear, but what's Reylo? Its just really confusing to me. Is it a ship? A type of fan???

Reylo is a ship between Star Wars characters from Force Awakens- aka Kylo Ren and Rey- and the ship at first seemed pretty crack ship worthy….then all the moments the shippers said was….um….proof their ship was happening…..included the torture scene that JJ himself said was a parallel to mind rape (aka Kylo forcefully entering Reys mind against her will and causing her great pain similar to how he caused Poe earlier on in the film)- in the novel, its added he also used the force to make the cuffs tighter which made her hurt more after she fought against him- there is also how he threw Rey into a tree with the force and then held her at lightsaber point in their fight over a crumpling cliff- basically threatening to kill her if she didn’t accept his offer.

This, according to Reylo shippers, is sexual….tension…..yeah….I don’t think abuse, mind rape and attempted killing is sexual tension…..they also like to bend canon their ships logic, saying Luke is evil….Leia and Han are abusive parents somehow….Kylo was apparently saving her from….and here comes among the worst parts of Reylos: Finn….yeah they pretty racist.

They claim to support Finn….then sideline him for the white ship, like to call him evil now and then, claim Finn will leave Rey and therefore Rey will go to Kylo, ship him with Rose just in favour of their ship and pretty much wouldn’t care if Finn was killed CAUSE LOOK AT OUR WHITE BABY- they also give Finns backstory and role in TFW to Kylo, also referred too as Ben Solo….which just became a joke among us about who the heck Ben Solo when Reylos acted like Kylos gonna return to being Ben Solo.

And of course, Kylo is their favourite as they write redemptions and everything for him and literally, act like hes the main character even when the main trio is Rey, Poe and Finn and act like hes not a bad guy for all the shit hes done so far and pretty much hail him like hes a god, which brings us to the treatment of Rey….

Rey is pretty much in their fics his baby making machine, OOC as heck and they seriously wouldn’t care if she died as it would mean Kylo would be the main character- heck- they would act like its a good moment in film!

As for other characters: Leia and Han are treated as abusive parents despite canon not supporting this, Luke is also treated as abusive but also made evil a lot, Finn is basically their ‘WE SUPPORT DIVERSITY’ card without them ever supporting Finn and being racist in actual reality, Poe also falls under that line but is sidelined a lot, I have yet to see their treatment of Rose but they probably sidelining her and using her in that card too while shipping her with Finn so that they can ship their white ship while claiming they care about Finn and Rose…while not posting anything about the two in the process.

And the shippers themselves….are the worst- they crosstag, spread false stories like the I met a Anti story that’s just resulted in a meme really, basically act like they have 1000s English degrees by saying its just war and stuff here, basically act like people hating the abuse and possible incest hints in the ship are horrible- you also have how they invade every tag and make it impossible for people to avoid the ship.

And…that’s pretty all I can recall? I may be forgetting some aspects, but I did have a repeat exam today….so if anyone knows anymore details here, it would be helpful….
