My bad, about Garreg Mach's completion, I've typed something that isn't that right earlier on
The NPC says this :
Imagine the time it would take to build a monastery of such proportions. Amidst such a precipitous mountain range, I would be unsurprised if it took several centuries to complete. And yet, there is little to no variation in Garreg Mach's architectural style. My estimation is that it was constructed in a short period of time with magic we cannot dare comprehend.
So I thought they mentioned it was completed in 100 years, but he's just surprised it was apparently made in a "shorter period of time" than "several centuries" with Rhea's Lego Magic.
And yet, we know Rhea ended it in 185 (then there was that issue with the Chalice to celebrate it, but we don't talk about it lol) - and as I mentioned earlier, I can't see her starting to build Garreg Mach if the War of Heroes is still going on (and if the Elites are still around).
And given how Willy leaves Adrestia in 98, I don't see Saint Seiros hanging out there without Willy and her bros, when Sothis and most relics are recovered.
So it must have been built between 98 and 185 - 87 years is a "short" amount of time given the size and location of the construction but it seems too "long" for something that was built using magic (or maybe she still needed to hide and only built it at night just in case pilgrims spot her turning into her dragon form and carrying blocks?), or maybe her Lego Magic, to build something as massive as Garreg Mach, takes more time than, say, building a canal in Enbarr or various forts.
